I can’t speak highly enough about Crossroads Autoworks! I brought my Porsche Boxster to Carlos at Crossroads for a pre-purchase inspection and let me tell you… these guys are fantastic! Honest, prompt, reliable, friendly; Crossroads Autoworks was one of the best auto shops I’ve seen in the entire country! After my inspection, I drove my car 1,300 miles home with no problems whatsoever. I really couldn’t have asked for better! Honestly, I would buy another vehicle in Fountain Hills JUST for the opportunity to work with these guys again, I really can speak about them highly enough.

Travis and his team have done excellent work on my vehicle since day one. I brought my Maserati in for a repair a few years back, and I continue to bring it in for upgrades and other repairs as well. My Maserati has gone from a normal stock vehicle a few years ago to now one of the best-sounding cars on the road because of Crossroads help. Travis and Carlos are 2 young guys with lots of experience at a high end dealership. Nice guys. Experienced with high end foreign autos. Prices are fair. Very clean office and shop. Comfortable waiting room. This is the 3rd year I’ve taken my Audi to them. Highly recommend!

Hands-down, the absolute best mechanic in Fountain Hills! My 2024, Mercedes GLE, I was quoted $16,700 at Mercedes dealership to fix an issue, I brought it to Travis and he fixed it for $1800 ! Ever since, I bring all of my vehicles to Travis for any type of damage or maintenance. Another instance with my BMW X5 the BMW dealership quoted me $365 for fuel injection cleaning and Travis did it for a fraction of the cost. Also, he and his team have a great building and a very relaxing/entertaining lobby! Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I entered the shop and saw the flawless shop area, I knew this was the place for my special MB’s. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments and TV. When I purchased my gently used 2012 BMW X5 3.5 back in March, I knew Travis would be the only mechanic this vehicle would ever see. During a recent visit to Crossroad Autoworks, he addressed with me those items which needed immediate service and after correcting those issues, we set up a maintenance schedule for those other regular service items that most vehicles need.
