Just ordered a bench seat from FFG and although it has only been maybe 30min since I got off the phone I just need to give a huge shoutout for amazing customer service. I can’t remember the first person I talked to (sorry!) but Logan was great. Ive been burned by some people in the industry but its a breath of fresh air to see how FFG handles business. Thank you very much!

Attended their open house ,what a amazing shop. The shop is well organized and clean and the current builds are awesome as are the completed builds on display.

A burgeoning niche restomod business delivering a premium product. I have purchased multiple engine mounts and associated accessories for our Coyote swaps and we're very happy with the quality of the product. Growing pains in CS comm's appear to be sorted now and I have no hesitation in sending these guys more orders. Despite the inherent R&D overhead, I hope they continue to develop new products to help drive this industry.

My review is strictly limited to their engagement and response model. I've tried to engage/inquire into potential cost, timing, etc. for a full makeover for my 1979 Ford. I sent multiple messages directly through their site and to no avail. I never received a response and not sure why. Perhaps my very detailed inquiry didn't appear to warrant their time based on potential cost. It's unfortunate, so I will have to find someone else.

I called fat Fender garage to get some custom parts for my 63 Chevy C 10. I have seen lots of YouTube videos and some of their products in person but I have called twice about two other products that I was interested in even if they were custom-made, I would pay for it, apparently they are not doing custom orders supposedly and I’m really disappointed because I’ve seen their products on other vehicles and would be willing to spend my money there

I’m almost through my 1978 ford bronco coyote swap. Logan and Spencer have been very helpful in the parts department to get me the correct parts

Staff doesnt answer phones when called with inquiries or issues. Long wait if you physically drive to their location and even then staff doesnt know what they sell. Other reputable custom shops will even tell you that Fat Fender just knows how to sell products that OTHER mfgs make online. If you want to spend money and have ZERO customer service...buy here. If you want knowledge about products buy from Power by the Hour, Switch Suspension or Tre Five. At least these other fab shops know what they sell AND are available to speak with customers and have actual hands on knowledge about what they sell. If you are doinga coyote swap spend the time and call Power by the Hour and NOT Fat Fender.

Can’t say enough great things about FFG. From the web site to the shipping time and customer service it’s all outstanding. All the parts that I ordered are top notch and high quality. Even the packaging that the parts come in is really high quality. I had several questions on my build and the customer service took my calls and answered all of them and even followed up with emails to check up on my build. Highly recommend FFG!!!

Great customer service and an amazing finished product. This is the place to go when you you’re building a high end bronco and the cheap Chinese made parts won’t do. Billet aluminum parts made In Arizona with love.

I got a loaded chassis eith the Gen 3 Coyote. The build quality is top notch. They do amazing work. Jason and everyone was very helpful and kept me up to date with the build.

2nd to none, if you want the best built custom classic truck you picked the right place. Jason and his crew will take you over the top with the execution and build quality of their work. Highly recommended, you will not be dissapointed with their attention to detail.

Good afternoon, this company is by far the best automotive company I have experienced. The customer service is beyond anything I would have ever expected. the TIG welds on the engine mount kit look sweet. The variety of products for custom builds is unbelievable. This place was super cool. They were having a truck show and had Random AF Taqueria and Big Jimmy's and crepes. Totally cool car parts and accessories some amazing custom items and great food

I called up to find information about getting some work done for my vehicle the gentleman was extremely rude, aggressive an arrogant... Spoke to me with complete disrespect.. told me that they were booked for a year and if I wasn't ready to spend a $100000 then they weren't interested in my project... Only called because I was looking for a professional job💯

If you try to buy anything online from FFG be prepared for one of the worst experiences of your life. They don't give a stuff about you and have no interest in supplying you with accurate information about your order.

Got me some exterior window seals! They are new style for 68 to 72 C -10's. They glue on instead of using the snap ons! Can't wait to put em on! Shipping was 2 days early! :-)

Would like to see more up dated on 90s swaps because that is my project at this time and I have Prototypes that could or make swap easier for the 90's series

Top notch work! You know you’ve really made it when your competitors post fake negative reviews. Karen’s gotta Karen. I built a 1956 F100 with Jason early on at FFG. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST PERSON in the industry. Yes, I spent 10x more than I originally planned but work was never done without my knowledge and only because I kept wanting more and more as the project progressed.

I might have had the only *cough* foreign car at Fat Fender, but they did good work and took excellent care of my Toyota Land Cruiser. They took the time to plan out the build and the execution was spot-on. The shop owner was up to speed on the truck and everyone who worked on the project showed that they cared about it. The fab guys, the paint guys, the wiring guy, all of them were passionate about their stuff. Also their shop feels like a museum; some of the builds they are doing belong at Barrett Jackson and SEMA. I've worked on my own cars for 30+ years and I'm picky about who works on them for me. I'll take more cars to Fat Fender and you can feel confident taking your project to them.

Fat Fender garage has worked on several of my cars, including mechanical work and paint. It was clear to me in meeting with Jason and touring their shop that they do it RIGHT. It was fascinating to see something get hand-built in America! They did TOP quality work and every person I dealt with, including the owner Jason, the guy that sells the hats & shirts, and the social media guy, were courteous and professional. Even the woman taking care of the books was pleasant to deal with! If I purchase or build another classic I would surely take it back to them. I actually would probably ask them before I bought it; Jason was always generous with his time and loves to talk trucks!

Everyone I spoke with was great. Jason in particular was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my build and had solutions and recommendations. Looking forward to putting together my order.

Jason is class. Rad setup. Didn’t fit my budget but appreciated the honesty and time he spent educating. I’ll be back to purchase product for DIY. Organized, clean legit shop. 💪
