Terrible. Took it to the shop, they worked on it, and not even 200 yards away from the shop, my truck stalled.

I have a lot of good things to say about AAA. They are very helpful.

Filled fluids for feee that were not originally taken care of by a Firestone (Watson, Buckeye) after paying the 3,500 in repairs (all repairs didn't get completed as well) Only going here now, I'll drive the extra 20 miles. Techs were super kind and one even grabbed an umbrella to make sure I got to my car as it started to pour down rain and hail once they finished. They told me feel free to hang around have hot tea or coffee because it was bad out there. As soon as it lighted a little I was read to make a run for it, but one of the mechanics told me to hold on and went to find an 🌂 umbrella. Thanks a lot guys you made my day after a horrible experience with firestone tou didn't even know about. Kudos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend Joe Padilla is extremely helpful, professional explained everything from beginning to end. Also took care of us getting back n forth while our car was being fixed.

I recently had my truck serviced at AAA Auto Repair and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Joe was professional, courteous, and transparent about the work being done. He took the time to explain the repairs clearly, provided an accurate estimate, and delivered exactly as promised – no surprises. The shop is clean, organized, and well run, giving me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. What stood out most was their honesty and attention to detail; they addressed what truly needed fixing instead of up selling unnecessary services. My truck now runs fantastic and I left feeling valued as a customer. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but AAA Auto Repair has earned that trust. I will never return to this location again !! I had been here once before for an oil change and thought they were reliable. Yet today my car started making a bumping and I was afraid maybe it was something with my suspension. so I slowly drove over there after talking to technician. I was quoted $197 for a diagnostic that he explained would be one hour. Not doing much about cars I agreed . I went outside to use the phone and watched the technician literally put it on the Lift it ,two minutes later he lowered it. so I went in and told the service technician that he had already lowered my car in less than five minutes. He went out into the shop and came back to tell me that there was just a large piece of plastic in my tire and nothing else was wrong. The technician literally checked nothing else . I was watching him .. He proceeded to charge me $98 for that diagnosis. I would not complain if he had checked anything else , the tire rod , suspension etc … I Was so mad !! I took my car And went to discount tire. They said they found a screw in the tire, but no big piece of plastic ?! They showed me the tire, and there were no scars slits anything to indicate there was a large piece of plastic stuck in the tire. May have been caught in the screw ? I was very disappointed, and I felt very taken advantage of to pay nearly $100 for that diagnosis !! Very poor business practice for someone who has been a loyal AAA member for over 20 years.

Horrible place kept me coming back for same issue with no resolution my rear brakes were replaced and my emergency brake never worked after repairs

Would have been 5 stars for repairs. Simple a/c evacution and recharge . Done quickly and blows cold now . Stars reduced for the app and front desk service . $25 coupon on app for service , hit it and made booking through the the coupon. However front desk employees would not honor because i didnt show it at booking . Again, i made booking through the app! Was i supposed to show the app its own coupon? The front desk people could only say they can ask manager . Really?! Will update stars if and when same said manager ever replies. ******* UPDATE - Update to say there is no update almost two weeks later . Only what appears to to be an automated form response( possibly AI) that wants my info( which they already have ) and info about my experience( which is already stated in review ). All management has to do is communicate person to person and do the right thing . Its only $25 but now it the principle of doing the right thing .

Brought my car in for a tire balance. Before the tech started working on it, he suggested I reach out to Ford and try warranty. I did and they covered it. Pretty honest place to turn down business!

I visited AAA Goodyear Auto Repair twice in the past week, and both times the service advisors were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly, worked with me on pricing, and even gave me the best discount they could. What really stood out was how much they cared. When my car was ready, they even arranged a Lyft to pick me up from home so I could come get it. That kind of thoughtfulness made a stressful situation so much easier.

