Worst service lady over the phone was SUPER RUDE!! Not willing to help nor explain anything without the attitude from the beginning of conversation. If you don’t like your job probably best to find another. All in all your in customer service HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS without the attitude especially if you weren’t given one to have one! DO BETTER ALL CITY look at all the reviews OBVIOUSLY this is an issue!
I don’t really do negative reviews but this place was horrible, i am not from Arizona and i have never been towed. I didn’t know a lot of the steps, a white woman with blonde hair treated me extremely poor. Super rude and she did not understand the situation at all. VERY VERY poor customer service, some people don’t know how any of this works and they take their time to be super rude about it. Horrible experience, horrible place.
The people at All City towing were wonderful, helpful and pleasant but whoever answers the phone for them needs to be fired she has a bad attitude she talks back to you and makes you feel like you're stupid. I wish I could give you guys five stars but you're representative is straight garbage.
