Great group of people, I've been buying stuff on and off for a long time. They've grown a lot over those years but haven't lost that friendly helpful attitude when dealing with the public. Don't be afraid to dip your toes in the auction realm, you can get some great deals just take the time to inspect when they have their open inspection but most of the time they will accommodate you if possible. I've bought several cars, a 65 A100 Dodge Truck (almost rust free from California I might add!) A Jeep, Mercedes and countless small lots. never been disappointed!
It all went pretty well, staff was polite and professional, auction went as expected. The office entrance vs. the auction yard entrance can be confusing.

When buying online it can often be daunting on if the product is accurate to the picture/description and the quality of what you are purchasing is up to standard, but with Pearce and Associates you know you are getting quality items in a fun way. I have bought items from cars to tools to scrap iron , and have never had a bad experiance with my purchases or the staff, i give them 5 star ,But it should be 10., and to the person who is xomplaining about the auction not closing bids at 12, maybe if you would have read the auction rules you would know that even thou the closing time is 12, you will find that the bid goes on if there is active bidding at closing time , usually 5min for every high bid so others have time to bid against the high bid. READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING UNTRUE STATEMENTS
We were bidding on several trucks. The auction was supposed to end at 12 PM. Can you explain to why it is still ongoing? Of course, we would have won several trucks if it ended at 12PM. But after 12:25 PM we were outbid on EVERYTHING. Seems scammy to me. It is now 1:15 PM and the auction is still going. Don't get me with the soft auction BS, either. from 11:55 - 12:25 NO ONE BID ON AT LEAST 2 ITEMS. Those items should have ended and do the soft auction with items still having active bids. Straight scam.
My experience with Pearce Auction was seamless and without any difficulties. Alex was, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and kind. He provided all of the necessary information, so I could make an informed decision. Alex was patient as he answered my many questions... some of them more than once!

My wife bid on and bought a stackable clothes washer/dryer that was “scratch & dent”. Granted, she did not go by and inspect the item, so that was totally our fault. However, the item was picked up by my son and brought home. The item is complete junk and not even useable (won’t even stand on it’s on). It should have been discarded of instead of sold. Lesson learned after wasting $300.

Pearce & Associates Action are highly reputable and honest people. I had a disagreement with management and they took the high road and I appreciated that more than they will ever know.

I have made purchases from several online auction houses, and Pearce makes it the most pleasant. It hasn't mattered if I was buying several dollars worth of hand tools or several thousand dollars in lots; January or one of the other ladies gets me cashed out quick, and Andrew or some of his guys go above-and-beyond on getting you loaded out and back on the road.
I'm a repeat customer and I only have positive things to say about the entire process from bidding to pick up. I've been EXTREMELY satisfied! All the staff are courteous, attentive, and very professional. They are conveniently located and the warehouse is clean and orderly. I will definitely be a frequent customer.
When you host an online auction item descriptions are critical. After purchasing a vehicle that has "runs" in the description and it can barely be loaded on a trailer at the auction site without overheating I do not call that runs. When we questioned Chris Pearce was extremely rude.
