They cannot debug a simple issue & charge you for something random you did not authorize. They even kept my car for several days without touching it. I had to literally show them the issue and they still could not fix it. Instead of fixing the issue, they charged me 200 additional dollars for unwanted diagnosis. I had wasted at-least 10k here on same car. Now they say you should sell the car. Avoid if you have mechanical issues. I gave 2 stars because they can fix standard issues.

Service is great, I made my appointment the day before over the phone. They were quick for the oil change and tires rotation. They did a picture diagnostic of my tires to show me where are in use. That was pretty cool, with that I can plan on when I should replace my tires. Price for oil change same as Ford.

Eddy was a total joy to meet and was so communicative and efficient in getting my tire replaced. I don’t usually trust car places, and he’s trustworthy so please don’t lose him! (Unless it’s for a raise fr)

My wife dropped off the truck at noon, for a flat repair and/or tire replacement and added an oil change. They called her at 4:45pm saying they couldn't find the wheel lock key(last rotate was done in july 2025@ pebble creek firestone), not sure why that took 5 hours. Tire was pro-rated, they did not check the history and tried to charge me for mount & balance, even though i had purchased lifetime mount & balance. Got an oil change( i think) no sticker in the window, didn't reset oil light, tire pressures were not set, LF was 38, RF was 28, RR was 41, lr was 38. Door placard says 32. Oil is full and clean, washer fluid was NOT topped off and the tire replaced did not get valve cap until i went back and asked for it. They also gave us a quote for $1000+, but if you can't get the basics right why should i reward you with my future business

When it comes to wait times. They don't disappoint, took my infiniti for an oil change, sat down and 30 minutes later all done. Great service and customer service.

If you check the Firestone website it will read confidently that their locations have RV grade tires and install those tires. This is why our RV has Firestone tires. However is you come to this location or the other local Firestone “Bob” checked with neither have a floor jack to raise an RV. Confidence shaken in old Mr. Firestone. Now our RV mostly has Firestone tires. Get better Bob

This place is fantastic!! They were open on a Sunday!! My left blinker was not working and they changed out the bulb right away for only $75 bucks! I highly recommend this place!!

A terrible experience. The Firestone I use to goto is close have lifetime warranty brakes from them, front and back. Took to a different Firestone because the Nissan dealer said the pads needed attention. 1st-had a 11am appointment, had to keep calling about the status. They didn't even pull it in till 530pm. I drive down there, they told me the front brakes wre fine but the back needed replaced @ 1-2mm. Or what he would say was metal on metal. I said ok they were Firestone brakes to replace them. He said no not Firestone brakes. I paid $1300 to get brakes done less the years ago. He said he did not see that. Told him tootsie the car down and gave me the name and contact id the district manager. He said he did not have that information. Really? Then I asked them, the tech was there now too, if the back brakes were ceramic? They could not tell me that either. REALLY? Figures since ceramic brakes are what Firestone use, not Nissan. Never again. No ethics at all. You buy a warrantied product and it never helps. Always some reason to screw the customer.

I;m satisfied with the fact that they changed the valve stem in my tire. I'm very upset with them that they tried to upsell me a new battery when they never even checked the battery and they should have never been under the hood of my car in the first place.I was just there for a flat tire. They told me my battery was bad, and I needed to buy a three hundred and fifty dollar battery from them.I told them that I would not buy a battery from them.And I went about my business that day and then I took my car to autozone, and had it tested for the battery.And in order to have the battery tested, you have to take the plastic off.The top of the battery which was not disturbed or moved.So I know they never checked the battery and they were trying to upsell me.I will never go back to this fire stone again

I’ve been to this Firestone twice now and I was greeted by Bob. He was very respectful and helpful. His goal was to get me what I needed. That means a lot because most other places just want to sell me stuff I don’t want or need. I will happily come back here again for my fleet and personal vehicles.

Customer beware and Service Writers be warned: I went here to get an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment (because I have a life time alignment with Firestone). Upon the completion of the technician's inspection of my vehicle, they told me I needed a new battery and serpent belt. They recommended the services of a coolant flush, fuel system flush, air filter, and cabin filter; all of which I had just completed 5k miles ago. I had the battery tested by AutoZone after their recommendations and it was perfectly fine. The belts were changed by myself 14k miles ago and after my inspection, it was perfectly fine. I am an ASE certified mechanic who was trained at Universal Technical Institution (UTI) and I have my degree in auto, diesel, and industrial technologies. (I don't waste my time with oil changes any more and I don't own the proper alignment equipment, so that's why I use Firestone for these services). Needless to say, I didn't bite. I feel it is very unethical for companies to try and pull the wool over good people's eyes to make a buck. Especially these days when prices are high and people's finances are tight. Shame on big corporations for doing this and shame on anyone else who does this sort of thing too unsuspecting customers. I caution Service Writers to be careful when selling services to customers that don't need them, especially to women (which I am). You don't know what people know, so don't assume they know nothing about cars just because they are bringing it to you for service. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Robert Culp was beyond helpful and thorough. I received a great price for the work required and the job was completed swiftly. I will be back, and I would recommend this Gentleman and this location for any autowork that needs to be done.

