Be careful with this company. I gave 1 stars because the driver was great, 0 star otherwise. Dispatcher is a scammer and cocky. I gave him 3 references where I was. 5 miles before exist 230 on freeway 10 east bound, 5 miles before the blythe airport, 5 miles before mesa verde (i may have said verde mesa) but the driver is local and should know (he is my neighbor 1 block down). I gave him the exact information. The dispatcher said driver exited 230 went eastbound to 240 and did not see me. Dispatcher kept on insisted that I said 240 and have it on recorded line. When that did not work, he said now you are before exit 230? I never said anything about exit 240 and I repeated the info at least 2 or 3 times before they dispatched. I told him to play it back and he never did and charged me $110 more for his mistake or if there is even one. Ended up paying $350 on a $240 quote. Would have went with parker (5 stars with thousands of feedbacks) for $300 and they would have done an amazing job. Parker even took my dogs to my house last time. This company is a scam. Tried to save $60 but ended up paying $50 more. Just expect to pay much more than quoted price. They also wanted you to pay before they do anything. So the first quote will be a deposit and you will get a final bill when the driver is there.

My daughter broke down on the freeway near Blythe (8/14/25) on her way from Phoenix to SoCal. Rafael from A Tow Truck was there quickly, provided great service, and most importantly helped my 22 year old daughter feel safe. He towed her car to Indio and she said he was awesome. Thank you for taking good care of my daughter and providing great, fast service!

We had to drive all the way from Phoenix to pick up our car that was stolen. I think our guy's name was Gabriel?? But he was so amazing!! ?? He deserves all the good things. He helped us so much. Thank you

I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could, because the driver that always comes out and observers, its me. He's the greatest guy in the world. I appreciate his work yesterday as he was there. On time and I didn't even have to be there. Got the car and he still went and picked it up and brought it back over and he remembered my name right off the bat. So I just want to give this company at least 20 stars. You can't go wrong, thank you so much

Absolutely amazing customer service over the phone with Chris who was an absolute godsend for walking me through location sharing and coordinates so the driver could find me. Getting towed is never a pleasure, but, if you gotta get towed, i cannot imagine calling anyone else. Talk about fast arrival!! SALVATORE, you have the best personality for dealing with customers, your happy demeanor and calming words meant a lot to me, you were so professional, well-groomed and so thorough with attaching, winching and securing my van atop your flatbed, i appreciate you! If i could give A Toe Truck 10 gold stars i most definitely would. I'm heading down to Mexico and my itinerary never lost a beat. Muchas Gracias!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Driving to az, I had a blow out. Gabriel came to the rescue and saved our morning. Not only did he change the tire, but the lug nuts were super super tight and with his patients he manage to get them off. He went far and beyond then just a tire change. We give thanks to his willingness to get us back in the road. Respect Gabriel and thanks once again!! Goodlife Living Solutions!

Thanks to A Toe Truck they were able to get myself and vehicle off a dangerous part of the highway. My truck decided to just take the day off lol Daniel Payne was very quick to scene and safely got myself and vehicle home! Thank you Daniel for making this not so fortunate event into a hassle free pleasant tow home

Excellent customer service. My car broke down about 250 miles from home. My road side service from Hyundai wouldn’t get me home. They only provided 200 and wanted to send me to a dealership 100 miles in the other direction. A Toe Truck had no problem getting me home. Very nice. Except for being stuck in the middle of nowhere for a little while. I want to thank RILEY for his service. He was an exceptional man. I wish I could give him 100 stars. He was the most amazing guy.

I broke down today leaving Havasu. I called A Toe Truck and they dispatched Daniel Payne to come get me. Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable. He got the car loaded up quickly and we were headed to Parker. I appreciate his positive attitude and great service. I recommend A Toe Truck for all ypur towing needs.

The service I received from A Toe Truck was just what I needed. With the exception of taking a bit long to get to me, the service provided upon arrival was quick and the job well done. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable on what I required to get back to my day.

By far the best tow company I’ve encountered. I had my two kids with me the driver was friendly, ensured my girls were comfy, offered to stop and use the restroom /foodd or anything since we had a 2 hour tow ahead after being stuck for a couple hours prior in the middle of nowhere . The truck was clean and also smelled good. Must say if I could chose my company everytime this would be the company.

A Toe Truck showed up quickly. They were very kind and courteous through the entire process. Daniel found my spare tire, changed it quickly, bagged up the old tire and loaded it in my car. I was a bit stressed, he was calm and patient. I really appreciated his demeanor and expertise.

