I would give 0 stars if could bought a 2016 trax broke down on the way home from overheating Cost 700 dollars then 700 dollars more to fix front end and the only response wak ok when I told Ralph the problem I was having with car do not buy from this person only cares about money not customer service.
A year and a half later and me and Bessy Boo still rolling ‼ I wanted to wait at least a year to post a review because you know how folks are selling these cars! I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze and I’ll be back to purchase my next one. I don’t take it easy on my car either I drive this car EVERYWHERE. In state and out. I’ve only changed the coil packs since having it.Thank you guys for not bending me over and screwing me in my backend because I work hard for my coinsssss highly recommend I definitely got my money’s worth!
Reached out by facebook for info about a yellow 2018 charger. Instead I was left on read and he left the chat. I only asked general questions I ask for every used car I try to purchase that's over 5 years old. Had the engine/transmission ever been replaced. I ask this because if they have been recently replaced, I think that is better in some instances when a car has high mileage.
I was going to actually offer a little higher and make it an even $10k offer on the car but was left on open and the guy that posted it left the chat. I tried to speak with the co-owner. Wish we could have made a deal.

‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼Soo I purchased a vehicle from Evan 4 months and 3 weeks ago, for to need a transmission after I bought a wheelbarring for the car upon purchase I just contacted him to tell him about the transmission and he tried to make me feel like it was my fault and asked who’d been driving it.. I didn’t drive it as much the vehicle had over 200, 000 miles on it and he sold it to me for 3400.00 and I just had a baby as well, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOTT ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼
The owner was very friendly and helpful! He was honest about his vehicles and helped me with my expectations I was looking for! He has very nice vehicles for reasonable prices! I will most definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
I have bought a few vehicles. The 2nd one turned out to have issues and Ralph took it back and gave a vehicle that has been a soldier. It's an Expedition and I have really not done much except for general maintenance. It now has more than 250,000 miles my husband drives it every day. It's going on 5 years since I bought it.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! RALPH is a liar. My husband and I found a car (Dodge Charger) for our daughter and spoke with him numerous times throughout the day, agreed on a price and went to the bank and got a loan for the car the next morning at 9 am. We told him that we would be there that morning with a cashier's check and he was waiting for us to come sign the papers. At 10 am on the way to the car lot, we called to let him know we were 1 hour away, and he informed us that he had a man there who was purchasing the car. Ralph then tried to sell us a Mercedes for our 18 year old daughter. Now we have this loan and no car and we have to go back to the bank to deal with doing something different. This man is not honest or a man of his word. I am ashamed that people would try to do business in this manner.
He hung up on me after I asked about a car. I waited a minute to see if I'll get a call back, nope. I called back to automatically say without a hello that the car has been sold. Just say that in the first place and you could have avoided this permanent negative review!
I purchased a car from here and so have my friends and family members. I always recommend Ralph to anyone looking to purchase a car within their budget that will not let you down. None of us has had any problem with our cars.
Need to. ......answer the phone, manage their website(and posts on other sites), actually have the cars they say they do, put up a sign people can see from the street, stop people from parking in the entrance to the lot.......
Would highly recommend. Good service. Bought a mazda 3 at less than half the carfax retail. Car has no issues. Runs and drives like a new car. Am very pleased with my purchase and would go there again.
