Terrible experience. Quoted $275/hr plus 10% fuel, but after arriving late and finishing the job in about 20 minutes, they still charged me for 2.5 hours—more than their own 2-hour minimum. When I questioned it, the representative was extremely rude and even threatened to tow my truck to their shop if I didn’t pay. Completely unprofessional and unfair. Be very cautious with this company. MAY GOD HELP US ALL.
we stuck on the dirt road when hunting at indian reservation area，call Parker and answer soon，told me 1 hour will get my location. Only 40 minutes Mark get my location and tow my car out of the pitch in 2minutes very professional and very nice.

I was unfortunate enough to have my car break down from California to Arizona with my two little boys with me but lucky enough to run into this towing company, our driver was Luke and he was absolutely amazing and communicated with me the whole way ! (He had to tow us two hours just to get home) He made me and my sons feel 100% comfortable during a very stressful situation. I would 10/10 recommend them. Especially luke ! I can’t thank him enough for making our trip as easy as possible .

Thank you Parker. When my parents got stranded with a broken down truck Parker was there to save the day. They not only got on the tow quickly, but they worked with the insurance company behind the scenes to get the bill paid and reimbursed the charges. The price was fair and service excellent. I highly recommend them.
Had two blow outs in my 5th wheel camp trailer at mile marker 43 outside Quartzsite on a Sunday afternoon. Paul was there with his trailer in under and hour and had my truck and 5th wheel loaded up in no time. Took us all they way back to east Mesa. Thank you Paul for the save and friendly ride back home. Thanks to PARKER TOWING and BEST AUTO the Quartzsite Az FOOD BANK has enough PRODUCE to feed quite a bit of people. They had a wrecked reefer full of boxed produce. THUMB UP TO PARKER TOWING and BEST AUTO for doing this.
Parker Towing!! I can’t say enough good things about Parker Towing. We lost our water pump in our diesel pusher on I-10 just outside of Quartzsite. Paul had his rig there to rescue us in less that an hour and had us at Best Auto repair lickety split. One of our levelers was damaged loading the rig onto Paul’s lowboy. Paul made sure that Parker Towing made good on the damage. Paul and Parker Towing, a first class guy and outfit!!!!
