I drove my truck in for an idiot light. They determined it was the actuator motor. After they replaced it, they couldn't get it out of 4WD low. The manager stated something must have bound up and was on its way out in the transfer case. What was supposed to be an $1,100 repair completed in one day turned into a $4,500 10-day repair. I'm certain their mechanic installed the motor incorrectly, which broke the transfer case, but I have no proof. The lack of communication was also horrendous. I had to call for updates, and each time I did, the manager had just gotten off the phone. Hmm I also asked if they gave military veterans a discount-they do not.

The person I worked with,(Mike), was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a lot of major work done and Mike and his staff worked with me with good advice and helped me save money where they could. I haven’t had enough time to evaluate all of the changes that were made to my vehicle, but as far as Customèr Service and initial contact, I would give them an A+.

After Big O and Firestone both told me they couldn’t look at my tire because it was not purchased from them I called this location. I believe I talked to tanner on the phone and he said bring the truck in. I worked with Zach and they quickly found my issue and provided me a solution. Not only did they sell me a new tire but they installed the correct valve stem for the application to prevent the issue from reoccurring. These guys are super professional and the pricing was good. 10/10 recommend this shop. I’ll be returning for tires for both my trucks and my car moving forward.

Always gets me in on a busy day! Great place to take your truck in for repair’s or tires! My go to place! Highly recommend them!!! Just got my tires rotated, tire pressure and Safety check!! Did great every time I went in on different repairs!

I brought in a tire to have a valve stem replaced. I was extremely surprised when the associate told me it would be no charge. This is normally a $30 charge at other tire shops. He did mention that because the tire was 10 years old the tire could be damaged when separating it from the rim. Luckily they were able to replace the valve without any damage to the tire. I appreciate their good work and honesty.

I originally tried this location because one of their reps came into our business and offered a deal on their oil changes. When I came in to redeem my last oil change, they finished and then told me both of my belts needed to be replaced because they were “cracking badly.” Since I had just replaced one the year before, I was very skeptical. Fast forward to today, I went to another local auto repair shop for a second opinion. The owner personally showed me my belts and confirmed they were in great condition, with no cracking, and that one had clearly been replaced recently. I’m very glad I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion- will never recommend this business because of their dishonesty.

Found this place earlier this year from my tires were bald. Staff is incredibly helpful and they have a buy to get two free sale if I was able to take advantage of Came in today to have the tires rotated no problems at all. Great company!

They got me back on the road in a few hours for a great price when even the local dealer was no help. It started as the local shop that had my size in stock at a decent price after getting a flat on I-10. After arriving they offered a second tire option that was slightly cheaper. Then had to work with me to find a local replacement rim after a crack was found in it, also from I-10. Seriously above and beyond service. Thanks guys!

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for 6+ years. They’re honest, get work done quickly, and are friendly. In a city where it’s easier to find a bad mechanic than a good one, the good can be found here.

Very helpful awesome service. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the things that you need in a timely fashion and I really love it that they don’t charge you to fix a flat that is commendable in itself. I highly recommend big brand. and service is excellent

Took 3 hours for them to look at my vehicle despite making an appointment. Was told my lower A Arm bushings have too much play for them to perform alignment. Quoted $2000+ to replace parts and labor. Vehicle is less than 2 yrs old, 24,000mi. I declined and took it to another shop who saw no issues and quickly got it aligned. Two stars because they have treated me fine in the past but never going back to them again.

The very fact that these guys were open on a Sunday, and I was in dire need of getting an instant tire repair, was a lifesaver. For that very reason I will go back to them for the rest of my tires. On top of it all their tires were reasonably priced. Great service and the guys behind the desk were awesome!

I had a tire related issue midday on a Sunday. I called them up and they said sure come over within the hour and we can get it done. I arrived shortly there after. I was greeted as I entered. I did not get his name. Nonetheless he came out and checked the tire, gathered the information and wrote my ticket. All while remaining up beat and professional. Customer service is big for me, and I didn't feel unwanted, but valued. Not to mention they got me in and done under an hour. I was on my way to finish my task, so thank you. Thank you!

Very pleased with the customer service and professionalism. A shout-out to the assistant manager Erik for his expert knowledge of our particular problem of slow air loss from the original wheels on our 2000 Ford Excursion. He was able to ascertain that a maintenance service to remove the tires, machine clean off corroded chrome beads, and reseal the edges to remount our tires made for some very happy customers, allowing us to avoid the unnecessary purchase of four new wheels. This company continues to earn our trust. We highly recommend them and will continue to be repeat customers.

