the store owners and their family are easily one of the nicest people i’ve ever met. i was traveling into page as a solo traveler and ending up having troubles with my rental car. it started with me losing my keys, which they went the extra mile to help me with, to me missing my flight because of mechanical issues. the store owners and their son showed me so much kindness and grace and even cut some off the price to open my locked car. i will forever be grateful for the kind acts they showed me. i hope their business prospers because they really do deserve it.

We highly recommend the service of Double R! My daughter recently had an emergency situation with her car in which the front fender was severely damaged as she was traveling through Page. Though the business was closed, the owner, Robert, saw her drive into the parking lot and offered his assistance, this on a Friday evening after a long work week! He worked tirelessly to secure the front fender so that she could safely drive it to her intended destination and refused payment or even a cash tip. He said he was just happy he was there and could assist. We are overwhelmed by his selfless, generous spirit. He is the kind of business owner we all want to do business with. His act of kindness speaks volumes about his character and the type of business he runs. Thank you, Robert!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I was in Page for a short solo trip and my car got stuck in the sand at a trailhead. In order to get my car out, I accelerated quickly in reverse and it tore my front bumper nearly completely off. I drove very slowly to another body shop and was going to leave my car there until they opened Monday morning and walk to a hotel. Something told me to go to this place instead because the reviews were better. I knew they were also closed for the weekend but drove the extra two minutes and parked my car. I was in the process of packing my stuff up to leave and Robert walked out of the shop to ask if I needed help. Even though they were closed, he got right to work attaching my bumper back on. He could have easily told me to come back Monday morning since it was Friday evening and the shop was closed. He could have also charged me a bunch knowing I was in a desperate situation and panicking. Instead, he worked diligently to get my bumper back to where it was safe to drive and I could go on about my trip. I will have to get it replaced once I get back home but he saved my trip and saved me lots of money I was going to spend getting a rental car and hanging around town waiting for a place to open to fix it. I was in such a vulnerable situation being a female solo traveler with not much automotive knowledge and Robert was kind and patient through the whole thing. So often people in the automotive industry get a bad reputation for being dishonest and greedy. I’ve had some bad experiences before. However, I can tell by our interaction that Robert is an honest and fair person who takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone in need of repair.

bad service poor repair on my truck. took my truck to get repair from an accident and they did a poor job. fender and bumper were loose. I had a spare bumper on my truck just to drive with since the original bumper was damaged. at the time of repair I told them not to take parts off the spare bumper. so they told me to bring in the original bumper which I did. and what do you know. they took parts off the spare bumper when I told not too. so now I'm missing Hardware from my spare bumper. loose repair on my vehicle. they refuse to repair other damages on my truck from the accident saying it's an older truck and that doesn't get damaged in an accident. I took plenty of pictures. not a good place to get your vehicle repaired tried calling them to get it fixed they said call the insurance company. and when I call the insurance they say to call the workshop for quality of repair. QUALITY???? what quality... nothing was fully repaired. best to go else where or stay away from this place. not I'm repairing the vehicle myself. stay far away from this place if you need quality repairs. this place is bad service and poor repairs... UPDATE UPDATE ... SEE ATTACHED PHOTO ... If you plan to spent thousands of out of pocket repairs on your vehicle then by all means come to this place ... the owner or worker name Robert calls and make petty promises. I'm still repairing my truck from their improper work. my head lights were installed with bale wire and the clips I bought for it when I replace the head light housing were missing. the fan rubs against the molding causing damages to the molding. the entire front end was improperly install. .. go else where for quality repairs

The rental vehicle we rented wouldn't start after shopping, waited for the rental service to respond with assistance, after waiting a long time we call double R. Assistance arrived within minutes with outstanding service and help, I highly recommend Double R's service.

After a seemingly minor fender bender 8 miles down a dirt road 40 minutes from town, Robert and Ben arrived to haul us out of there and get us to town, after hours of course. Esmeralda assisted us the following day in trying to arrange transportation while our vehicle was being repaired. They were very professional and kept us informed of the progress as the work was done. As we were a very long way from home and couldn’t see the work being done we were unnecessarily anxious. They took care of the repairs and our car is as good as new. Double R is a company I would very highly recommend and view Robert as a trustworthy and honorable person.

Wow I'm gonna give this place a one star cause their lack of answering their phone, their dishonest of doing the job they are hired for, not taking on or listening to customer's concerns or suggestions, will not take on a job that requires a lot of man hours and turning back on their word making it seem like u crazy cause u showed them a list of things going on with ur vehicle only to be told that there was never a list or a consultation of said repairs needed n that only if told to your insurance that said work could be done. This company is only good at tows n lock outs but they suck at repairs. They just need to stick to tows n lock out.

