I have been using this family shop for over 20 years. Unlike a previous review I read they have not lost any mechanic. There was a tow truck driver who left. But no mechanic has been lost. These guys are the best in the area. And highly recommend them to all.

I've taken my Forester to Everett for oil changes for three years. They replaced control arms on 3/20 and I was told that they aligned it. Noticed when I picked it up that the steering wheel wasn't straight. That should have been my first clue. It was never aligned, front two tires destroyed. Spent $1,100 for a set of 4, will never bring a vehicle to them again.

Worked with Richard to diagnose an engine light problem. Fixed one issue; still working on clearing the second issue. Very accommodating and reasonably priced so far.

Thank you to Michael and to TC; his driver. I was stuck 18 miles east of Quartzsite, Arizona around 4 am. i had a flat tire. Michael answered the phone and was very helpful. He sent out a driver within 30 minutes of my call. TC showed up and assisted me in an excellent way. when I popped into the truck he had the heat on (because it was cold outside) and we drove to a tire shop in no time. The process was fast and amazing. When we arrived to the shop; I called Michael to tell him thank you, and he was able to contact the tire shop owner to inform them that a customer was there before they opened, and someone was able to get there before they opened to help me get a new tire. Thank you guys!

I was on my way home to Prescott from California with my dog - and I suddenly found myself stuck and in need of rescuing. First Richard, and then Glen the next day, were so wonderful to me. Professional, knowledgeable, kind - it made everything so much better at a time of high stress. It is heartwarming to know how many good humans there still are in this world, when everything around us tries to convince us otherwise. Forever grateful - Sara and her bulldog Norman.

10 stars ? My boys and I got stranded on a really rough road. Glenn came out and saved the day! He was so calm and knew exactly what to do. Professional and courteous. It turned out to be a great experience and we wouldn’t change it if we had to do it over again.

Marc, Glenn, and Noah are all amazing at what they do! Everett's does primarily towing, but also volunteer with AZ 4X4 Rescue, helping the uninitiated like me navigate new and sometimes treacherous terrain, something I never experienced in my home state. They also provide oil changes and other services besides towing, and are always polite and professional, and I have had the honor of getting to know them personally. I highly recommend contacting them for all your mechanical needs, and if they don't provide it, they'll kindly point you to someone who will! - Gary B

Had an oil change and tires rotated. Be sure to call for an appointment. Got us in and out within a reasonable time at a reasonable price. We took our own oil and filter which helped with the cost. We recommend his services.

I had a power steering leak in my truck, I called to see if they could fix it and they said not today as we are bz but if I can swing by they would take a look at it, First time ever going here and everyone was very nice, I spoke with one of their mechanics and told him my situation, he was more than happy to take a peek at it, he found the issue in like 5 min and grabbed a clamp off his toolbox and fixed it!! I couldn't believe he fixed it right there and didn't schedule me in and charge an arm and a leg! I asked him how much and was basically no charge but I could tip him, I had $$ for once in my pocket because I never do and gave him lil over $40.00 and would have given more if I had it! Who does that!! Fixed it right there on the spot! Great place and highly recommend them, very trustworthy place. Thank you for finding the issue and fixing my truck!!

Had a tricky problem. Camshaft position sensor was going bad. Google it for symptoms. After ordering the part problem was fixed and truck runs great. I will be going back in the future for any problems. When you later different sensor went out. This time oil pressure sensor. Of course I went back to Everett towing. They got the part I think it took a half an hour to replace the sensor. Everybody there is friendly. The pricing is fair and anytime I am camping in of course site area if I have a problem I know just where to go

Honest and kind. He made himself available and diagnosed our car quickly when passing through. Grateful for his knowledge; we were about to get a hotel, instead we were able to get back on the road with confidence.

Took my truck in for new water pump which I provided minus gasket. A week later I picked my truck up and the estimate went from $300.00 to $400.00. I went to Havasu and the truck overheated. Went back and they said it was the thermostat. They had replaced it and their mechanic didn't use a seal. Just a bunch of glue type stuff that was hard to remove and the mechanic said he hoped none got in the engine. Yesterday I checked under the hood and had to put a jug and a half of coolant in radiator. The mechanic s are rude so I said I wouldn't be back and Jeff said good don't come back. I hope the owner can fix this. Need to get to Phoenix to see my very ill sister.

If you're stuck somewhere, don't bother with any other company. My car broke down just inside the Arizona side of the Arizona/California border on a Saturday afternoon when it was 113 outside. Michael was at the location within 15 minutes, then towed me to a dealership in Blythe. The cost was completely reasonable, and Michael went above and beyond. When he dropped me at the dealership, he recommended I stay at a nearby motel, but drove right back to tell me that the place had closed down. Then he very kindly drove me around to the nearby motels, waiting until I confirmed I could get a room. And he refused a tip! I truly would've been in a very bad spot without Michael's professionalism and kindness. (Now that Finn Ford dealership in Blythe, avoid at all costs...)

