bought a stereo with cash and tried to return a couple days after the purchase. but they kept saying they didnt have enough cash in the register and had me come in many different times to see if they had enough cash. they never had enough cash. crazy.

The old staff was crap so I stopped coming here for a while. Now everyone is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. It's definitely my first choice. Also, they get parts in much faster than AutoZone

Rude, terrible service would be an improvement! I've had a commercial account in Colorado for ten years and the people in Page were really put off to help. I've been in there a half dozen times and asked for parts help. They would point toward an isle and say 'down there'. To lazy to get up and help even with several employees sitting around talking. Very few customers in the store and no phone calls. I needed a wiper blade and they had one. I asked when they'd restock and the rep shrugged.

I came in because the panel next to the tire came off loose and needed a few locks the manager was so helpful he came out and completely replaced them I was not expecting that he went well and above I wish we had more people like him I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family Thank you again

All employees that work in there DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, but when they answer the phone They put YOU HOLD FOREVER...PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES and customers just disconnect their call. Need to improve on their customer service, or hire more employees that are nicer, friendlier and fast service. Service is really bad that there are NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. All Employees need to be retrained.

Wasn't the first time I had this kind of problem with this place. I Called asking for parts person that was helping me was very rude so I calling back asking for the manager and was told manager wouldn't be there until tomorrow.

I don’t think I’ve ever have rated and auto parts place, wow this place, I’ve been there around 4 times and the attitude and rudeness of the employees it’s bad. The atmosphere is unwelcoming from the second you walk in the store.

James, the manager, was so incredibly helpful! We are not from the area and our battery died, they did not hesitate to help us get a new battery and install it (we had no tools with us nor any experience changing a battery.) Amazing place to take your business!!!

We needed a part for our a/c in this scorching heat and the cashier was an older lady. She was very rude and didn't want to help us find another store. Her words were "if you want to look for another o'Reilly look it up yourself."

I had a great experience here last summer as our cars AC needed a recharge in the scorching heat. I wasn’t sure what I needed but they took time to talk me through what was going on and what the solution would be. Got an AC recharge system that seemed reliable. It worked well and we were able to enjoy our drive.

The staff here is super knowledgeable, hard working and does a great job at customer service. I really like shopping here. Safe and clean store. Barbara is experienced and most helpful.

IT is just like every other O'Reilly store. The one thing that drove me nuts was that there was only one person checking people out. There was another guy there, but he was pretending to be busy on the computer. I know this because I watched him. He would do some stuff, then look up to see how long the line was, decide the line was really long, then go back to pretending to work. It was funny and irritating.

35th avenue and van buren O'Reilly's came through. Ask for David as he will help you out. Thanks David definitely will choose O'Reilly's over any other auto parts store.

Very very friendly staff! We have a problem with our rented RV and the man at the cashdesk wasn't hesitating to help us finding out what the problem was about. He was very kind and funny and totally saved our ass. Also he told us to come back if there were any other problems.

I am a tour guide, and had a tour to Antelope Canyon earlier today. Lost a brake light when I got to Page. Went by this store to get a replacement. when I walked in NO ONE was the least bit helpful, or knew very much for that matter. Barbara came out from behind the counter like the Calvary. She found the problem, and changed the bulb in no time flat. She saved the day, If it wasn't for Barbara I would have just gone across the street to Walmart. But now I would go back to this store, but only if Barbara was working that day.

Our first day on the lake we had a belt and pully break on our boat engine. We headed back into town and Barbara the assistant manager was AMAZING !! She is extremely knowledgeable and cross referenced items and we were able to get items that worked to fix our issue. We worked with her for 2 hours and she was polite went above and beyond. Excellent service !!

Arrived in our RV 7 min before closing, customers were exiting and an employee saw us pulling into the parking lot and Locked the door!! We immediately knocked on the door as he was walking away, but he ignored us. All store lights on, OPEN sign still lit. At 8:05 pm an employee exited and has a "could care less" attitude, as he told us the store clock is 3 min fast. ..still doesn't explain closing prior to 8:00 pm and especially since he saw us trying to get there prior to closing. To exchange an apparently defective headlight we purchased at another O'Reilly's!!! WoW!!! I left msgs on the corporate customer service number and will post their response, when/if they respond. Another minor delay, until the store open in the am. A Great place to park an RV overnight!!!! It's not posted against parking overnight...and even if it were, it's not overnight parking if they closed early and you're waiting for them to re-open. Since they're actual hours are whatever time Their clock inside indicates it is, who knows when they'll be open/closed. Therefore, it's not overnight parking, it's simply customer parking!!!

Not a friendly atmosphere. Every employee I talked to, would look a part up point to the aisle, and say next. When I didn't find what I was looking for. I had to wait in line for 45 more minutes. Only auto parts store in Page. Hope you don't run into car trouble there..

I think it's funny how people claim that these guys are racists. Even though they may not be getting their point across due to their spelling. Great store helped me within 5 min of going in. Got the job done and knew what i needed before i knew it.

Many transactions here over the years, have never seen any such behaviors. Navajo is spoken here by several of the employees, accepted and encouraged. A large percentage of their customers are Navajo. I have respect for the staff there, they are as patient and considerate as I have seen anywhere. I suspect the person that was complaining may have had an ax to grind. I state this to be true and accurate as I am able. I have no horse in this race. Respectfully, Jack.
