They are phenomenal in explaining what they are doing and being sure you are safe and secure afterwards. We had a two tires just obliterated from hitting a culvert on our Toyota Tacoma 4x4. As soon as David arrived he had a friendly smile and I told him I needed to get it to the tire shop in Benton before they closed. David was so careful with our truck ensuring that there was no more damage as he loaded it on the flat bed. He offered us water and a ride but my boss drove us to the tire shop. David took the same amount of care unloading and was a great comfort to us as this was a very stressful and upsetting situation. He stayed until he knew we were being taken care of by the tire shop. I highly recommend David and I appreciate him helping to get us where we needed to be to resolve our tire and rim situation. I cannot say enough good things about David. He is a valuable asset to your company and deserves recognition for going above and beyond what was required. Thank you, David!!!
John from Action Wrecker came to tow my truck during rush hour traffic this morning. He was kind, patient and so fast. Didn’t just drop me off at the service shop but walked me in and talked to the worker there to make sure I was well taken care of. Very thankful for his professional courtesy and grace, he made a very long morning end on a positive note.

John was a saving grace for me when I got a flat tire on my cross-country drive home I was making by myself. He showed up quickly, made me feel extremely safe, and went above and beyond to get me to the nearest auto shop that would be able to fix my car in time. Our conversation on the way to the auto shop really turned my day around. I would recommend Action Wrecker to anyone!
first time I used their service, they arrived within the estimated time and I tipped the driver very well. so next time I needed a tow, I used them again and it was a horrible mistake.
they estimated 30-60 minutes, after over an hour, they didn't come so I called them.
they claimed their driver was nearby and will arrive soon.
after over another hour, they still didn't come so I called them again.
the employee lady on the phone then asked me if I was waiting with my car and I told her yes, she then blamed me for not telling her before. I don't know what additional information she needed to know, I don't work at a tow company, she should've asked.
their employees are rude and have terrible customer service.
I ended up having to wait for several hours.
