Exceptional service by the whole team at All-City!! My Tesla had a double blowout early morning on my way to the airport. I was in a car accident back in September and my car was towed here. I wasn’t made aware of it location until I got it in the mail maybe a week later, but I do wish that the officers had given the tow place my contact information so they could let me know as well. I do wish that the fee was much cheaper per day As well as the release of my car. But I gave it some grace because I didn’t pick it up on a holiday
My car was towed there after I was t- boned by a red light runner. I went to All City twice. Once to grab my belongings and another time to grab my plate. The office and yard staff were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
My car got towed here after being totaled in a car accident. It really sucks you have to pay for a weekend fee to get anything out, but it is what it is. They pulled my car out on the street to get everything out. I did have to come back because I forgot one place to look for things and it was very simple!
I was rear-ended on my motorcycle and All City Towing showed up very quickly. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, professional, and answered all my questions. A couple of days later, I had to reach out to their office and both times the staff I spoke with were helpful, informative, and courteous. If I ever need a tow again, I’ll definitely give them a call. Highly recommend!
Walked in and they were super professional and took their procedures very seriously! Even though I ended up not having to do anything due to a miscommunication from my insurance company I knew my vehicle was in good hands and that the things I left inside were safe!

The front desk were so friendly and polite. The first time they transferred me to talk to the yard person about me car. Then I call again and they were polite with me, I thought they were going to be frustrated with me. They helped me solve my issue.
A couple of weeks ago I had an accident & my car was severely damaged. The Scottsdale Police department called All City Towing to help me out. The tow truck driver was super nice. He towed my car to their lot. The next day I went there to see my car & fill out some paperwork. The lady at the desk was super nice too. Believe me that after an accident when you're all shook up you need nice people to deal with & I was treated great & they helped make a bad situation as easy as possible. If you ever need a towing company, this is the one to call!

A motorcycle that I owned was towed due to an accident. My insurance company was giving me the run around. The lady at the front window told me exactly what I needed to do and what to tell the insurance company to do, stating “they work for you, not the other way around”. Best advice!! The entire interaction was relatively easy after talking with her. Thanks so much to All City Towing for making an awful situation so much easier. All City Towing in South Scottsdale or North Phoenix, towed our ruined Honda Fit to their lot near Highway 202. A few days later they graciously let us go through our car to pick up an umbrella and other assorted items.

My car was towed from my condo complex even though it had a valid parking pass displayed on the driver’s side dashboard. Another one of my vehicles was parked right next to it with the pass in the exact same spot, and that one was not towed — showing how inconsistent and unfair this was.
When I went to recover my vehicle, I dealt with Lizett at the front desk. She was dismissive, argumentative, and refused to consider the evidence — even though I showed the parking pass still in the car and the lot attendant acknowledged seeing it. The company’s only “proof” was a photo taken from about 15 feet away, which did not show the dashboard clearly. I requested a copy of the photo, but was told I would need to go through my HOA.
To make matters worse, I was charged for three days of storage, despite the car being held for less than 48 hours (Saturday 11:29am to Monday 11:15am). The total came to $141 for a vehicle that was legally parked in my own community.
This felt unfair, unprofessional, and predatory. I hope management takes note and reviews how situations like this are handled.
Company responded saying they have four photos, but the lady behind the counter only had one and argued about it. Would love to see the other four, if they do exist...
All City Towing was great in keeping in touch with me after my parked car was involved in a hit and run! They got my car to the collision center, no problem no worries.
Customer service operator was rude. No wonder they have low quality reviews. Hopefully this is the last time we deal with them but the city of Phoenix needs to use other towing companies. These guys feel entitled and think they can treat you like crap. We just needed to get our personal items out of the vehicle. They have made it hard for 2 days. Good grief!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I will note that the guy that brought my car out to me was wonderful and kind but everyone else I interacted with was a full nightmare.
My car was towed from an area with misleading & confusing signage and everyone I spoke with at All City was combative, condescending, and genuinely disrespectful. When I arrived to pick up my car, the blonde woman at the front desk barely acknowledged I had arrived and spoke so quietly without making eye contact that I wasn't even sure if she was addressing me. Any question I asked she angrily tapped various signs on the glass as though I should know the process already. Then towards the end of our interaction she was getting confrontational with me and when I told her I wanted my paperwork to leave she continued to argue with me and I had to ask multiple times before she finally gave me the paperwork to sign to release my vehicle.
No one is thrilled when their car has been towed but the horrendous customer service from All City took an annoying situation and made it one million times more frustrating and infuriating than necessary.
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The website claims they are open 24/7 so we came around 12 on Saturday and they were closed. We called to have someone come open the gates, and were told it would be an hour and a half. No one showed up, yet they lie and said someone did. After waiting the hour and a half we called to let them know no one came and they said they canceled the call and they could send someone else but it would be another 2 hours. I talked to Vanessa who lacks any kind of customer service skills. I asked if there was anyway to set up an appointment and she refused. She was rude and condescending the entire conversation. We decided to just wait till normal business days to get the car since after hours is impossible to work with. The front desk girl Britany was also a horrid human. She was short tempered and rude from the start. When you ask her questions she gets up and walks away. When I asked how I would report any possible damages she made comments about how she is going to write a note that I am claiming damages before even seeing the car, not correct. She was truly awful. The only decent human I interacted with the whole time was Ryan, he was polite and understanding. Everyone else needs to get let go, or undergo serious training on customer service and hospitality.
When you get there, they tell me I needed the title. I called and spoke to 3 different people, made good notes, and nobody mentioned the title. When I voiced my objections, the girl at the counter wasn't pleasant AT ALL. Her answer to me was " I can't help what our call center told you". While I realize this is a tow yard, a little empathy would go a long way.