Employees were almost arguing with eachother telling me 2 different things about my oil leaking and I was charged for things I didn't ask for or receive like new Wiper blades, The actual process of my oil change was smooth but the people seemed unprofessional when handling questions. I get being busy and under stress but a company shouldn't be operating like this imo edit: my seals are seeping on my car and i had 1 employee say that what i can see is all it should be and another one came up and said it should be dripping everywhere i go then they had to have a third employee answer

They absolutely strive to make their customers happy and satisfied! It started off completely on the wrong foot turned out to be a pleasant experience! We greatly appreciated Mike seeing our point of view and making it right with us. We definitely will be back and will recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Big Brand Tire & Service. I had a flat tire, and while other shops offered to fix it for a fee or asked me to leave my car until the next day, Big Brand Tire & Service accommodated me the same day. They fixed the tire in just 30 minutes—for free! The whole process was smooth, and the staff clearly communicated and handled the issue professionally. Highly recommend!

As always these guys are great. I had a flat tire and needed a new tire. I needed to get to work so they got me right in and got to work. As usual great service, fair pricing and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When your there say HI to Rob, he’s been there for like 25 years. Great guy to work with. Next to Waffle House!!!

These guy’s absolutely make life easier when your vehicles are making things difficult! Save yourself the stress of dealing with bargain basement yokos that don’t know the difference between an alternator and an A/C compressor and go straight to Big Brand on Dysart instead! I’ll be coming back to them shortly when one of my cars breaks down again.

It is always stressful when picking up debris in your tires and hoping you can get in is just as stressful and worrisome if you will be able to get in and get the situation addressed. Alex alleviated that stress and got me an appointment within 45 minutes. Once I arrived I was greeted and made feel very comfortable. Will you then went out to look at my BMW, rear tire and sure enough there was a screw in it however, the screw had not punctured into the tire. He simply just took it out which I did not want to do at the house in case you were started losing air and it was just a surface sitting on the outside rubber Didn’t charge me a thing just took care of my issue It made me feel comfortable truly a professional, you can trust these people I will come back and I appreciated the service they gave me. I felt very comfortable here. Great team great place and welcoming.

Super excellent friendly service by the front and the mechanics. Both Daniel in the front and Daniel in the back were kind and took care of my car. They put a plastic wrap around the driver seats, I think it’s first time a tire shop has done that. Yes the car dealers may do it but didn’t they expect it for a tire shop. They do more than just tires. They sell aftermarket wheels and know more about wheels and tires than other shops I been to. Will be back in a couple months for tires and an alignment on my other car. Ask for Daniel, super cool guy!

Had them put new shoes on the Ram today! Ordered last week, dropped off the truck at 7:30 am. Got them mounted, balanced and a front end alignment! Picked up before noon and it rides great and straight!!! Great crew, everyone was friendly! Great prices!! They got my business! Thank you!

They took a really long time fixing our car then they come at us with some $1600 fee that we didn’t even know of even though we’ve had our car for less than six months and I understand that may be the case with our with the warranty company, but that wasn’t fair then they took an extra week because they didn’t take the car apart in time to look at the other parts that needed to be fixed in addition to when we got our car back it was dirty on the inside. There was oil spilled on the on the passenger seats. It was dirty and dusty and cat hair all over the car and inside the car , they did not take care of our car, but we had to pay a lot more than what it was actually worth and I found this to be incredibly unfair. We had to pay $100 fee and they did not tell us about that at the time even though the guy claims he has a recording of it, which is a lie because I don’t remember no recording. We would’ve had the money ready when we were ready to pick up the car. I do not recommend this place to anyone else. There’s gotta be more decent car Repair companies than this place they didn’t even bother to call us and tell us our car was ready for pick up. I had to call and find out that it was ready.

This is my first time patronising Big Brand. I originally went to Big O for a lube, oil and filter job for all my vehicles. Upon being referred by my friend, I tried their free engine oil change service and they met my expectations 100%. I was attended by Nick who is excellent and friendly and they are very fast and efficient (which is a good sign anytime you're looking for service) but they also recommend tires when mine are quite worn. They've been very fair with pricing as well. I would recommend Big Brand if you're shopping around for a good place to entrust your vehicle service to.
