I took my vehicle to this location for an ac performance check. Keep in mind my vehicle was blowing COLD just not ice cold so I figured maybe I could use a recharge. I don’t drive my vehicle often because I have a work vehicle but when I do drive it again the ac blows cold. Today after taking it there, they first said it was a small leak and it would cost XXX to fix that and XXX for a recharge. I said thanks I’ll get a second opinion and let you know. I had my vehicle looked at previously and wanted a second opinion so that’s why I went to them originally-HOWEVER now my ac is blowing all hot!! I called to speak with management and they said they don’t think Thor technician did anything wrong and the technician said o had no Freon upon arrival which is all false. I am now going to contact corporate and hope for a resolve but I am prepared to take this to small claims court because they have ruined something during what was supposed to be a routine check ONLY! So unfortunate! Do NOT go to this location! Every vehicle seen while I was there came back with a report of some ADDITIONAL work being needed, EVERY vehicle! That was before I received my vehicle report. I’m going to corporate and beyond if I have to!!
Chris at Firestone was the absolute best. I called him 30 minutes before closing to see if they were able to help with my teenage daughter’s flat tire. He stayed well after closing to ensure we had a safe drop off by the tow truck. the next day was able to get the tire I needed. He checked in regularly with us for updates. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful!
Heather and Chris were so great. They helped me understand what needed to be done and are extremely kind and friendly. Definitely recommended this location!! Even if you’re a girl who doesn’t know anything, like me :) outstanding service!
This place is terrible. Check your vehicle and fluid levels before you leave. I brought my truck in under warranty to get my heater control valve looked at because I had no heat in my truck. The person on the phone confirmed that they were only going to see if the valve was bad. I never asked them to perform the work to replace or do anything else. I come back to the store to pick up my truck and I was told I owed $115. I asked why and they stated because the warranty company denied the work and they had to charge me for a full diagnostic in which I never asked for. I asked for the manger and he said rudely that he needed to pay his tech and refused to offer any remedy or refund for work I never authorized or asked for.
That evening, I just so happened to check my coolant level in my truck and seen that my coolant reservoir was filled completely to the cap. This can catastrophically damage the engine and cooling system of my truck. I had to use a turkey baster and suck out a huge amount of excess coolant. Also my ac was working fine and blowing out cold air and two days later it was blowing completely hot air. I’m absolutely convinced that they intentionally did something out of anger that I refused the work or that I would do back to pay even more money to get it fixed from the damage they intentionally did. I took numerous pictures and videos and have evidence of all of this and will be pursuing legal action for the damage they did to my truck. In my opinion, I would never go to Firestone and ESPECIALLY this location. They know what they did and won’t own up to it or compensate me. Beware of this place and always check your vehicle before paying and leaving!

I trusted Firestone staff to provide and maintain good quality service with honesty. On last and 3rd visit they recommended changing my tires after paying almost $1800 on front end work due to car shaking. I got a second and third opinion and both our family master mechanic and Discount tire stated there was absolutely nothing wrong with tires gave me 7/35 on front and 8/35 on back plus they balanced the tires. At 3rd visit Firestone recommended I get full set of tires paying almost $800. This made me feel bad and taken advantage of as disabled woman. I also was advised that some of the other work was not necessary. I am shocked hurt and disappointed that Firestone staff would treat me this way. Not only have spent money on my Acadia for front end work I have also had front end work on my Explorer that cost me over $2200 for suspension work which come to find out another master mechanic stated parts don't look like they were ever removed. This is very suspicious. My sister also has had issues with them placing used parts on her Challenger and wouldn't have know until something went wrong and she also had to take back and staff advised of used part was placed this is crazy and insane.. Sounds like Firestone is creating issues to mock up unnecessary work and used used parts plus take advantage of women!!!!! I've attached pictures of my Explorer that got front end work but clearly looks like nothing was done. Master mechanic with truck lifted.... This is Shameful!!!!

I just needed tire checked, because the air was getting low on the rear tire so I stoped and Firestone Complete Auto Care in Goodyear and they checked all tires and found big nail in one off the rear tire and fixed it in no time.
I give 5 stars for performance.
I attempted to have this location inspect and repair my tire on my Dually pickup that I thought the previous tire shop had let the air out of by not installing the stem extender correctly. I was unable to get the bead to seat. I was informed that company policy said they can’t touch it because I didn’t buy the tire from them and it’s a “liability” I responded with “So if I was driving across country and had the same issue you’d tell me to kick rocks?” To which they responded no and they would be able to look at it by the end of the day probably. I left as I do not wish to support a business with such a poor “policy” the staff were great so I will not be dropping names but company policy is garbage. Take care of yourself customers. You missed out on a tire sale because there was a hole in the sidewall from incorrectly mounted stem extender. If anyone has a similar issue I suggest “big brand tires” off dysart. They were fantastic.
Scheduled for an alignment for 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. My schedule freed up around 11:20 and called to see if I could drop it drop it off early, and the associate on the phone said it was fine to drop it off early. I drop it off and the associate gather my vehicle's info, VIN and milage. Their system did not recognize my VIN for my 2023 model year vehicle. Two associates verified the VIN on my vehicle, and the associates could not get their tech support to override the system to do a simple alignment. Very poor system by Firestone and wasted my day trying to find a shop that can fit me into their schedule.
I purchased a new set of tires here in November of 2025 and for once decided to get the road hazard coverage and Im GLAD I DID. Just one month after purchase i hit a cinder block left on the road and Firestone replaced my damaged tire right away. I couldn't be more pleased with their prompt service!
I came in because there was a nail in my tire and as soon as I parked my car battery decided to die as well. Thankfully, I was already within the parking lot of the goodyear firestone and so I was able to get both issues handled at the same time. josh and his team do their best to explain any costs & options upfront, as well as store promotions and coupons that may help with necessary work needed. The guys also do their best at explaining work that needs to be done. I've never felt like they've pushed me into doing more and or having to purchase extra when it comes to services just to make a sale. As I myself am not car literate, I appreciate their honesty and hard work. Ican tell that they are family oriented and do their best to be fair and honest while also understanding needing to stick within your budget. In the end their battery warranty was comparable in price to AAA and other service centers however the length of the warranty was much longer and that does make it a better deal! Thank you, josh, and your team for your reliable and consistent work.

