Very unprofessional. I was told to leave when the manager thought I was working on my car in the parking because of the noise my truck was making. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Asked for the store number, he said they didn’t have a store number. Corporate has been contacted.

Were sold a battery that lasted 6 months; with the expectation that it would last—a normal battery life. This auto zone has taken the bar, the standard of excellence, and placed it at an all time low. Thank you for taking time to read our blunt and sadly honest review.

Everyone that I've come in contact with here has always been very helpful and kind. Chris amazes me each time I mention a new project with expertise in that area too. Always my first go-to store for parts and tools.

I have used Advanced Auto Parts for years with great service and satisfaction. But, yesterday, I came on to get new wiper blades. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. She found what we needed, but didn't know how to install them on my car. There was a man working at the counter who never offered to help. I felt like I wasn't very important to the business. The lady was so sweet, but he sure wasn't.

The fast customer service is why I keep coming back. Their prices are better as well. They are always helpful when I don't know exactly what I need.

The dude behind the counter was extremely helpful. I highly recommend chatting with the folks who work here if'n one has any questions that need to be axed.

Great people, quick and simple. It helps that I know one of the guys that works here. Very friendly staff here though, and they definitely know their stuff. 🤍 ya Joey

The store in itself was okay, on the other hand the employee that answered the phone and was behind the counter quiet frankly was rude on the phone and acted the same in person. I will never return, but I did get the product I went for and it is just what I wanted. I would suggest if you are clocked out you should not stand behind the counter if you don't want to help a customer.

A little pricier than their competitors and was very disappointed that their online system is not accessible in the store. I didn't have my receipt with me when I returned an item I purchased online and got the run around trying to get a refund.

Terrible service. Employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I walked in and stood at the counter and was never acknowledged, despite having at least 3 different employees walk past me and only 1 other customer in the store. When I finally was acknowledged, the employee was rude and unhelpful. I am taking my business elsewhere and recommend everyone else do the same, or at least if you want to be treated with respect.

Needed a new battery, and have someone install it. The blonde short young lady, helped me asap. She was super sweet and nice, and we had an awesome convo. She noticed a screw was missing for the battery instalation and put one on for me!! She also pointed out some pieces under the hood that might need replacing in the future, and pointed out missing covers. Best customer service experience I've ever had.

Great service. On hand availability has gone down but that's not the employee's fault. Corporate seems to think that they don't need any diesel parts in stock. I still continue to give them most of my business.

This is my favorite place to go get part's from when something breaks always clean store and clean facilities nice friendly staff ready to help you they will tell you why your check engine light is on for free so you can get the part that's causing the problem and fix it but don't take my word for it go check it out yourself and tell everyone about your experience

Convenient location and can easily be seen from the main highway. I went in about 5 PM a few days before Christmas and only 1 man was working. He was very nice, polite, and helpful but there was a long line and he had to go outside to help someone and had to leave the store unattended. I couldn't find what I needed. They need to get additional workers to help out. The store was clean and stocked fairly well.

Awesome place. I used to shop between all three auto parts places in the area. But between the friendly staff and being able to order online and pick it up in minutes I only go here for parts now.

Got what we needed with help and didn't have to wait, also loved that the worker knew what they were talking about and took pride in their work. Enjoyed this location more them most under the same name for this reason.

Excellent service on my visit tonight. Carlos diagnosed my battery issue and explained the options..in an honest and friendly manner. Then Chris installed the battery for me. Two of the nicest guys. I will definitely be back.

Always a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Has become my go to for auto parts. O'reilly tends to have better quality house brands if needed otherwise this Advance location is excellent.

Alabaster store is a good parts store. They have employees that have worked there many years and they know there stuff. They can even advise you to what car would be good to buy based on what is always breaking down.

Out of this world superb service!! Don't waste your time going to O'Reilly's in Alabaster! I went in without much hope but David turned my frown upside down! Was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what catalog to use. He was able to order me a part that other parts stores would call a "dealer part only" part from a source called WorldPac. I was very pleased with his service!

Hard working folks that do their best to get you what you need. Sometimes the store seems to be short-staffed and you have to wait a little because customers come with crazy problems and really give the experienced team a run for their money. Sometimes really picking the brains' of those behind the counter.

Helpful folks - when you can get them! They have surges in patronage that make it difficult to streamline visits on occasion. Well-stocked and good prices.

Used to be the only place I went until I was going to try to get a battery tested and when I pulled up the employee was testing a young ladies battery, I explained to him I was going to see if he would ck mine as well...he said ok, but went back inside to the back checked out a few other customers and after waiting for over an hour I left and went to the O'Reily's on 119, who test it immediately it was bad I purchased a new one almost $200 , and the employee replaced it and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes!

Good experience overall. Cashier was either new or just didn't care so we waited awhile in line. Other wise, I would recommend this location
