Stopped in for some washer fluid. William Asst mngr on his shirt was working very hard and had a great attitude. 4 people in line 2 other people kept looking out from the back. Not helping at all. William was looking up parts answering the phone and checking people out. The 2 people in the back need to give William some of their pay. He is earning it they are not.
These guys ordered the wrong parts, then forgot to order the right parts. They set me back a week because of their inconsistency. Then they sold me the wrong spark plugs. Be prepared to be disappointed.going back to Autozone
We have had nothing but issues at this location. Staff that would rather hang out with their friends and don’t pay attention, items being ordered and paid for but not recorded on their end. We will stick with a different location which is disappointing because this location is more convenient.
Great experience at the Goodyear & Yuma O’Reilly location. I called ahead about an Audi battery and was told to bring it in. Daniel knew the specifics of battery placement and Audi differences and handled everything smoothly. I was back on the road in under 45 minutes, even with other customers ahead of me. Fair price, 4-year warranty, and old battery recycled. Highly recommend.

Great customer service with a smile from Daniel with a wiring problem. He did a test on my car and I showed him my concern of some wires that were severed. He knew what the problem was and took the time to fix the problem for me right then. Wow! I am so appreciative for his personal touch on helping me. He went above and beyond and never gave me the feeling that he was going out of his way to help. I will definitely go back there and refer everyone to that location. Thanks again Daniel!
Great customer service especially Chris which took the time to walk me through to replace my battery on a Volkswagen which has a bunch of wires and screws that need to be removed. He saved me from going to the dealership. I am so grateful!!

Jesus was so great! He was very helpful and informative. He even offered to fix my issue but unfortunately it wasn’t a quick and easy fix. He was kind and you should hold on to him O’Reilly or promote him!
