Awesome junk removal company! Their guys came out and quoted me a Wonderful Affordable Price that I accepted on the spot! The guys demo'd my shed right then within 13 minutes and came back the next day to haul off the shed and my other junk piles! Said my prayers for the Blessings I received! Thank you guys! Third time using Junk King Alabaster. I have never experienced a delay in my delivery or pickup time. The driver is always courteous and asks about where to drop off the container.
Junk King makes it very easy to schedule a quote and/or pickup. I scheduled online. The called me before the scheduled time slot to let me know when they would get here. They gave me the price after looking at my item. I agreed and they took it away! Very reasonable price and in line with what other places would charge. I would highly recommend and use them again anytime I need help with removing things.

Very good service - easy to book, on-time, and professional service. I wish that the policy of reduced rate for not filling the dumpster were still in effect. We've used Junk King for several clean-outs for that reason, so to discover that is no longer the case is disappointing.

These guys are great. When they came to my house they very quickly realized I was quoted too much because I booked online. And they went over the pricing structure with me in person and worked with me to get a a more appropriate charge based on the amount of stuff I had for them to pick up. I really appreciate if they didn't want to overcharge me unnecessarily because it could have just taken my money and I would not have known them any better. I definitely recommend this service. They were able to empty out all of the furniture in my living room in 30 minutes max.
In 2009, I sold my 3 bedroom house, put those belongings in a giant storage unit and joined the Peace Corps, serving as a volunteer in Cambodia for 27 months. In 2025, it’s too expensive to store items like metal file cabinets that even Salvation Army will not take. Downsizing out of old storage units is when Junk King is a life saver! Scheduling a pick up at the storage unit was simple. The guys, polite and strong, arrived early in the window of 3 hours given. I received courtesy calls to ensure my availability. Small downside was the off-the-cuff way the weight & volume of the junk was calculated for me to pay on pickup. Providing a written table and even having the guys weigh items in front of the customer would ease anxiety of possibly being taken advantage of.
The guys at Junk King were professional and showed up in the time frame that was scheduled. They text you when they’re 30 minutes away. Very reasonable in price for the things I wanted picked up. They were all very nice, the 2 guys that removed my items and the customer service that scheduled my appointment. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
I had schedule a removal of a tree house that fell apart during the las storm. No only did they give me a reasonable quote but they also demolished and hauled away the pieces that were still hanging from the tree. 5 star experience from the beginning to the end!
I scheduled to have a small dumpster dropped off at my house on a Saturday. This was the Labor Day weekend, and this service was supposed to be blocked on their website, for obvious reasons. For some reason, the block didn't take. The guy that delivers them was on holiday, so they called and asked if they could drop it off on Tuesday, and offered me a discount. I was moving that Wednesday, so I told them the money wasn't the issue, the timing was.
Well, they arranged for another gentleman to drop it off after he had finished his other jobs, and he showed up around 2:30 with my dumpster. That added about 70 extra miles to his day, and I'm sure he wasn't too happy about it. You wouldn't know it though dealing with him. Very nice and professional. Same with the pickup on Tuesday. I received a phone call and text with the pickup details, and everything went smoothly. I hope I don't need them any time soon, but I'd go nowhere else if I do. I highly recommend this company!
Still scratching my head how I still have a garage full at the new house, plus a 10 x 10 storage room to boot!
Junk Kings did an excellent job! I called this morning at 8 am to set up a junk removal appointment. They arrived by 10 am and were done by 11. The men were friendly, professional, and very hard working. I am so grateful to them for the relief I feel now that my room is cleared out. Thank you, Junk Kings!
Excellent service! 3 Junk King employees got the job done quickly, with great attitudes and very nice manners. I contacted the company yesterday and they were at the property in less that 24 hours. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
