I had the privilege of working directly with Jamie and his amazing team at Discount Towing since 2019! Jamie has hauled hundreds of cars, trucks, and absolute messes all over Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri for me. I put him in all sorts of situations and Lord knows all sorts of moods with last minute changes, issues with third party customers, etc., and he was never unprofessional or unreasonable, and always found a way to get the job done! Needed to have our vehicle towed to the dealer for service when it wouldn’t start. They were very responsive, came within two hours. Driver was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tow service!
Discount Towing was able to accommodate our need for a short term rental (one day a week for 4 weeks) when no other rental agency would consider it. The weekend of July 4th, my daughter borrowed my car to take her sister back to Springfield Mo to catch her flight home. Just outside of Gainesville MO they hit a deer. Jamie the owner of Discount Towing was amazing! Not only did he take good care of my car... he also took good care of my daughters and their family. He drove them to Ava to meet up with a ride on to the airport that evening! Made sure everyone was safe and sound before he left. Dependable, reliable, go above and beyond service here!
We used Discount Towing and Recovery when my granddaughter wrecked her car. They were so knowledgeable about the process, helpful (getting all her belongings out), and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a towing company.

This a great company and a Godly owner. He will help anyone anytime. I’ve called twice 5:00 Am for hitting a deer. He was fast and I was able to make it work on time. Plus he helps pull me out of the mud at my job when maintenance couldn’t help. He is always there when needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The breaks went out completely in our car and it was late. We had groceries in the car and we live 1.5 hours away, so I called my husband to come get us. We came back at the exact time it was being loaded onto Discount Towing's truck. The truck driver told us he couldn't lower our car back down for us despite our being there exactly as he was raising it onto his tow truck. We offered to pay him right there, but he refused. I asked if I could get my child seat out of the back and he needed my keys to open up the car. He pocketed my keys after giving me the seat so we followed him to 1) See where our car was going to be and 2) to get my keys back. The tow driver pulled over after he realized we were following him and told us that we couldn't follow him. My husband asked him where our car was going to be since we don't know the area very well and the driver muttered some about "fish" or "5th" street. We asked him for the keys back and he gave us our keys reluctantly. What a bunch of crooks.
The couple of employees I know just a little bit are incredible people, but I'm going to use this platform to give a shout out to Mrs.Pam, what an incredible person! The type of person you talk to for maybe 10 mins, and it feels like you've known them for a lifetime! Any employer that needed a person who was able to talk to any kind of customer

A little while ago, I had a voicemail from a gentleman from discount towing that proceeded to jump all over me because of parking my piece of scrap metal, which leaks transmission fluid pretty bad!
Ok, we've had to rent a car to go way down south of Arkansas, about a 4-hour drive. Yes, we have rented from them 3 to 4 times, nearly every time but twice,
We didn't leave a vehicle!
So 2 times we did, Sir, I was never informed by anyone about where to park the car we left! And the first time it was left, I didn't leave it, but this time, today, yes, I left it
But he mentioned I left it straight out in front of his building. Hmmm 🤔 I actually left it at the very end of the left side of his building, may I also inform

From 7 surgeries on my spine, 2 open heart bypass surgeries about 9 years apart, and Kidney Carcinoma Cancer, I Lost my left Kidney! Sir, I CAN BARELY WALK 5 FEET, but I've got to do what I can do!

Kevin and Jason were amazing!!! 2/20/25 I drove down a snowy steep hill and got stuck and was so worried I couldn’t get out. I was able to get up the hill by walking up and waited and they called to let me know they were on the way, when they got there they put me in the truck and walked all the way down the steep snowy hill and tried to drive it out but no luck. So after walking back up they came up with a plan to go buy me some chains. They went and got me chains, came back and walked back down the snowy hill and put them on and drove my car back up. They were super kind and extremely professional so thank you Jason and thank you Kevin and Discount towing and recovery.
My vehicle was towed here after a lady pulled out in front of me. The owner is very unprofessional to say the least.
Since I worked normal office hours and lived three hours away, I asked if I could meet on the weekend just to get my stuff out and complete paperwork. He agreed then didn’t call back. I waited and spoke with the tower who said the owner should get back with me but never did.
I’m not sure why he’d tell me I could meet him then have me waiting for hours.
Not all heroes wear capes. I was down in AR to care for my dad who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and got caught in a hail storm... on a Sunday... with out of state insurance... and a specialized front windshield... and an appointment my dad HAD to be at in two days... AND I had hotel checkout in three days that i absolutely could not extend. I was stressed, panicking and a state away from home with my dad depending on me. They were SO kind and helpful!! They went out of their way to work with my insurance quickly enough that I got a loaner for the appointment, my car was towed the next morning, and was fixed because it got in fast enough! I will NEVER forget how amazing they are!! They have earned my eternal respect, gratitude, and my business any time I'm down there again. I can NOT recommend this company highly enough!! If I could give them a million star rating, I would!! THANK YOU DISCOUNT TOWING & RECOVERY!!!!
Called on a Sunday afternoon after having some car trouble. Nathan was there within 20 minutes to tow the car. Obvious it wasn't his first time around. Took care and made sure the car was loaded and unloaded with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use again. The price was a lot less than I would've expected for an after hours/weekend call.