If you don’t know anything about vehicles or aren’t mechanically inclined then stay away from this place because they will take advantage of you. They pretty much tried to extort me for a stripped lug not, wanted nearly $500 before the tire was even off and tried to tell me the vehicle needed a new hub and wheel in addition to that cost. I quickly had the car towed to a different repair shop the next day and was fixed and out the door for half that cost (no wheel hub needed) I would stay far away as this place is predatory, they charged me $180 for a “diagnostic”

My service person Dennis was very personable and I was very comfortable with his knowledge on my F-150. He was helpful and thorough in explaining the problem and then the service on my truck. They got me in right away and had my truck fixed within 48 hours. Their new mechanic was a previous Ford mechanic and did a great job. I’m new in the area and so happy that I have found my new mechanic business at Goodyear AAA.

Horrible service! I came in for an oil change and all the oil leaked out in my garage and driveway. I called them and was told to use a paper towel and clean up the oil!! I have been calling for a refund and leaving messages. It's been a week and no return call. Their customer service is definitely lacking. **Update 4/23/25** I have yet to hear from this company!! Meanwhile, the oil is still in my garage, driveway and street.

I stop atAAA service Center to make appointment for service and they could help me on this day They put pugs belts and cleaned carb in two hours will I wait They have a shuffle service too fixed my car and did a great job also thank you AAA Service

Great service from Dennis in the office. The crew did a very through inspection for a nagging problem in my van. We will definitely be using them in the future for all car maintenance!

Not professional- Expensive- Caused me $750 for no need ! Refuse to further diagnosis or refund anything. At first they seemed professional but when it comes to point they are not standing behind their diagnosis. Im on a road trip from west coast to east coast . A traveler , but stuck in here around phoenix . This shop was my first spot and had me loose $750 for doing wrong diagnostic. I had to tow my car there cause while on highway to Phoneix because it was overheated and dashboard saying “stop safely now “ and it won’t move after I pulled over . Servise manager Matt said they couldn’t find any issue , everything works properly, even he said that I could continue my road trip and if it comes back that I can go to another AAA service on my way. That’s like sending me to Hell of Arizona - New Mexico -Texas in the summer heat, while I have overheat issue and towed my car there for it. After I went to bathroom and came back in less than 5 min , they said the light came back on and they were able to get read the code , it’s water pump . I said how are you guys sure ? He said my technician is tested the water pump and it was not working. So they are %100 sure the water pump needs to be replaced. They would charge me over $1000 just to replace water pump ( will be after market part) . I found it super expensive and not worth it to pay this much . I paid diagnose fee and found another shop replace $500 for me which is $500 less price with the same exactly part ( aftermarket) . As everyone isn’t millionaires would do I took the one doing $500 . Unfortunately the light came and the same problem is occurring. I understand now how was a ridiculous suggestion about continuening my Road trip as of now I am at totally different mechanic and they were able to adress the issue with proofs , even the light is not on on . And the actual issue is not water pump .the power doesn’t come to waterpupm . And the pump working with external power. So they are definitely had wrong diagnose which caused me $158 for diagnosis and $567 to replace the pump. When I asked for either a correct diagnose or a diagnose for being wrong on the phone with AAA manager MATT told me NO Refund. “We can diagnose it again but you need to pay again.” A branded shop like AAA shouldn’t refuse their diagnosis. I am sure they were wrong because I said pump needs to be replaced without plugging in power . See you guys at court !

I have an 11 year old Infiniti in perfect condition, she’s my baby! I usually use the dealer only but needed a transmission flush and the dealer is an hour away and that makes it a whole day ordeal. I had heard good things about this AAA so I decided to try it. Wow!!! What service from Dennis at the Front to Alex Gonzales, the Master Tech! He found items that needed attention and took good care of my car perfectly, professionally and gave me a list for future items down the road and I’m so appreciative and will definitely be back when I need any more work done. I HIGHLY recommend 🫶🏻

The staff was very helpful with a 10k mile serviced that I needed. Prior to that appointment, I needed my tires filled up and they were happy to accommodate me. I was very pleased with AAA auto repair and I would highly recommend them.

Been with AAA for over a decade. Roadside service is awesome. This however is not. I scheduled my rig for an oil change and possible brake pad replacement depending on quote. 4 hrs later they had finally changed the oil. After quoting me an astronomical amount for brakes and taking 4x the time (guarantee oil change in 45min) I declined any more work. When I expressed my frustration about the length of time, lack of communication and decline for further work I was told by management “it takes awhile to get the wheels off and the technician was doing other things.” So if you’re up for wasting your time, money and a place to take no ownership for doing so this is your place! Ask for Dennis, he’ll be sure to “schedule you”.