Motor blow up in my truck and I was far from nowhere in Blythe and this was a service at AAA recommended to me and they told me to hotel to spend the night and the next day they told me 187 miles and the driver was very accommodating and excellent person to talk to and actually I enjoyed the whole thing. He turned a bad situation into a pleasant one and I really appreciate that

Is my experience was such a good one... Within a minute I was notified of the ETA of the driver once I put a shout out I needed a toe 35 miles from town with my AAA roadside assistance policy my ex boyfriend still had for me! Zero charge! And... such a pleasant offer for a ride with fantastic information about my situation on vehicle. I am so greatful for this awesome company! Hope to never do it again, but dang i am impressed all the way around, from the text message, locations share of driver, then a phone call contact to assure me of my rescue! Im telling you, they are top notch. True heros in my book. My driver even taught me how to feed straps in a clear lesson of my interest! I learned many things. Wow. Just wow. The company really keeps their drivers well taken care of and fairly compensated for loyal employment as well. I am super impressed. I drive around weighing the value of each human interaction and this one just impressed me.

There are not enough good things to say about Daniel Payne, not only was he super nice from the moment he arrived but he worked extremely efficiently and had us on the road back home with our vehicle in tow in no time. Daniel was a consummate professional the entire time and clearly the best your company has if not one of the best. Out of all the experiences we’ve ever had being broken down this was by far the best I highly highly recommend Daniel and A Toe Truck to everyone. My experience from start to finish was great. They called multiple times to check on my safety while I was stranded on the side of the highway. They also were in constant communication letting me know when the driver should arrive. SAL my driver was AMAZING! So kind and helpful. He had to tow me a long way and the ride was so pleasant with him. Thank you!

After getting 3 day runaround from the competition called A Toe Truck and within 3 hrs my RV was on it way to its new home. Everyone from Jasmine who took the time to make sure I had the the right equipment for the job to the driver Matt P. who did an excellent job were professional and courteous. Highly recommend these guys.

Hi my name is Martin I broke down in arizona and let me tell you the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful just awesome thank you sweetie ? And then they driver shows up and this GUY was just awesome nice as could be and went the extra mile and set me up thanks buddy I really appreciate it... Getting off the side of the road ? Also the second driver who came out on Xmas day was great ? had a blast talking with him he also went the extra mile to help me out thank you buddy I'm a former tow truck driver and it's nice to see that they are still great driver's out there and company's that are there for the people and not there to rip you off don't get me wrong it's a business, and they're there to make money, but I believe these guys are help me out the best that they could financially. Had a flat tire 140 miles from home on Christmas Day on my motorcycle. Robert was there within an hour and gave myself and the bike a lift to my front door. Awesome service!!

Motorhome broke down just after agricultural check point westbound. Salvador came to the rescue with a nice truck and an awesome attitude. He took off his glove to greet me with genuine handshake and a big smile. His new truck was clean for my family to ride in while we towed the rv with cold ac in the 108 f heat. He went above and beyond the whole time to make sure he was giving us 5 star treatment. Super impressed more than five stars for this gentleman and his company.

We had the best driver ever. He kept in contact with us for directions and make sure we were safe and had water. We lost all electric in our vehicle but he knew how to get around so he could put the car in neutral. We had such a great communication with him even while towing our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the rules and laws with towing. He was so funny that we really connected with his personality. He had to tow us 113 miles and made the trip faster just with his personality. We would request him if this ever happened again??‍♀️❤️?

I called AAA as I was stranded on the road on I 10 1/2 mile from Highway 60 exit. AAA dispatched this towing service out for a flat tire. I was contacted by the service representative then by the tow truck operator. The tow truck operator advised me to drive that additional half mile to the next exit. I indicated that I did not want to do this because it would damage either the tire or Via Wheel. The tow truck operator his reply was drive slow that 1/2 mile because the tires are designed to handle that add a short distance running low speed. In spite of my better judgment I thought this guy was a professional and was leading me down the right path. Upon arriving at the site that I was told to travel to the tow truck operator put my donut tire on and put the flat tire in my trunk. Since I realized I had to get to California and was at the Arizona State line so to speak I figured I had to repair the tire before going any farther. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe, I stopped at the nearest tire repair shop expecting that I could get the tire repaired. Upon attempting to get the tire repaired it was discovered that my greatest fear had been realized, the tire had been shredded internally and there was a gash in the side. I had no other choice but to purchase a used tire as the tires on my vehicle being a brand new vehicle had low profile tires and I could not get the exact tire. Now once I’m back in orange county I now have to spend almost $300 for a new tire. I believe the tow truck operator is responsible for the damage due to giving me the worse information that any tow truck driver could.I called several times to speak to someone concerning this at various times of the day asking for Dana the manager and to date he has not called me back. I would never recommend this tote service to anyone as the tow truck driver operator is obviously stupid and the manager is not willing to except his stupidity and do the right thing.
