Wir hatten ein tolles, hypermodernes und uns in gewissen Punkten überforderndes Mietauto für unsere USA Rundreise von AVIS erhalten. Wir hatten noch eine Frage, die wir auf einem Parkplatz in Ruhe klären wollten. Letztendlich haben wir irgendeinen Menschen angesprochen, der optisch ein vergleichbares Fahrzeug fuhr. Dieser Herr hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent geholfen und unsere (auch weiterführenden) Fragen geklärt. Erst durch Zufall stellte sich heraus, dass dieser Mann der Besitzer dieser Autohauses war. Daher möchte ich mich auf diesem Weg nochmals bedanken. Es war klar, dass wir nie Kunden werden würden, dennoch hat sich dieser Mensch Zeit für uns genommen und geholfen. Danke.
Services sucks here! They don't go by appointment. They do other services because that actually get to u .even when u have a appointment. They make u wait way over the time that was given and are rude to u when u want to ask questions. 3 people walked passed me and didn't ask if I needed help...VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I came in two days ago with a dead battery, four or five different hazard lights, a car that started with brakes on and uncivilly chunked along the first 20 feet… New battery in the first day, within 30 min of arriving, part comes in the next day and I am back on the road with a car that hasn’t moved this smoothly in over nine months.
No time or days wasted, I even got to fit in a six hour hike while in town. No more lights blinking at me warning things, this is the fastest, nicest, most personable service I’ve ever experienced at any car service, ever, anywhere in the US (comparing to MN MD OH NC). If you’re having car issues and driving cross country or live local, bring your car in, you will be so pleased.