I have to share what exceptional service they have. We are a small business too in town. Gus my husband had to require their services. My hubby fill our diseal truck with gas ? the good thing that he never turned the engine. My husband called the ford dealership and they pretty much was charging for a new engine that my husband said no. My husband contacted the towing company and they have a mechanic on site. They did exceptional job! Order the parts and not near what the dealership was charging us. we highly recommend them! I love ❤️ mom and pop shops because of the quality of service and kindness to their customers!thank you my husband can come home haulng our 5th wheel!

These guys were fantastic over the top kindness, respect and helpfulness. We cannot thank you enough for helping us through what is to date the worst day of our lives.

I had an ignition problem and called Everett's. A truck was there within 15 minutes and the pleasant driver Glenn, was quick to fix the problem and explain what the issue was. It's nice to know that there's a place in town with good service and cool people.

Like so many mechanics a complete rip off. I had an oil leak. They wanted $1,400 PLUS $$$. I waited and had it done in Mississippi. $600 and another $55 for a complete gasket kit I ordered from Amazon. Not a guy under a shade tree, the guy in Mississippi was a proper 2 man garage with full everything. Had it all done in less than a morning. Be warned this place in Q knows he has you. There is nowhere else to go. Before I went to this guy I tried another idiot in Parker. He was even worse. Both of them were classic "I got ya" outfits. At least the guy at Everetts was a pleasant fellow whereas the guy in Parker was a complete jerk.

Best towing service available! GREAT low prices and friendly service! Our driver Mike made us feel safe and comfortable we were on our way to Disney land and our car broke down. Mike was there within 10min after we called and was a safe drive back to Phoenix. Thank you Everetts!

Everett’s towing and repairs are the most honest and down to earth mechanic that I have ever been to. We broke down on the way to Phoenix and they replaced the part for cheap. When I got back to the hotel to pick up my wife and kids the car was not working properly. I called them again, they towed the car back to the shop, worked on it for a couple of hours, found a minor mistake, fixed it up free of charge. There are still good people in this world and some of them work here at this shop.

Glenn Love and his gang spent seven hours on the edge of I-10 cleaning up and bagging our belongings after our travel trailer flipped and was completely destroyed. The next day they graciously allowed us to go through the remains at their tow yard for more belongings. Michael Behrens recovered and mailed some important papers to us. The office staff were very kind after our traumatic accident. These guys/gals went way above and beyond for us. Thank you!

We used both services! My car started to overheat last night and had us stranded, we were able to call them early in the morning, the tow truck driver, Mike, got there very quickly and had us loaded up and on our way to the shop before we knew it. Once we got to the shop, the mechanic, Richard, got to our car and diagnosed the problem that none of us knew existed pretty quick, once again that was done and fixed in the blink of an eye. The services were extremely affordable, employees were friendly and fast, 11/10 would definitely call them again if I had car troubles in that area!

Glen took excellent care of us, we were stranded with our travel trailer out in the desert. Excellent communication- we really needed that! - and they really went the extra mile to rescue us, then tow and repair our trailer AND a flat tire on our truck. We were up the creek and these guys saved our shiny metal a**! Very reasonable price considering what they had to do, and we were treated like actual humans needing a rescue. Thanks!!

My fuel pump died and it was cooking hot out. They came to tow me to the shop very quickly and dropped me off at home. Silly me, I left my phone in their truck. The driver dropped it off for me. They verified it was the fuel pump and called me with an estimate. I knew they'd have to order the part. They said it should come in by 3 the next day and they would finish it up by the following day. They called just before 3 and told me the work was complete and the bill would be less than their estimate. They even came to pick me up to take me to the shop. It was a huge relief because my partner had a doctor's appointment and surgery scheduled just a couple of days later. They had my SUV less than 24 hours. Great guys. Great work. Service above and beyond what you could ask for.

We threw an alternator belt passing through on the I-10 last Saturday morning. Though the repair shop wasn't officially open, the folks at Everett's were kind enough to help get us back on the road. The guys were friendly, courteous and genuinely concerned that our 4-Runner was safe to put back on the road. They installed the new belt and performed a thorough inspection for a VERY fair price. Thanks for being there for us!

I just met the most awesome people after being broke down and Towed to this facility. They helped me get back on the road within an hour. My husband and I were on our way to CA for a long weekend with our 2 labs, Otter and Buddy. As we left the gas station and pulled out onto the Main Street there in Quartzite our U-joint bolt snapped on our 2001 Red Ford F-250. Long story, but from the time we broke until we got a tow from Everett’s, were taken to their shop and had the repair made, it was only 3 hours total. What a blessing. The price was extremely reasonable. The kindness and compassion was second to none. They were very professional. This was on a Friday afternoon in a small town. It was hot. They dropped everything to help us! Remember their name. Write it down and if you have a need for a tow or a repair.....Call them!
