People that run the place are very helpful and knowledgeable. If your there buying parts don't be rude cause you will not like the out come. It's the only place I buy parts .
We called in today and when we called in first Linchelle answered and was looking up information for our car and we was told the car was picked up and not in there savage yard anymore . Then we was put on hold she recheck again and said no its here . Then I tried to explain what was happening with the car so she can know what State farm said and every time I talk she talked over me again and again then i just stop talking because she got very rude and was like this what Im telling you in a attitude voice and im telling her I understand can you listen to me and she continue to talk over me I ask can I speak to s manager because she is being very rude she said you can do that . Then she said he's not available and his name bruce I said I will wait on the call .this is bad business for a customer that's already frustrated and the have to be treated with no respect on the phone . If she is going to be disrespecting customers maybe she don't need to be answering the phone
They seem to simply ruin really nice cars that might need a bit of work, first they drop them in the mud by yanking the wheels and the car is worthless then. there is a pristine jaguar XJ8, interior was like new, just a spectacular car and they'd just yanked the wheels off and dumped a horrible worthless car on top of it, unreal to see, and I didn't see anything else worth a nickel there
Great experience the best place for auto salvage. Kendra is the best she helped us out tremendously very nice and one of the best workers they have. Love her! You need used parts for your vehicle A Auto salvage is the place to go.
I absolutely love this place so much I'm always here getting pieces for my vehicle or letting someone else know that this place you might find something you need definitely check it out
Go a little further to Pick N Pull. You won't regret it. AAuto is dirty, walking through mud, the cars are double stacked, very limited selection, no refund just credit so they get the part back and keep your money, and best of all they just seem to make up the prices on the spot. I paid 100.00 for a 2002 Camry rear door. Still needed a front driver door so I went to PNP and immediately wish I'd started there. The driver door was 87.50 all in, including the side mirror. The lot is rock, not mud, they have wheel barrows, and the cars are lined up in numbered rows. They'll even print off a map of the yard and list of all the matches to your vehicle. Avoid AAuto if you can.
If your in a bind and need a part as long as you dont mind pulling it this is the place to go for all your needs . Fast and friendly staff make it work alot better big plus
This place has always been helpful to me. And if the parti pick was not the right one, I have always been able to bring it back for credit. I will continue to use A-auto.
This lady that works here kindra is awesome these people have there acts together I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could great customer service and great people!!!
Called this salvage yard inquiring about a glass windshield. Explained I would be traveling from out of town but couldn't get an answer from the person who took my call to tell me whether or not they had any Honda cars in their inventory. 2000-2010 . When I called to ask about Hondas, I was told I'd have to drive over and check myself. "That was just how it is in the Salvage business," I was told. I found that not to be true. There's lots of salvage businesses who know what they have in their inventory and are plenty willing to give you general information about what they have or don't have.
Kendra was very helpful tracking down a specific rim I needed for my Prius. They were busy but I still felt like I got the individual attention I needed that day. Fast, efficient and affordable.
This place is amazing! She went out, found my part, pulled it and installed it! Traveling through town so we didnt have any tools in the car. Will definitely be back if we ever need anything!
I was on my way to Hot Springs,AR from Wynne, AR and the driver and I had a blow out about an hour from our destination. We were supposed to make it there around 4 pm. Well we had a blow out on the side of the Interstate and called every local tire shop it was. The last shop we called was our last hope. I explained to the lady what financial situation was, I'm 6 months pregnant & I was just trying to get home. I first want to thank God because not too many people will offer you a tire, a ride back to your vehicle & put the tire on for you. I sat in the car for 3 long hot hours before we called A-Auto Salvage to help us. Long story short THANK YOU BOTH for blessing me, my unborn baby and the driver. We made it home safe and thank you for giving us quarters to put air in the tire for safety. You both were a big blessing to us and without you both we wouldn't have made it home. Again thank you & may God bless you and your shop!!
You may not think of a salvage yard as a working auto garage but these guys do great work. I've had my air conditioner condenser changed out here, power steering pump, water pump, timing chain, serpentine belt, used tires, ball joints, CV joints etc they will install either used parts from the salvage yard or new parts from an auto parts store at your preference. Two of my go-to guys David and Bo no longer work here but the owner and his son have continued to take care of me and I appreciate that. I will be returning the next time one of my vehicles need some service work done.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT do any kind of business wit A-Auto Salvage off of Colonel Glenn across from Kroger. They pulled an alternator from a car with the wrong engine....I made a blank trip to get the alternator tested and now they are HOLDING my hard-earned money instead of returning it to my card. Lazy racist rude group of people....PERIOD. I will NEVER do business with these unprofessional people EVER again and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. 😡 I’ve been trying to get my money back since last Thursday.
AWFUL!! Absolutely NO customer service at all. I called this company from out of state 8-10 times for over a Month! First called to see if they had a part I was needing. Spoke to a male who said his name was Chris. He said they had the part. Said he would call me back to confirm they had the part, and he did NOT call. Called him the next day. He confirmed they had the part and would call me the next day with price? Never called again. Called him back and he gave me the price. Told him I wanted the parts and asked if he would ship them to me, with my paying reasonable shipping prices. Said he would call me back, but of course, he never called! Called again. Chris said Mgr would not let him ship. Told him no problem, as I had relatives that live just down the street from his business and they could pick it up. He was to call me back with details. NEVER called again. Called him back AGAIN and he said the Manager said NO to shipping, but Owner had said OK, they would ship. He was to call me back with the price of shipping! Been over 3 weeks and no calls from him at all. Apparently they have more business than they can handle and do not need my money or business. I will find another salvage company to deal with. Done with these guys. They NEVER return calls and leave you hanging, and give you a complete run around! Might be OK if you live in the area and can go to the lot and get what you need, otherwise, don't waste your time.
It was very easy and stress free.the friendly staff were very helpful and went out of there way to make sure that I had the parts I needed. When I needed assistant and were right there to help even in the hottest part of the day.I will be going back...and recommend A auto to friends and family..p.s.the also do auto repair and build race cars...
Called for a mirror. I was told the vehicle was available but I'd have to come look to see if it had a mirror. I asked if someone was available to check for me before making the trip. I was placed on hold, hung up on. I called back and I was told it is a self service business. She asked where I was coming from and took my number to call me back if she found it. Poor service in my opinion.
Answered the phone for us about 20 times and sent us out back to find out parts when we got there. They gave us the bolts we needed and we were on our way. Thank you very much. Good guys up front.