All City towing is trash. Lisa, a dispatcher, is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She does not understand city policy nor does she care to practice customer service. The company itself waits and watches for someone to slip up. They do not care. They are in it for their dime. They will make you wait six hours outside of their business for your car to be released rather than call you when a driver is on the way. You know how sketchy their university location is? Making someone wait OUTSIDE from 2 to 6 am is wrong. Seriously. Lisa is a horrid dispatcher and the company is trash.
Worse towing company in phoenix. They get majority of business from towing for police and apartments. Customer service means nothing. 2 hour window to pick up a. At on a Sunday night. A driver comes in with a how. Great we can get out of here. Nope. Was assigned of another driver and this person can not help me. Sorry what. Driver is here and can’t get us out of here and you won’t reassign it to him ? Whatever. They don’t. Are about service so I will warn everyone. Don’t just take my word. Look at yelp and everyone other place for reviews. A common theme for years and they never fixed their customer service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – The Silver Lining to My Galentines Nightmare
Ah, nothing like the sweet surprise of walking up to find your car missing—courtesy of my lovely apartment complex, which apparently enforces parking rules with the enthusiasm of the IRS during tax season. But hey, if I had to be towed against my will, at least it was by the pros at All City Towing!
Despite my initial rage and mild existential crisis, I have to admit—these folks were fast, efficient, and surprisingly friendly for a company that just held my car hostage. The process was smoother than my apartment manager’s excuses, and the driver even managed to make the experience slightly less soul-crushing with great customer service.
So, if your complex decides to play Repo Man at 3 AM for absolutely no reason, take comfort in knowing your car is in good hands.
Their service? Impeccable. And their attitude? So positive, I almost forgot my car was being towed! The driver was friendly, professional, and didn’t judge me for my pajama-clad fashion choices—true customer service at its finest.

Got in to an accident (driver side collision) car was drivable after collision. When the "tow people" arrived and moved my car (after being told by police and myself to take to my house) they took it to tow lot. The car is no longer drivable due to the fact it was pulled incorrectly and they snapped the front passenger side control arm (so the wheel no longer attached to the car) then in stead of putting car in neutral they just dragged it in park. Which caused more damage to the front end. When getting the car from the tow lot the front bumper was some how dismantled (wasn't like that at the time of accident) then was advised to get the car on Friday and waited over an hour to get the car back (when we were the only customer there) and in stead of letting us put the car on our trailer properly these "tow people" just came and dropped the car (from a hoisted lift) on to the trailer (improperly) without being asked an then left an closed shop before we were even able to leave with the car. I would advise anyone who thinks of using this company (even if it is through insurance) to look elsewhere and save yourself the time, effort and hassles of this joke company.
