I was very pleased with our tow truck driver David he was kind, informative and explained the precautions he would take due to the front wheel whelk had broken. I am glad to say no other damage was incurred due to the cautious manner he took in loading & unloading the SUV. I highly recommend David for his thorough & professional service.
I needed a tow of a vehicle which managed to snap off all wheel posts holding on a front wheel & tire. (The vehicle's knuckle design doesn't let you simply replace wheel posts.) I called multiple places after 10pm on Veteran's Day. . The driver identified himself by what he said, his uniform and his tow vehicle as being from East End Towing.... But somehow the deal was with Action towing. I remember calling East End Towinv but not Action. I made sure to show the driver the text requesting online payment and ask, "is this you?" He replied that it was. That part was confusing and made me uneasy that I may have been sent a text from one of the other companies I had called. That aside, , the driver was excellent. He was deliberate and didn't have to do things twice or reposition. He wasted little motion. With the front wheel on the flatbed, he positioned a block and a slider under the brake rotor, and the rotor never touched the ground or truck bed. He put the vehicle where I requested and although he didn't have to do so, he helped get the vehicle up on my jack stands with my jack. I hadn't forgotten how Hill Brothers in North Little Rock & Routh Wrecker charged so much that they have received all they'll ever get from me in this lifetime. Here, I asked up front & the tow cost $135 for around 15 miles as quoted. Given it was holiday, after 10 pm and the vehicle needed to be moved, it was a reasonable price. The star deduction is because I had questions about who I was dealing with. Multiple texts from an out-of-state number wanting money are signs of a scam. Ultimately, it was fine, and the work was professionally done for a fair price.
Thanks so much to the dispatcher Zicki and the tow truck driver David for towing my vehicle from the dealership to my house! I was at work during the whole process and couldn’t be there in person but they answered the many questions that I had through the process. My insurance covered the tow bill but regardless, their rates are super good and I would pay for the same service I got today in a heartbeat. Thanks again for handling my car with care and respect!!
