I came to this location for a part for my car and I was actually treated rudely and so was my friend. There was absolutely no call to be rude when we were not being rude to him. I don't recommend going to this place unless you want to be talked to and treated rudely. There's absolutely no call to treat people like that when they are supporting your business and they are being kind to you. Go to Blythe or Parker for your parts and necessities. You will be treated with more kindness and respect.
This has to be the worst auto shop I've ever been to, it's a tiny dilapidated shack that doesn't have something as basic as 5qts of oil, anything you want you have to order and you can count on them ordering the wrong thing, God help anyone that has to deal with this place
Don't bother ordering parts here. They have no idea what they are doing. They didn't know if it was the right part and wanted 3 times what I was quoted.
They most likely have what you need. They have batteries, oil, cleaners, detailing supplies, thread loc, fuel lines, jb weld, lights, wiring, nuts, bolts and various other supplies. Friendly guy runs it and gets what you need. A small place left to the roadrunner.
Great place to get your auto parts and fluids, he did not have a particular filter I requested for my truck in stock but had it there when he opened the next morning! Great service Highly recommend!
Only been in here twice. Once about 4 years ago with my son, in and out, git what he needed. Just the other day to bring in a bad battery to recycle. Gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Small location tucked in, almost miss it if you were not aware it was there or looking for it.

This auto parts store is Under New Management and he is trying really hard to please the public and he's trying really hard to get things back in order after the last guy just destroyed the business, stop in and say hi to Steve he's a good dude.
EDIT: 12/23. New management and are very great now to do business. It isn’t that I expected much but having a friend my counterperson helps a lot. Changed my review to 5 stars. Appreciate an owner who is trying to make it a better place .
(Old post ) Would be a good town to get a real parts house. Have been there 3 times so this is based on all 3 visits. Never have came out with anything I needed , the owner (I assume ) is always there has terrible customer service , mumbles and last visit wanted me to buy something even tho he didn’t have a catalog to see if it even fits . Said if I open I can’t return. I said why would I buy if you can’t let me see the product or look it up to see if it fits. Anyways a quick trip to Blythe we were back in the road. Save yourself frustration and anger and just go to Blythe or Parker. Or anywhere else .

Rude ...no clue about amsoil ..says they don't carry it yet the website says they do. Laziness I guess.

Man at counter helped several customers ahead of me. He was rude, demanding, and short with customers. He did not put forth any effort to order needed parts. He made a derogatory comment regarding the new “Chinese” made generators. Totally uncalled for.
I've been at this store in quartzsite many times. Its convenient and if they don't have your part they order it, then it's in the next day you pick it up. And the staff is always helpful and nice!
Small store and a small inventory but they are helpful and knowledgeable, had fuel hose i needed for sale by the foot, for my motorcycle. If you need any fluids of any sort its there. Probably belts too. They can order specific parts over the phone and have them ordered in store overnight or quickly. You broke down in quartzsite not the city!!!!
Very over priced, not friendly. I asked for a different brand spark plug and was told no and showed no interest in ordering it. Excuse was he would have to buy to many. If you can wait to go to a larger parts house. Or just go to Parker or Blythe.
Very small, single employee/owner but friendly. Has most common items but can get most things in by late day or next day. Would have rated it 3 stars for size and selection but since it seems to be the only place to stay open year around it deserves 4 stars.
The guy working here was down right rude. I asked for parts, he didn't look around or look them up, just immediately said no we don't have them. Didn't offer to order them. I asked for grease and he vaguely told me where to look. Poor customer service, I wouldn't shop here again unless I absolutely had to. I guess that is what happens when you are the only auto parts store in town!
If you can wait go to a larger store this is truly a 1 room very limited parts store. I only needed 2 battery cable, probably should have waited for a larger store. The price was double the cost of of other parts stores but bit the bullet anyhow. Shouldn't complain just warning you. Staff needs some personality. Wish I had took a photo the photos that are showing on the review with the truck in front of it they couldn't get a semi in that parking lot he could only Park maybe for cars maximum it is not what it looks like on the pictures unless someone has taking a picture lately it's literally a one-room shack
I called to see if they had a oil filter. The young man on the phone said he had two filters that "might" be right and I would need the number off the filter to make sure.
To determine if I, and by "I", I meant me, could access the filter top or bottom to wipe it off and get the number. That was all I asked. He said I would probably have to lay down and look up to clean off the filter and make sure he sold me the right one.
"I'm not going to crawl under there and get it for you," he added. Well, I sure as hell never asked him to do anything, only if "I" might do it and which way to look, if he knew.
It's not a garage and I didn't assume it was. Why be rude? What is the point? I never asked him to do squat, but he wanted to make sure I knew he wasn't going to do anything, regardless of what the question was, even though he'd not been asked.
I'm newly arrived in Quartzsite, and working both on my RV and my SUV. I'll gladly drive into Blythe or Parker to get a filter or anything else for the next six months I'm staying here.
Zero customer service! I have never given such a bad review but the place deserves it.
Needed to pickup some oil for the car. It was a Saturday and web site stated hours from 8 to noon so I stopped by at 8:00AM. "Mr personality" as he is known by locals dinking around front of store for five minutes. NEVER unlocked gate! I had to get go work so I left. Drove by at 11:45 and STORE WAS CLOSED! Go figure!
If I could rate him zero for attitude - I would. Didn't acknowledge me when I walked in - this is a TINY store - one room. You are three steps from the door, you jollly well can acknowledge a customer. Then - you didn't listen to me - I know you don't have the size belt I wanted, but I wanted the next size SMALLER - you gave me the next size larger. AND you didn't LISTEN to the part number my Napa guys gave me - or I would have had the RIGHT belt. You managed a couple of conversations with the GUYS in the room - is it because I'm not from here, or that I'm a GURL? I'll drive to Blythe, next time.
