White chubby lady at the front did not acknowledge me for about 5-10 min, she was on her phone. Waited for my car for about 30- 45min and when I asked what was going on they said that there was only one guy at the lot and the other one just got here, which I understand, but they originally gave me a estimated wait of 10- 15 min and there was no communication. Lack of proffesionalism and customer service from all the staff.
WORST TOWING COMPANY. Its obvious convenience isn't a towing company's biggest concern. but this company has literally zero regards what so ever for your time or convenience. After LYING to me saying my registration was expired they wasted my entire day due to them REFUSING to double check their error. When I asked if he could double check (knowing the valid registration is in fact inside the vehicle) I was told "my guys don't just make those mistakes" (he made that mistake). Every phone interaction with this company was incredibly unprofessional, and I would leave a zero star review if possible
Yeah this towing place shouldn’t even be running for how many complaints and overall scam this place is , few years ago my mom had a car but was under her husbands name that died . Apparently she missed the time and date to claim it , so city towing decided to do what they want with it and say they sold it . They take advantage of the lower class and anyone that isn’t white unfortunately. Please avoid and let’s make this business that apart from being in our own city it’s a scam , racial , rude , non professionalism they have . F city towing.
