Came in to looking for a replacement battery terminal to get my vehicle home from a weekend trip. The fella working that evening offered to help deal with the issue in the parking lot. I was able to get home safe and sound. I'd be happy to go back to this location.
I went in ask for a fuel filter, he gave me two of the store filter options and I asked for another filter that the site was showing me, I got this dumb look like yeah we have it in stock. I wasn't asked to use my phone number to I told him I had a number, he went back on and added my number and all along he give me a wrong filter. I live 1 hour out of town and Im stuck with a smaller filter. Please hire people that know what theyre doing and have courtesy smh.
I went to AutoZone to have the battery replaced in my car. The young lady I spoke to said, " we don't replace batteries after dark" I told her it wasn't dark yet. I was frustrated walking out & told her I was going to NAPPA. They will take care of me there. Poor customer service
Exceptional service and advice. The manager went well beyond to be helpful! If I lived in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else; these guys are awesome!
Bought a defective oil drain pan here and they told me no refunds tried to exchange it but said they couldn't do anything with out a manager. Ripped me off over $25 that's over an hour of work I'll never get back. I see lots of good reviews from visitors but to us locals we are treated differently. Don't waste your money here go to NAPA up town.
The staff here were very helpful and even lent me some tools to service my motorcycle while on a tour of SW USA. Highly recommended if you need anything for your car or motorcycle while in the area
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO STOP IF YOU ARE OUT IN THE DESERT AND YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON! Such was the case a couple weeks ago when my daughter and I were driving from California to the Grand Canyon. We were so relieved to meet JohnMichael Silva, the owner of this Autozone, who very quickly diagnosed the problem for us. JohnMichael took the time to explain the findings, (Catalytic Converter not working properly), and to recommend the best thing for us to do.
By the time we were ready to get back on the road, we were again relaxed and looking forward to the rest of our vacation. 10 days later when the check engine light came on again, (yes, we were still traveling in desert country), we thought of JohnMichael who had already thought to prepare us for this possibility.
We met lots of people in our 14 days and 1200 mile round trip but none were more helpful or kinder than this man. Thank You JohnMichael for all your help and expertise that you took the time to share with my daughter and I! We thank you for making it possible for us to enjoy the remainder of our travels!

Went in to get a screw for my bike rack and John the store manager not only made sure I had the right part, but made sure it was installed and ready to go before I left the store.... Amazing service, this guy needs to be the example on what to do when taking care of a customer... this coming from an ex Autozone store manager! You guys need to promote this guy!
We stopped by the AutoZone a couple times during our travels through Page. Both times we received exceptional service. Each employee helped us find the right products with competence and a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that the headlight bulb we purchased was installed correctly. I especially wanted to mention the service we received from Virgil and Brennan who were very helpful and kind.
Franklin needs a raise. Most attentive, professional, and overall fantastic representative of AutoZone. We were travelled from out of state and he did everything he could to make us feel that AutoZone employees cared about making sure we were safe on the road. We need more Franklin's in this world. Great service and very helpful staff! We just came in to check for the brake light. Not only did the staff help us pick the right products, they also helped us put in brake oil and coolant in our car. Best auto experience I have ever had!!!!
This Wednesday morning I stopped in here & Dusty checked the oil on my Hyundai Elantra. He helped me purchase what I needed, and then added it to the engine. Such a nice guy, thank you Dusty. Give him a raise!! Plus he gave me tips on where to visit here in beautiful Page...above and beyond his duty, so polite to this senior Lady :)
I got a great price on a battery for my car and the Store Manager, John Michael, installed it for me in record time! Along with recycling my old battery. Great, friendly, and fast service! I will definitely return and spread a good word around town.
I come here very often and have always had a great experience, always was offered help without having to ask they have helped me install headlights, new battery, windshield wipers just about everything I’ve needed to get replaced on my car lol. Unfortunately today, I bought a headlight lamp that I’ve never seen before so I was a but skeptical and asked for help and he said “No we can’t mam”, luckily I watched a vid on YouTube and was able to do it myself but had to come back and get the right piece because I was given the wrong one /:

I was traveling through Page and got caught in a summer storm that broke my windshield wiper. One of the AutoZone employees at this location, Dusty, was so helpful. My vehicle required a difficult part to find, but he came up with a couple solutions and even ended up fixing the problem himself. I'm so grateful he went above and beyond taking care of the customer. Both employees that helped me were kind and understanding.

The best auto store I’ve ever been to! The staff, John Michael and Hector, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. John Michael suggested a potential quick fix for our vehicle, and while it didn’t work he was still able to identify the problem for us and we got it fixed by a mechanic in town. We came back a couple days later looking to replace the battery and he helped us choose the right one and even went so far as to help us install it! Amazing place with amazing people!

John is amazing! Had my RV coach batteries go out and no shop was open during the weekend. John came out and did his best to remedy the issue! Not a lot of people would take the time and do work like this especially since they're not even a shop. He charged my batteries and even fixed a rotted out terminal! He even refused to take any money from me! Unbelievable! Just don't run into humans like this anymore. If ever I lost faith in finding good people, John Michael definitely exists!
