Amazing guys, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Great price, beat AAA by a lot! And they were available on a Sunday. We were stuck in an RV on the shoulder of a busy interstate. Pretty dangerous. They came, hooked up and dropped us off at a hotel and then dropped the rv at a repair shop. They were great!

I love this family owned business. It's hard to find an ethical business in small town towing. I've lived in Quartzsite for years and I've never seen another business who treats their customers and employees with such care,concern,and fairness with pricing. I would recommend their service hands and feet above all their competitors!!

Just wanted to say we had the absolute best service. We even had a tour guide and some comedy. Even though having to be towed stinks and your already having a bad day, this towing service made the experience kind of enjoyable! Henry Rocks!

I called this shop for an air leak they told me mechanic should be at the tuck in 45 minutes to an hour after 3 hours I called them I spoke to a lady. she said that the mechanic was at another call and was waiting for the costumer to pay. so I questioned her why they told me 45 minutes and it was more than 3 hours already. she just said I will cancel the call. it was unproffessional. They could just have call and said they were running late

We were traveling from Cali to northern AZ and ran out of gas literally in the middle of no gas 50 minutes each way. We originally called another tow company the tow wiz and paid a lot of money for 4 gallons and was told would be an hour, at exactly the hour mark the company calls back and says they can't come till 9am the next day we ask for our money back but of course will take 3-5 business days to refund. We called A2Z after and was immediately helped very professionally and the tow man Henry was out at us in 40 minutes and was very polite safe and respectful. We appreciate this company and the effective and fast service. Thankyou

The only nice thing about being stranded on the side of the road was being rescued by Henry. All of the staff was pleasant and attentive. He arrived very quickly, communicated awesome, and made sure we were safe and getting my vehicle taken care of before leaving. Even my dog loved Henry!

Mike came and towed my Semi 145 miles back to Eloy. Very impressed with this dude his driving skills are impeccable. Professional, courteous and 100% knowledgeable in his skill. Can't say enough good about this company. What ever your towing needs are A2Z is highly recommended.

We got stuck in deep sand. It was deep. The truck is a 3/4 ton. The company replied quickly to our call,and sent Henry. Henry evaluated the situation quickly. It was not easy to seperate the camper from the truck with enough distance to get the truck out of the sand. Henry got the truck out, and made sure the camper was also free. He was not going to leave til the complete unit was free. He even called later that evening to make sure we were ok. Henry was great. We recommend the company and Henry for your needs.

My experience with A2Z was amazing! Henry came out within 15 mins and towed my Tesla! I had called 2 other towing companies and both of them told me they did not tow Teslas! Henry was so kind, considerate and really cared about his customers! I had both my kids (3 & 5) with me and he made it a fun experience! I don’t have any bad things to say! 100% recommend!

Henry and Mike literally saved our Christmas. They came out in the dark to help us get out a dirt road. Pretty bad situation but such great energy and efficiency! I’d recommend this company to anyone who wants great customer service and people that truly care.

Henry towed my car yesterday and today. Both times he arrived exactly when he said he would and was very nice and helpful! Everything went smoothly despite the fact that it’s a holiday weekend and there were numerous cars having trouble due to a bad fuel incident in the area. I’m very impressed with the quality of service during a high stress situation.

We called Henry from A2Z after struggling to find a tow that would come down our road. My boyfriend needed his truck towed from Forest Lakes to Payson but we live down in a canyon that isn’t easy to get to. Henry had no problem coming down our road. Very professional and a great experience. We would highly recommend A2Z Towing to everyone in the Payson area!

3 Sisters 3 Doggies Trip Disaster… On our way to California , our vehicle broke down in Quartzsite. We called several towing companies, but their prices were outrageous. Amazingly, we found A2Z Towing, and Evelyn greeted us with such wonderful customer service-giving us the lowest quote in town. She was also so helpful and understanding-offering us transportation for all of us as well as our 3 doggies. She let us know she had the perfect driver, Henry a real dog lover. Not only did Henry arrive quickly. He was amazing with our dogs. He was also the most respectful, kind-hearted, friendly, funny, personable, and a great storyteller. Henry was more than amazing!! We had to get our side-by-side to Parker for repairs to continue on the Peace Trail. Henry and A2Z towing got us up to Parker and back in record time. From the answering staff to Henry, they were fabulous! A2Z and Henry were super accommodating, friendly and professional! I highly recommend Henry we wouldn’t be able to continue without him!

My truck broke down in Brenda, a very small town. I was having a hard time getting a tow and was getting the runaround. I don't think anyone wanted to come out because the Super Bowl was on. Finally my insurance called A2Z and everything got better. They were very professional and kept me informed of their ETA. Henry the driver was great with a good attitude. He got right out there and got my truck right into the shop and even called them after hours to tell them the truck was there. Thanks to A2Z and Henry for great service!

I had been waiting for over two hours for my insurance to provide a tow on my van when the service provider cancelled the tow and insurance was escalating their efforts to find me a tow truck to take me 130 miles when my girlfriend reached out to the local tow companies to find help. The first call she made was a no, but they actually directed us to A2Z towing. When we called, we were treated very nicely and Henry was at my van within 20 minutes getting it loaded up. He was very nice and communicative and got me home safely. I'd like to mention that my "covered insurance tow" was actually more expensive than A2Z's price. Don't forget to call A2Z first!!

We were stuck 4ish miles down a dirt road and still had amazing response time. When we informed them we had four people that needed to be transported it was still no problem. Our driver, Henry, was amazing. Very reasonable price, and we had to go from Parker to Quartzsite. Our dispatcher was great, too. These are the people to call.

This is the first time we have ever had to use a tow trucking service, we had a great experience. We had been waiting for a while due to our insurance dropping the ball and not sending our request in. As soon as our request was sent Joe the dispatch was on it. Once our driver Henry got our request he gave us his ETA and showed up in less then an hour. He was on it we felt safe and comfortable. I hope I never have to use a tow service company again but if I do A2Z is the way to go?

their flatbed tow truck winch cable broke and the car they were towing rolled off, hit a semi truck.. they have known issues with their winch cables and its happened before according to their driver... dont use them... owner was a dbag.. going viral on reddit also..