I had a terrible experience with Goodyear Tire 2x recently. From the minute I walked into their parking lot, Lane greeted me and walked me in and set me up with Carson to schedule my new tires and oil change. He was super helpful and even got the exact tire out to show me what it would look like too. Very impressive customer service from the get go!
Had an appointment for an alignment and it took 5 HOURS to get it done. Not only that, oil stains all over my carpet, steering wheel, and door panel. Technician had the audacity to lean on the hood of my car while filling out his inspection report leaving dust and oil marks on my paint.
Absolutely unacceptable and will never take my vehicles here again. Don't recommend this place.

Requested a diagnosis of my tire pressure sensors they said all of them failed and replacements and installation would be over 600$ on top of that they said my tires weren’t good to drive and requested another 1.4k to replace 3 tires otherwise they wouldn’t install the tire sensors because of “safety issues”. I previously installed 1 tire and the three tires they referred to were installed 1 year ago. Low integrity and unpleasant staff.
Very helpful. Able to get me back on the road quickly next day after my tire was shredded after hours. Was also able to get in an already needed (I was aware of it) brake job and oil change since my car was already in the shop.
This Firestone is wonderful. The guys who work in the service area in the garage are so quick to help you! Especially a guy named Lane who is really professional and friendly! You don't usually have to wait to get your tires checked and filled with air. Also there's no charge for that. Yay
First alignment went well, came in for a second alignment and the technician rounded the flats on my outer tie rod. Manager replaced… but the technician used a zip tie to reattach my boot. Won’t be back. (I even purchased the lifetime alignment)

My wife had a blowout and it was a Saturday early morning. She called the store and spoke with store manager Josh Pauley. She explained to him the situation and her circumstances due to her having to go to work very soon. Josh was very professional and listen to her concern and Addressed it. He brought in the vehicle and got it done immediately with no hesitation. To know That there is a store that goes above and beyond for their clients is awesome .thank you Josh Pauley, that meant a lot to us.
Firestone is my go to for all my car needs, this is my preferred store since my last few services were fantastic . The team here were able to recommend what I needed without making me feel lost or pressured. The manager was patient and when I complained how horrible my headlights looked and how my husband told me the last few years he would restore them ( which he didn’t) he told me they could squeeze that in for me. Now my car looks better and runs better. Great team went above to ensure my visit was great and all were welcoming. Thank you especially for my headlight restoration.
I had an appointment at 7:30 AM to install new tires. They weren’t finished until 3 PM only to realize they installed one of the tires backwards. I told them and they talked to me like I was stupid only to go look at it and see it was put on incorrectly. It took an extra 3 hours just to fix one tires. After that I noticed they had chipped and scratched both of my wheels. I told them and they said there was no possible way it could have happened, but I took before and after photos, they didn’t look like this when I brought it in. Please if you read this never go to Firestone.They are extremely rude and do terrible work at an insane price.
New Charger, first tire replacement. Two wheels damaged by Firestone Goodyear. Appointment on May 4, 2023 has all paperwork indicated no damage to wheels or anything else. Upon picking up vehicle small chip on front drivers side wheel, rear drivers side wheel has damage in center of wheel which appears to be caused be lack of clearance on their machine. When confronted about damage the response was insulting and denial was all that was received. Hard to understand when the pre inspection notes no damage but magically a set of wheels with 15,000 miles on them are now damaged. This could not have been caused by a curb, pictures attached speak for themselves. The lack of accountability, horrible customer service and sheer lack of professionalism has led me to not ever bring anything I don’t want destroyed to a Firestone location. I wouldn’t have this company work on my bicycle. I typically don’t leave reviews but this has opened my eyes and I simply want to warn other potential Firestone future victims. Do you homework, read the reviews and if I was corporate Firestone I would quickly get this leadership team/management either trained properly or walk them out the door before your reputation is further harmed by horrible work, damaging customers property, disrespecting and insulting customers among various other complaints mentioned in the other reviews. If I had the option to give zero stars I would as I personally feel 1 star is giving this location too much credit after the experience I had.
