Easy to find and get in and out. The store has plenty of parking and there's accessible spots too. The interior of the store is clean and well-organized. I was able to find everything I needed. The cashier was friendly and welcoming and was helpful too with a return I had to do.

Today Aug 14 2025. My battery died just as I got into the parking lot and the Manager Ben grabbed the tools need to help a old man out 109 degrees out. And warranty my battery no charge. And changed it out. Got me back to my work excellent job thank you very much Ben.

O'Reilly's in Fountain Hills went over the top for me and I appreciate it ❤️ Battery light on and smoke coming from under the hood. They stood by with fire extinguisher and crawled under my vehicle. Allow me to leave it parked in their lot overnight until I could get it towed. Those guys are great!

This store is very cluttered but has some good staff that work too hard. Short handed can only be an excuse for so long. Lines are super lone and honestly it extremely difficult to find. Not sure why they expect to get much business.

Great for ordering any parts you may or may not need. Prices are a little more than other stores and with inflation still raging, I don't mind saving some gas.

As far as I know they do a really good job I mean I was dealt with by a pregnant women who changed my battery and couldn’t lift it so of course as a gentleman I helped her lift it but she wanted to actually install it. I was super proud of her for doing such a good job and being the only one in the dang store and still answering phone calls at the same time. She kicks butt and for the so called owner with the battery at discount I’m sorry you broke down but as far as coming to oreilly’s maybe if you were smart enough you would realize that they can’t leave the premises to replace a battery for you. One that’s a liability for their safety and yours and maybe two don’t be such a jerk when they are willing to go out there for you to even do it. So no sympathy for real.

This store and staff are AMAZING! The store manager, Anthony, was very generous and allowed my son and two of his friends to host a charity car wash at their location last Saturday. Thanks to their help, the boys raised $400 for Extended Hands Food Bank. Anthony & the staff went above and beyond to help us make this a successful event. They far exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be long time customers of their store.

Best experience!! Honestly! The employees were so funny, they found the problem I was having in my car and fixed it in 5 minutes, it was truly a great experience! I needed some laughs and smiles! They were so helpful and fast, it’s how you should always treat your customers and they do!

O'Reilly Fountain Hills - Inaccurate and unorganized inventory, unhelpful staff. The last three times I needed auto parts, I checked O'Reilly online and found the item in stock. I also called to confirm it was in stock before visiting, but when I get there they don't have it and won't even try get it. The fact they just said they had it doesn't seem to phase them in the least. Trying to find a part on your own in this store is time consuming as most things are not in numerical order. You just have to visually scan the entire inventory, because when you ask for help they refuse to give any more assistance that telling me what aisle it should be in. When I ask again, I get a wee bit of attitude. This has also happened on three separate visits. So in all three cases, I just waited an extra day and bought the same or better part on Amazon for less. Why argue with attitude when you have choices?

I was afraid my battery was going bad so I stopped to get it checked... it ended up I didn't buy my battery there originally, but the guy was so nice and checked it and checked my alternator and my starter for me too.... I would definitely go back there for service and parts.

I brought my drums and rotors into be cut. There employee Troy told me they would be done in an hour. I came back 2 hours later and they didnt even start on them they then told me to call back in another hour and they would be done. I waited another 2 hours and Troy didnt know the difference between rotors and drums and said he was still working on them and to call back in an hour. I called back just before they closed and they still havent finished. I then spoke to the manager Suzie and she didnt have a clue when they were going to be done and fed me excuses for why they havent been done. We are now on day number two and my rortors and drums are still not done. Worst Auto part store in AZ and customer service SUCKS!!

Between Nathan, Jameson, and Tom, we managed to figure out a fuel filter problem on my highly modified truck. Sure, it could be said, that not everyone -- indeed most people -- knows much about diesel engine these days, but those for whom the innate knowledge was lacking more than made up for it in patience and compassion! Of course, then my husband came out and fixed it anyway. Good old husbands!

Went to get some new hoses so the first guy at the counter sent us to the hose shelves to figure out what we needed, then this Frankie person approaches confrontational like we are doing something wrong, along with a disrespectful remark. She’s acting like she knows better then we do about what WE are looking for! She’s grunting and asking impatiently “anything else?” After every hose. Where is the politeness in any of that? Management needs to assess whether the employee needs to be stocking shelves or customer service...this one definitely needs to be in the back.

This rating is for the two guys working late at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store location way out on far east end of Shea Blvd. I was traveling in my RV when it started having problems I stopped in there. They not only found the part I required but we're genuinely concerned with making sure I had what I needed. I wish there were more stand up people like this around. Thanks guys !!!

I wish I could give Jack & Chloe at this location more than 5 stars. They went ABOVE & BEYOND with my car battery. I was stranded in Payson, took it to a store there and the guy, Bill, absolutely refused to replace my battery (with the warranty still intact). He didn’t bother looking it up, only tested it to discover my battery was in the last quarter of its life, alternator was fine, and starter were fine. And told me he would jump me and advised me to take my car to a shop to have it checked out because one year batteries last longer. So after leaving Payson and driving to the first location I could find, and explaining my story to Jack and Chloe, they BOTH did not hesitate to look up my warranty and exchange my battery IMMEDIATELY, because my warranty was still valid & I had free replacement. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, and honestly, it was THE best experience I’ve ever had in customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would have no issue driving here to get help again. Thank you Jack & Chloe!!!

Caroline and Scott were great! I knew it was time to replace the battery. After finding out the warranty had expired, (which Caroline advised me to check first before buying a new one) I returned a bit before closing to see if I could get it replaced. She was super understanding and assured me it wasn't a problem to get it done before they closed. I hate being that needy customer right before closing. They got it done and Caroline even gave me a few tips if I ever need to replace a battery myself- I had made a comment that my boyfriend joked I couldn't replace it myself. I never make reviews but I had to share my exceptional customer service from them!

Great place to get parts. If they don't stock it they can get it. They even gave me direction on getting my car fixed locally. Because as it turned out I had some serious issues going on. Thanks to Dillan and his awesome staff. Went to Auto Whisperer and they were able to work miracles on my vehicle.

I've never really written a review, but this service was so bad, I had to comment. Backstory: I was going on a ski trip, and was doing routine maintenance on my truck to get it ready. I noticed my electrical part wasn't working well, so took it in to O'Relly Auto Parts to get the battery checked, since they have free testing. Problem: The manager named Randy helped me, checked it out and said the battery had a fault and needed to be replaced. He helped me get the terminal off (he snapped a connector, not his fault as it was extremely corroded and needed to be replaced anyway). When the connectors were off, I remembered that the original battery was still new so I wanted to find out where I had bought it from. Generally, I've bought my batteries from Costco, since I did not have problems starting, I knew the truck would be able to make it there. I told him to hold off, and would try to find out where I bought the battery from. He left me to put the connections back on, I guess I should be grateful he left me the tools to do it. Since the screw needed to be replaced, I went back into the store to ask to buy a replacement. He responded with "Maybe Costco has them." A comment like that, especially from a store manager is completely unacceptable. Just because he lost out on a $100 sale, he loses my customer loyalty. Up until that point, 90% of my car maintenance purchases were from O'Reillys mainly because the people there were helpful and they were military friendly. The battery ended up being from Autozone, and was less than 2 years old (still under warranty). I got a free replacement. Don't offer free battery testing if you get mad when someone uses it to check their battery, and buy a replacement somewhere else (in my case, get a faulty new battery replaced for free).
