All Valley Car Care did an excellent job at replacing my broken down Transmission on my Dodge Charger. Customer Service is friendly. They also helped cover my towing fee and gave me a cheaper quote than the shop I first towed my car to. I’m glad I found them.

Chris at All Valley Car Care was outstanding from start to finish. He helped me source the correct parts for my truck, offered thoughtful recommendations, and priced everything fairly and transparently. Both over the phone and in person, he emphasized that their top priority is customer care and doing the job right and they absolutely live up to that. He managed to squeeze me in at the last minute right before Christmas, when no other shop was available, and completed what should have been a full-day job in about four hours without cutting corners. The team is attentive, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’m extremely picky about who works on my truck and usually do most of the work myself because I care deeply about quality and effort. I can confidently say they go above and beyond in workmanship. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back to them for future work and highly recommend them to anyone who values honesty, skill, and exceptional service.

I had a fantastic experience with All Valley Car Care at McQueen and Guadalupe. My transmission was slowly going out, and after visiting another shop first, I decided to get a second opinion - and I’m so glad I did. After leaving the other shop, I searched for a reputable place that handled transmission repairs and found All Valley, which was close to home and already had great reviews. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Chris, my main point of contact, was friendly, communicative, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process, sending text updates with pictures and clear explanations of what was in good shape, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait. He patiently walked me through every step and answered all my questions without hesitation. When I arrived to pick up the car, I could hear him on the phone and he was just as wonderful to that person as he was with me. Consistency! Josh, my technician, did an excellent job on the repairs. My main issue was the transmission, which they replaced, and they also completed several additional services - an engine oil pan leak repair, rear main seal replacement, brake fluid flush, and battery replacement/install. The car now drives beautifully, and I feel completely confident on the road again. I drive a 2020 Dodge Journey. To top it off, I saved nearly one-third compared to the first shop’s quote. All Valley Car Care has earned my full trust and they’re now my go-to shop for all future needs. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience! Love that you can request a quote online which was promptly answered with a VERY reasonable price. Jason and the crew were great and able to get me scheduled quickly and got everything fixed. They've officially become my new shop and will be taking all my cars moving forward.

Took my car in because of ancillary battery issues. Tried to sell me on $2,500 worth of repairs. Told them to only fix the ancillary battery problem, and they told me I had to buy a main battery as well for $400. I told them I wasn't going to pay $400 to replace a battery, again just fix ancillary battery, and I will take care of the main one myself. They then agreed to change the main one if I brought one in, so told them I would have my husband come with one. They then called my husband (who wasn't involved with them and had no connection to the car) to make sure he was fine with that. A few days later, my car stopped working in the middle of the road, so I had to have it towed to the dealer where I had to pay $200.00 because All Valley mis-connected or didn't reconnect the wires they disconnected when doing the ancillary battery.

Absolutely amazing service, the general manager was very transparent with what my car needed. The mechanics that worked on my car were very quick and friendly. I will be sending all my friends and family here! I greatly appreciate all the work and friendliness. Top tier.

I would highly recommend All Valley Car Care. The service was Fast, Affordable, and Excellent Workmanship. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My service received was an alignment and they replaced my ty-rods.

Very fast and honest service. Unlike Big Two Toyota, they showed me the brake fluid which did not have to be changed even though Big Two Toyota said it did (saved me $180.00). I highly recommend Jason and will use All Valley Car Care again. Hell will freeze before I return to Big Two Toyota.

After a bad experience with another mechanic I was leery to try someone new. However, these guys put my mind at ease! Jason was very sincere and genuine right off the bat. He was quick to get my car in and wanted to do a free thorough inspection before just assuming what I told him I needed. After meeting Josh, the mechanic who would be working on my car, I felt even better. It’s obvious Josh knows what he’s doing and cares about you as a person as well! All Valley Car Care in Gilbert (McQueen and Guadalupe) were so kind to me on a VERY HOT afternoon, recently. I called them to see if I could bring in my car, which had started blowing hot air on my way to an appointment. I was told I could bring my car in as soon as I hung up with them. They were able to tell and show me what caused my air to stop blowing cold air. It was something I did to my car that caused it to blow hot air. They were so kind and didn't charge me for checking out my car. I will go back to them whenever I have a need to service my car. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me on that HOT DAY. All valley car care has always been amazing and lower prices than anyone around on replacing our hydraulic motor mounts on our 2020 Chevy Silverado in one day. Amazing customer service as well! Thank you for taking such good care of us and putting our mind at ease before our road trip!

I’m no stranger to this family owned business. I leave satisfied every time. My last visit was last week. My car would not start and I needed help. My first choice was to give the guys at All Valley Car Care a call. My car needed a new fuel pump put in. The average cost could be anywhere between $750 and $1300. In some places even up to $1400. The reason I love dealing with family owned businesses is not the bond you build with the family, but also the great quality of work they do for the best prices I’ve experienced in the city. I highly recommend this company and they will deliver everything single time with guaranteed satisfaction.

Excellent work was done on my 31 year old Bronco. I noticed another Bronco in their shop, and explained my rear-window issues. Within a few days, and reasonable price, I have a perfectly functional rising and lowering rear window again. They had to weld a few parts together, and get a new motor. After our 2014 Hyundai Elantra was stolen and left idling for hours, we had serious concerns not only about mechanical damage, but also carbon monoxide exposure inside the vehicle. Jason and his team at All Valley conducted a full mechanical evaluation and confirmed that the vehicle was safe to operate, carefully checking for any underlying issues related to the theft and extended engine operation. Most importantly, after picking up the car, I personally performed a carbon monoxide test using a CT-300 detector — and the results came back 0.00 ppm, confirming the vehicle was now safe for use by my family, including our two small children. Their integrity, communication, and respect throughout the process gave us peace of mind and helped us restore normalcy. The care and professionalism they provided made a difficult situation manageable — and for that, we are truly thankful. All Valley Car Care has our full trust and highest recommendation.

I really appreciate the guys here. Every service I've had so far has been received with no later issues, and they are fully transparent with their findings. If you have a concern, they will look into it. I honestly can't thank this shop enough for the work they've done. Between Jason, Chris, Mark, and the technicians that work directly on my car, the service has been amazing. I knew my car was going to be a big job when we brought it in, but it ended up being a can of worms and turning into a very large project.