Do not trust the work will be done correctly here. Although this location has friendly staff, and a free shuttle service, I have found out after spending 1k+ on repairing a bad drive shaft, that the ASE techs here had 2” of my drive shaft removed at PHX Rack and Axle. Which did not fix my axle. I ended up taking the car to PHX Rack and Axle to have the drive shaft repaired correctly, at which point I was told to not trust the work that AAA provides. You likely will spend ample time and sanity here that is unnecessary Do not recommend

My vehicle displayed the CHECK ENGINE light. Called AAA for a tow to this shop. At the shop, they read the code, determined it might be a fuel issue. They serviced the fuel system, test drove, no light. All through the process I was kept informed on their progress. Matt and Kevin were very professional and courteous. They have shuttle service which was great when you have one vehicle. One issue brought down from 5 stars to 4 stars - When I called for a tow, I was told 90 minutes which in reality was well over 2 hours.

I love AAA! These guys are honest, 5 really know their stuff. As a AAA member, I also get nice discounts on services. They always provide a list of recommended things that should be done but never pressure you to do them. They also provide shuttle service if you need it. The waiting area is clean and spacious as well.

Extremely overpriced. Didn’t even move my car, or pop the hood they plugged their reader in, assumed that my fuel line was dirty because of my o2 sensors and proceeded to quote me almost 3 grand to have everything fixed. I declined to have it fixed and just for plugging the reader in, it was 165$. This place is a scam.

Nice staff, quick service, and clean waiting area! Highly recommend. Update 7/20/23 - as usual, friendly service and nice clean offices. However, recent work on my car ended up costing more than twice what was quoted by the dealer. Air filter Replacement was 2 1/2 times higher than dealer quote - almost $300 to replace engine air filter and cabin filter. My bad for not verifying cost up front, but wow.

UPDATE: I finally had a chance to take my car back a couple weeks ago for the third time, and it seems like they figured out why the electric fan wasn’t turning on as intended. They also were able to straighten the steering wheel, so it’s now centered when driving straight. Matt (who is the manager) was more than helpful in trying to accommodate my schedule and made sure everything I noted on the work order was addressed, completed and working. In the future, I would suggest to Management that their Technicians have their work double checked before releasing the vehicle to the customer, as not to have the customer come back multiple times for the same problem. I decided to raise their rating to four stars for finally completing the repairs after three different tries. Poor service and their “so called mechanics” don’t know what they’re doing. They have overpriced labor rates and they up-charge for all the parts that they sell. I dropped my car off in the beginning of September 2022 and when I went to pick it up three weeks later, it still wasn’t fixed after they called me and stated the vehicle was ready. I took my car there twice already after they lied and said the issue of overheating was fixed, and they still can’t fix it properly. I had an four wheel alignment done, and the steering wheel wasn’t even centered when I picked it up, and I never received a printout of the alignment before and after, even though they wrote on the invoice that I was given one. Now I need to bring back my car a third time so their clown mechanics can do my alignment over again and still try to fix my overheating problem, because they don’t know how to fix a electric fan that they should’ve fixed two months ago. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The next step is small claims court if these incompetent people can’t get it right. 🤦‍♂️🤡

Staff was great. They keep in touch with you very well. Unfortunately I went there to have my AC diagnosed and they were not able to give me any information that I did not already know. They called me and read from carfax what the previous work the shop before them had performed and that was not what I paid them $187 to do. I could have read the carfax myself for free. They gave me a list of recommended services that they say my car needed not knowing whether or not or when they had last been performed. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. I only gave them 2 stars because they were very nice people and I enjoyed the company of the shuttle driver. He was great. FOLLOW UP: Please disregard the below reply. They never get back to you. AAA auto repair is nothing like the roadside service at all. I never had an auto repair shop base the repairs I needed to have done solely based on what past repair shops did or did not add to my car fax report.
