My daughter broke down on her way home from work. I called and they ask for address and gave me a great price. Under 30 minutes they picked her car up and towed it to her apartment. They were very helpful and did not disappoint that’s why I give them 5 stars. I would recommend and also use in the future. Thank you for coming to the rescue🙏🙏🙏

When my “bird bus” broke down the other day I had so much trouble finding a company that would move something so heavy. Emergency towing was out within 20 minutes of calling. Albert made the whole process so easy. They’re definitely my go to for any towing needs from now on.

I am the customer with the 2010 silver Chevy Malibu. Great customer care. Very quick response time of about 15 minutes from my first phone call. The man who towed me was really patient with me, took really good care of me, and gave me really important information. 10/10 I will recommend you guys to anybody who needs it!

My driveshaft broke shortly after getting on 60. I called my insurance company and they dispatched a tow company that cancelled after I waited 1 hour +. They scheduled another one with an estimate of 2 hours more. I didn't trust my insurance company was going to come through after already sitting on the side of the road for 1.5 hours so I called Emergency Transport and Towing. They answered the phone right away and had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes!😀 The price was reasonable also. The driver was professional and nice and the truck was very clean and they got me home pretty quick. I would definitely use them again!

After waiting more than 3 hours for my insurance company’s roadside assistance provider, I called Emergency Towing & Transport. They were there in less than 15 minutes and quickly charged the auxiliary battery on my Prius, then waited for me to drive away to make sure it was running okay. They were so friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

This company is awesome. Called them after I got the run around from another company. Robert jr showed up before the quoted dispatch time. Professional and quick and not expensive at all. If you need help, they are the company to call.

My car overheated on the way to work today. Called Emergency Towing and Transport and they had a driver out to me in less than an 45 minutes! My driver John was very nice and helpful. While having a bad day I had a great experience with these guys. Highly recommend!

We hit a palette on Hwy 87 last Friday night that blew out both tires on the passenger side and busted up the front bumper. If my husband had been a less experienced driver, we would have been thrown into on-coming traffic on the other side of the highway. We tried to use our Allstate roadside assistance, but it was going to be hours. We called another company in Fountain Hills, and they were five hours out. My third try was to Emergency Towing and Transport in Mesa. They had somebody to us within a half hour with a flatbed tow truck. The driver was so great! He loaded up the car, and drove us home. (I feel bad I don't know his name now. He was really nice.) This all started around 7 pm and we were home around 8:00. After 11 pm, another towing company called to say they had JUST gotten a rescue request from Allstate. I was happy to tell them that we were already home. We will always use Emergency Towing and Transport. Reasonable, reliable, great customer service, and just good people. Put their number in your phone - I am. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend this towing company. I contacted several other companies that refused to tow me to north Phoenix where I needed to be to be from far east mesa where I was stranded. Robert our driver was more than accommodating to drive me to my desired location to better help me get through the rough day with having a blow out in the middle of the Phoenix summer one of the hottest on record. He even offered to tow me to a closer tire repair location showing me it wasn’t about the pay but helping others in need during a stressful time left stranded on the road. Thank you Robert and team.

Hands down, the best towing company I've ever worked with. I called to have a vehicle removed from my property, and in the same day- within an hour (!!) someone was here to pick up the car. They were kind on the phone, and even more kind in person. I can't stress enough what an awesome company this is! On Tuesday April 11,2023 my car broke down while I was driving in Chandler on the 202 East by McQueen Exit 46. I had to pull over on the side of the highway right off the exit. I called all over for a tow truck for over 2 1/2 hrs in 98° ,no air conditioning,water,nothing while every tow I called were going to be at least 2 hrs. No one was even concerned that was out in the heat. I called Emergency Towing..Robert was amazing. He was actually concerned I was out in the heat.He called his tow guy and told them too hurry. His guy was to me within 25 mins! I am grateful and will always use them for my towing and needs! Keep up the amazing work.

Amazing customer service. My car is a manual transmission, and it decided it didn't want to drive anymore. Within 20 minutes of calling, they showed up and hooked up my car. No damage, super knowledgeable, and very affordable.

Albert showed up to tow my vehicle and I was about 15-20 minutes away from my vehicle, he still waited patiently and required nothing of me but the key. Excellent communication once vehicle arrived at mechanic. I will definitely be using this company moving forward.
