Hello world! I want to share a great customer service experience I experienced by “CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE”. Im sorry didn’t get his full name but to describe him,he a young white Male with a ponytail hair style. Both times I came into this store location I was helped right away and with such nice manner. This young man welcomes all customers including myself as soon as the door bell set off and right away to the register. I love coming to this location when it comes to purchasing products for my car. Because im helped and satisfied by great customer service given to me. If you ask me.. I say a raise be good for this young Man and please don’t loose a “”Representative like him. Thanks to whoever the Manager for hiring him.

Team members were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly today. Store is clean and well organized. We have visited the store for years and never had any issues or complaints with service or quality. Lots of nice little novelty items for the kiddos. And everything you need for your automotive needs. Oil is on sale let’s go

Walked in around 8:50 pm and both guys at the counter completely walked away as soon as door opened as if they were dodging work. I stood at the front of store to look around and neither came back to front. As soon as i left and they heard door close as i was parked in front of store. They both decided to return to the register. Seems like these stores are hiring a bunch of people who lack in customers service skills or just dont wanna do their job. Doing sneaky things like that to customers and not thinking a customer pays attention will be the exact reason why i will stop using auto zone and take my business elsewhere. These stores have gone downhill with getting actually help when you need things for your vehicle.

Came in to exchange my battery, which died at the 2 year mark. I got a jump to get there and I was so surprised that the guy working offered to put it in right there. Made my day! Sorry I forgot his name.

I called auto zone at the dysart location 2 days in a row asking if they had a cabin air filter for a Chevy suburban told them the year make model and engine they said yes On the 2nd day I called and then I proceeded to the store only for the male employee to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I seen in the screen it was available . Why people are at work and don’t want to work is a epidemic in Arizona

I called auto zone to get a day time running light for my toyota. I spoke with Frank regarding the part. He explained that they can also put replace it with a new one. I bought the part the next day. When I went in I saw a lady and a guy just on the phone, they both saw me and didn't greet me. I got on the line to be help. When I told him that I needed the part, he told me to wait and went in the back to speak to someone else. His name was Joshua. He looked it up on the computer. He needed to see the part from my car. He lastly found it and replaced it on my car. He was very nice and pleasant.

July 26. I Had a very unfortunate experience at this location. My car battery was under warranty and the workers tried to help, but didn’t necessarily demonstrate exemplary customer service. I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

I've shopped at this store since it opened. I always received professional help from the employees. The manager at this store did not demonstrate professional courtesy to me in the form of an apology, whether he would be sincere or not. I called ahead to find out if an air filter was in stock before I drove to his store. It was so he set it aside. I arrived 30 minutes later and ended up buying air filters for two other vehicles and two cabin air filters. Total $115.95. Three days later I changed the filters in my vehicles except for one that was not for my truck. I returned to the store on June 22, 2025 at 3:30 pm to exchange the filter for the correct one. The manager's demeanor was far from apologetic in fact his only comment to me was to ask me for my driver's license since I did not bring the receipt. I don't expect warm and fuzzy, just an apology for his mistake that cost me time.

I came in after watching YouTube (yes I know) and wanted to change my headlights since one had went out. Mackenzie helped me find the right bulbs and gave me advice on different qualities. After purchasing he offered to help install them but (watching YouTube it looked easy) I felt like I could do it. I was wrong! A different employee saw me struggling and started to help me but these damn bulbs would not budge. I went back inside and asked for help. Mackenzie came out and was able to change it with a struggle. As a single mom I would not have been able to do it and instead of giving up he got it done!! Thank You sooo much!!

Oh my gosh Miguel was so wonderful. I bought windshield wipers online and I did not know how to put them in. I spent 45 minutes trying and he not only put them in seconds but he said it was no charge. It was free which I was so thankful being a woman I really truly did not know how to do these windshield wipers so I’m very thankful for his kindness and his generosity. Thank you, Miguel

Miguel is awesome. He helped with a hard to install Prius battery! Service like this is hard to find, tried to tip him but he refused. Love the fact that he had a smile on his face even on the holiday. Thanks Miguel for helping us when I know you would like to be with your family, truly appreciate you!

I had an excellent experience today at AutoZone, thanks to Fabian M. His outstanding professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. I came in to get my car battery changed, and Fabian handled it quickly and efficiently, all while answering every question I had with patience and expertise.He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the process and even gave me helpful tips for future car maintenance. I was stranded my headlight went out I googled the nearest Auto zone which was on Dysart Road and the people gave me no help told me to look in my manual to find what fuse and walked away gave me no help. I said out here for an hour.looking for what kind of fuse lol God bless Auto zone
