Went in and had a battery and an alternator tested by Hunter. Both tested well after several tests. Reinstalled them only for the battery to fail again. Hunter swapped my battery out for me and made it super easy for us. Awesome dude! Truck is running great now!
Their Add A Vehicle option drop down menu are glitchy. It couldn't find the year 2000. And yes I deleted the space after 2000 and yes I accepted the cookies
On an Arkansas trip to see family. Somewhere in a parking lot, someone broke the passager mirror of the Yukon. Went into O'Reilly's and they had the mirror in stock. Staff was friendly very helpful, store was clean and the price of the mirror was very affordable.
Today Will went above and beyond to test and replace a bad battery in my wife’s car. He did not complain about installing the battery, had a positive demeanor, and demonstrated competency. I tried to fill out the corporate customer survey but the format was unusable on my mobile device. Sorry Will, I tried.
Great efficient only trouble I've had was over the phone order when I asked for a mount for a shock and got there and they had ordered a mount kit which has a bump stop and a boot for the shock but no mount.
Was , $18.?? For two battery connections. I really think it's alittle to expensive. For 2 bolts and a connectors that fits on the battery. LaDonna Kirkland
Disappointed to say the least. I returned 2 items under our name and number, and they were doing my return on a card that was used at the time. I instructed them that that bank account is no longer available. It was compromised and closed. We opened a whole new account. I had the new card with our account name on it to show there was no foul play going on, and they argued that it has to go back on that specific card. (An account and card that no longer existed) I again tried to explain to them that accountis no longer available, and they argued it has to go on that card. I again said this account and card no longer existed, so where is the refund going? To space? ..... so they had me hold onto the receipt, which I still have with a refund I will never see in the amount of $149.41. They told me I needed to contact the bank and deal with it with them. That's a dead horse. How do they themselves look for an account that has been completely closed out and "deleted". It's frustrating to feel taken advantage of when a man is arguing with you about things and your not a confrontational female.
After getting an oil change at Walmart (never again) my car began making a terrible noise. The men at Walmart were rude and said it was a coincidence. I drove to O'Reilly and realized they broke the vacuum sleeve coming out of oil canister by leaning on it or something. The assistant manger, Dalton, at O'Reilly saved my entire day and week. He was patient, kind and respectful. I was able to go to work and will be able to travel tomorrow for an important medical appt. The "mechanics" at Walmart didn't care at all about the predicament they put me in. Dalton has helped me in the past. I would give him 10 stars if I could. As a previous business owner, I hope he is valued as an employee. There aren't many good ones left out there it seems. Thanks, Dalton!!!! 🤠
Friendly helpful as can be, and they didn't tow me when I broke down. In these times, that's 5 star service any day!! Had exactly the part I need to get back on the road.

Buckle in, folks. This is one wild ride.
I mean wow. If I could give another star, I would. I don't even KNOW what was wrong with my Ranger. First it was the battery. Then the starter. Then the alternator. Then all the connections between all of those things.
Not that I know what any of them are.
My poor truck had been through the ringer. When I took it in, Michael (total angel) got me hooked up with some of O'Reilly's Auto Parts and tested everything out. Everything was wonky. Nothing worked. But he wasn't about to leave us out in the parking lot, marooned.
He did not give up.
It couldn't have been easy. It was easily 30,866 degrees outside, and we were standing around in full sun. At least, I was standing around. Everyone else was trying to fix the truck.
Even the manager Bo came outside to help. We finally figured out that my battery connections were just...dirty! What a trip.
Bo and Michael helped me clean them off.
We all dripped sweat onto the parking lot.
We went back inside and I bought a little thingy to clean my battery connections, and they gave me some helpful tips on how to take care of my vehicle like a responsible adult human being so we could all avoid dripping sweat all over the parking lot in the future.
What an adventure. They could have easily told me to take a hike, but they didn't! They are great guys with endless patience and helped some total strangers in need. I will always recommend O'Reilly's.
I'm a man who knows zilch about motors in cars. I Go to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Why, Customer service. I walk in and say I need help, it sounds like %#@&?. These guys take me by the hand and TAKE CARE of Everything!! I get back in the driver's seat and Smile.
This particular store helped best they could, considering they are not supposed to tell you what to do in best interest this store is cheapest place in mountain home when it comes to stocked items in part store prices. . Been their several times since beating out AutoZone everytime I was troubleshooting my wipers not working. Bought relay for $18 and AutoZone was 24 then bought a headlight for 12.99 and was 24 at AutoZone. I've since left Arkansas but I'm now an regular Orileys customer and quit AutoZone since I now know that I was not being charged for assistance. I offered for guy to trouble shoot and diagnose with payment but kept cheaply done regularly this far. I'm a believer in action

Dan likes spending $200 on a battery but they put it in for me I need a big deal but they still was something and they usually have the parts and stock
Kenneth was extremely helpful while trying to get our boat trailer fixed. He brought out paper towels and checked on us throughout the several hours we were in the parking lot. Great employee we were very appreciative of his help!
Great place friendly and knowledgeable staff and really enjoy working on my own car with the help of the O'Reilly team here in Mountain Home. On Main Street that is.
O’Reilly is one of my to go to places to get all of my car parts these are AutoZone are these guys they always have everything I need between those two and have a rewards card at O’Reilly’s and I’ve used for years and I can tell you this is the only place that has consistently given me rewards that are usable not in points but in dollars on a very regular basis I think I’ve taken them up on all of my rewards dollars that they’ve given me throughout the years awesome place great way to increase yourReward just take your entire family and make sure that they only use one phone number for purchases and then your reward will stack up even faster for all the repairs for all of your cars into one account that way as the dad if my kid needs an oil change and I get a coupon for my reward I can just shoot them over the coupon you can use it on the family camp pretty cool
They had exactly what I was shopping for. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. Although I paid considerably more for the part here than I could have bought it for online, I didn't have to wait, the part has a hassle free warranty and the tips the guy at the counter gave me make me feel that I didn't get hurt too bad. I will shop here again.
Usually O'Riley's wows me with their service and knowledge, not this time. Had to change a water pump on a friend's truck and the tools they have doesn't work for his specific model. Had to go back a couple times to figure this one out. The saving grace was a younger fella the following day who knew exactly what to do... Worked like a charm!
Our car broke down and we coasted into the parking lot. They gave my husband use of their tools and allowed him to try out different parts so we could be fixed and on our way.
We had to change our rotors and they helped us a ton and let us use tools right off the shelf without paying for them. They had great service. Would recommend anytime
