We pulled in on Saturday right better closing and David was amazing. He loaned us a few tools and actually helped us after we sheared off a tire coming to Lake Powell. They did not have the bolts needed so he assured us he would locate some and we could continue our trip. He followed up with us and got us what we needed. We went back today and are successfully on the road back to a Tucson. The world needed more kind people like David. Napa is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you

Stopped in 2x on our recent trip to page. Leo was incredibly helpful both times. I damaged my torsion spindle on my trailer and Leo went the extra miles to help me locate the correct parts for a great price. Seriously cannot praise him or his efforts enough. What more could you ask for than top quality auto parts accompanied by sales associates that reflect a good working atmosphere. Definitely a family owned operation producing satisfied clientele.
Another +1 for David. I pulled into Page with only 3 wheels on my trailer 500 miles from home. David went above and beyond and probably saved me at trip to the cardiologist. Family had a great time on the lake and the boat made it home just fine thanks to David.

They charge a return fee of 15% I was not happy when I had to take some times back.. I rather go somewhere I get a full refund whether it sits on the shelf for 2wks. Not my problem.. :/
We were traveling through with a new (to us) motorhome. We were having transmission issues. Ryan helped us figure out the problem and lent us tools. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You could tell this is the locals favorite by the number of them that came in , and he know them all by name. I would give him 10 stars if that possible!!!
Ryan was fantastic. We were super stressed about our faulty motor-home battery and he was able fix the problem and save our vacation. Incredibly friendly and we were thankful that Ryan was here to help us, made a world of difference!
I just can't tell how much I love those guys! I mean my car got overheating and damaged head gasket last night. It cost me 1500$ to get repaired and I got Nowhere to go. But staffs in NAPA just so nice and helpful! They helped me even It's over their closing time. And They guided me from the car smoking white smog to I can go. I just had one of their employees named Justin go far and above the call of duty. He was able to help me get my air conditioning working and even stood in the rain to help make sure the coolant got in there. This type of customer service is a dying art, my hat is off to him as a person, and my family is so grateful. Thank you Justin!!!
I get there, wait, a dude helps me, not really , he answers a call and I'm left sitting there for about 5 mins,. .. I usually go here for my parts and recommend this place,, I guess this place sucks.. .
