I recently bought some CV axles for my truck. And I must say it was nice to deal with somebody behind the counter who is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of my needs. I want to thank Cody for making my visit there very pleasant.
I can’t thank this shop enough! After calling five other places and being told it would be weeks before anyone could even diagnose my car, I pulled into Napa Auto last minute, desperate. Not only did they take the time to look at my vehicle right away, but they also made room in their schedule to fix it the same day. This is my only transportation to work, so their help was truly a lifesaver. Professional, understanding, and fast—I highly recommend them!
They know there stuff. Went to AutoZone and O'Reilly's for a common bulb socket. Both claimed it might be able to be ordered our to go to the dealer. Napa knew what I wanted and without looking it up got me the right part. Prices were way cheaper than both other stores.
The owner himself helped me to define some mechanical issues, most probably saving me both time and money. "Buy the best you can afford in both parts and service." is an old adage and applies to Collier NAPA every time I go there!
I walked in, waited about 15 seconds to be helped. The guy Listened to what I wanted, vanished for about 20 seconds and then handed me what I had wanted. Out the door I went. Can you say Fast Food Auto Parts Store?!!!!!!
Cody & crew are very good even with special applications ! I have an old 73 Corvette he always helps me out !!!! Try that @ yur local Corporate stores ! Not !!!!
If your a pro mechanic you already use this place. I'm a do it my self guy who wants factory original or better replacement parts. Purchased an ignition coil, distributor, and an air conditioning hose. Spark plugs ,and an electrical connector. They had it all on the counter almost before I could get out my debit card. Nice guys.
We use all Napa Parts on our repairs at the shop I work at. They deliver quickly and efficiently. Any time we have a problem with a parts being ordered wrong on our end they're quick to fix it even if our fault. Excellent Service Provdied at this Napa Store. 5Star Service everyday
Over and over again we waited for parts, just to get the wrong one. They really do not have any clue about car parts. Save yourself some trouble and just go to O'Reilly's.