They got me in and out in a reasonable time. The service advisor, Eddie, was very friendly and knew what he was talking about on my vehicle. They even showed me exactly what was worn on my suspension. I'd recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Bob and Robert were delightful to experience! I feel like it is sort of intimidating to get you car serviced as a woman but they made me feel very comfortable and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. 10/10 service keep up the great work

The customer service at Firestone is great, Robert communicated with me step by step. My vehicle had quite a bit of work that was needed, everything that I did not understand was kindly explained, this was very helpful to me. Eddie and a few others work on my car and made sure its at its best before driving off. I will be coming back!

Stopped in to get a tire repair with no appointment. Got right in and no charge since I had a road hazard warranty on the tires I bought there 2 years ago. They were very friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Don't take your vehicle to the location on Van Buren in Goodyear. Long story short...I took my 2015 GMC in for an oil change on 8/30 and I haven't seen it since. It "happened" to stop running while in their care and then was passed along to the local GMC dealership where we were told the engine needs replacing. My check engine light was NOT on when I dropped it off and had no signs that there were engine issues. What is worse is that the store had no open communication with us when the vehicle was there. We had to call daily to check the status or stop in person. We have not heard ONE PEEP from the store manager since our car was moved BY THEM to the dealership. I called Firestone's national customer service line 4 times now. I submitted a formal complaint/claim on 9/8 and was told I'd have a claims advisor contact me within 3-5 days. I called again on 9/15 and was told there was still not advisor assigned. I am still waiting to hear from ANYONE at Firestone. Shady written all over this. No invoice information was even put into the Firestone system that any of the Customer Service reps could find, so we don't even know what was actually done to the car. I'm at a loss with this entire situation and will be seeking legal council. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They do not care about their customers.

Just needed air for a low tire. Pulled up right before they closed and a young gentleman named Roberto greeted me yesterday. I told him my daughters go kart tire was flat, he acknowledged me and let know it would be just a quick minute. Not only did he air up the tire and look it over, he took a minute to make be feel as if I was human and asked if I needed anything else? I know they were about done for the weekend but not once did I ever feel rushed. Ive seen it plenty of times at OTHER places where if its almost closing time they are NOT able to help you. This business here is different. Roberto your kindness does not go unnoticed. I appreciate you

Too busy to take customers with appointments I made an appointment 2 days in advance for 11a.m., and after 7 hours, I got a call asking me to repeat all the info I gave when I came to drop my car off. I had them cancel all work because I can't give up my car for 2 days for a diagnosis. I wish they canceled my appointment instead of holding my car for a day.

Here are the reasons that’s contributed to my overall low review of this Firestone location: 1) Scheduled an appointment for last Saturday at 8am and it was rescheduled to 10am without anyone calling to confirm that time works. 2) I arrived at 10am and waited in the lobby for 2 hours before my car was brought in to be serviced. 3) I went in for a wheel alignment and my car still pulls to the right. I can’t tell if anything was resolved and no details of the service work was provided by the technician. The only positive thing about my visit is that the staff was polite and friendly. A company should never schedule an appointment and have the customer waiting hours for the vehicle to even be looked at. If you don’t have enough techs working then as a company you shouldn’t allow however many customers to be appointments. I paid north of $400.00 for that visit on 8/23/2025.

Employees went above and beyond to fit my exact needs, while also contacting a partner store and having someone pick up and deliver the tire of my choice. We are beyond grateful for the entire teams dedication to the job. A flat tire isn't the best way to start a Saturday, but Firestone was a great way to fix it. Thanks guys! 🙏🏼

Scheduled an appointment for just an oil change. Brought it in 30 minutes early, and didn’t get the truck back until 3 hours after the scheduled appointment. Waited the whole time, and watched multiple techs standing around. Got the recommendation report back a half hour into my appointment and then sat the remaining 2 and 1/2 hours until it was done. Do not recommend this location at all. A simple synthetic oil change should not take 3.5 hours.

On vacation and my rental car tires were all at wrong tire pressure. I just pulled in wondering if they could help and they said. No problem! I was in and out in a couple minutes. If I lived here this is where I would take my car!

Excellent service. I had a flat tire on a Sunday, at 4pm. They closed at 5. They changed it in less than 30 minutes. Polite, excellent service.

I dropped off a wheel and new tire to this firestone yesterday to have a new tire mounted on the wheel as I had a blowout earlier that day and mounted my spare on my truck on the side of the road. They called this morning saying it was ready for pick up. I arrived about an hour and a half before close. As I was checking out I asked if they were gonna mount the wheel on my truck since I had the spare mounted. The cashier asked the guy next to him " if this guy throws you some cash can you mount his wheel on his truck" I said "I don't have any cash" immediately the cashier said "sorry we don't have any open lifts" So basically, if I wasn't willing to pay these guys cash on the side. They weren't putting the wheel on my truck for me. In the over 25 years I've been driving. I don't think I've ever had a tire mounted and balanced. That didn't include it being put back on the vehicle. Then to top it all off, I get The wheel and tire home and noticed that they left white paste all over the rim and tire, completely unprofessional! I'm in Arizona. It's the start of summer here. I know it's only June, But it was a 108° today.. I definitely wasn't planning on mountain this wheel on my truck and spend the time it took to clean all the stuff that they left on it in 108° weather. After working a ten hour shift. Like I said, completely unprofessional shop. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Where you are more likely to get a better value for your dollar. This place is completely overpriced for the unprofessional service that they provide. Never would I deal with any Firestone shop again.