Excellent service and swift response. Very professional with great judgement of the situation. It was within 10 minutes that they got our car out of the sand. Really appreciate the help for the depths of our hearts??❤️

Robert is a lifesaver! We accidentally locked the keys in our rental car on our trip to Utah/Arizona and Robert saved our trip. He got our car unlocked quickly and was very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert!

I wish I could give more starts! My Subaru Outback broke down at Horseshoe Bend. I called Double R and they answered right away and came right out. They were super careful about getting my Outback on the truck and delivered it quickly to a local auto repair. They even offered us a ride back to Page. My insurance was being very difficult about payment and they were very responsive and helpful in getting that resolved. Highly recommend!

Double R is great! Super quick, friendly and effective. Got stuck in the sand at glen canyon and these guys came to bail us out. They were in constant communication with us after we called them, letting us know that someone would be there soon. Even though we called after hours, they were super friendly and got us back on the road in no time, even arriving before their quoted eta. My best advice would be not to get stuck in the first place, but if you do, these fine folks are the ones to call!

We lost our keys while camping and boating at lone Rock. It was quite devastating to realize we couldn't drive home. After 12 hours of trying to figure anything out we called double R collision. They were so prompt and kept in contact every step of the way. The best part was meeting Robert and Ben. Looking back they made the whole experience worth it. I had my 3 kids plus my mom and friend. They got us home safe andand sound

absolutely spectacular service!! when I tell you Robert saved our entire trip, I’m not exaggerating! Stuck in a sand dune on Juneteenth and after hours too? Our insured towing service was no help, but these guys came out and were able to get us out without breaking a sweat. We’re so eternally grateful for them. Thanks Robert!!

These guys are great!! Had nothing but problems trying to get my vehicle towed through my warranty. Finally I just called Double R and they were on the job and got my truck to the dealer 130 miles away. They made it seem easy.

Yesterday on our way to our Rv park our Camper blew a back tire. We pulled off the road safely and my Husband called Double R collision in Page Az.They came to our rescue within 15minutes and put the spare tire on.They even asked us if we wanted them to follow us to make sure we were ok.We made to the camp ground by Lake powell. Thank you guys so much.We are going to put on 4 new tires before we go back Home next week. Bless you.

We got stuck in a sand bar near glen canyon.. AAA service was very terrible with long hold times and frequent connection failure. Fortunately I located Double R via Google maps and they came in 20 mins , tugged us out and even assisted us to drive out of the sand bar! Very skilled professionals!

Robert is amazing! We got our vehicle stuck in the sand down by Lone Rock Beach and he was able to get us out. We explained we had kids in the car and that it was hot outside and he arrived very quickly. I highly recommend these guys for any emergency services, you will not be disappointed.

My car broke down in the middle of the night so I called them first thing in the morning. They answered the phone immediately, but the confirmation call could take however long to call back. I understand that, because it is very rural and I'm sure they're busy. Service was very quick once we met, and the driver was so polite. Would visit again if my car breaks down near page.

They are so nice and understanding! I had just hit a rock with my RV and the right front corner metal frame of my rig bent up when I backed up on that 2 foot high rock. Double R Collision fixed it right away after I told them I wasn't staying in Page and was going back on the road. They did a great job!

I traveled from WA, home for my nephew's funeral as people were leaving my vehicle got swiped it got a few scratches and chipped paint. I said a pray and God directed me to come to Double R Collision and the people there were super amazing. I swear they went above and beyond all their job titles to make sure that me & my 5yr. old were taking care of. I wish I got some names but they work so quickly to get me set up and the lady at the desk even helped me to find an affordable hotel to stay at. The gentleman that quoted my vehicle was very reasonable with price super affordable as well. He's the same gentleman that drove us to our hotel making sure we were in good hands. The nicest and most professional, was desperate to get my car fixed for a very important event I needed to attend. They diagnosed, ordered parts and repair was done within 24 hours. They listened and cared about my situation! I would highly recommend them!!

The owner was awesome! He was timely, straightforward and concerned after we whacked an animal with our car. We were super impressed with his hustle and honesty. After being in an accident in the middle of the desert, we were entirely grateful for the people we worked with at Double R. Support this family owned, local business! They deserve it.

Avoid at all costs. I’m sure their are other reputable businesses that can offer better service. I’ve lived in the middle of Idaho and received my car in time. When things go wrong and need to order parts and it takes a longer about of time, they just say welcome to page. This place sublets work to other companies who don’t care if they damage your vehicle and don’t care if they extend your vehicles service. For a few scratches on the door they had to have my car for 10 days, when the promise day was 5 days. I already thought 5 days was a lot of scratches. Even the day they received the damaged part, they couldn’t even let me know. They just leave you hanging. Nor when they say they are gonna make it right, they don’t bother to call, they think that your just gonna forget. I’m sorry but people pointed out that the paint just wasn’t buffed out enough. But I’d rather live with that then deal with them. I’d rather take my cars to a reliable service. Try other options before going here. #notsorry
