Wouldn't refer to anyone. My car wouldn't crank with it 80 to 90 degrees outside. I'm guessing it's cause I have AAA and where I was located. was told they would be here in a hour ok cool was fine about 30 min later get a call back from AAA and said they couldn't take the call and had to find someone else to towe my car and wouldn't be here for 2 hrs. I bet if I didn't have AAA and was paying another way they would have taken the call
The women on the phone told me the man was on his way and he never showed up. I’ve been outside since 3am and she lead me on to believe someone was on the way . 0/10 but I guess when you have no other options you have to settle for no help at all.

Ace towing will continue to get my business for towing needs. Dispatch is super friendly. Drivers are cool and not uptight. Was able to have a conversation with them instead of the vibe that some tow drivers get that show up and don’t interact with customers. Ace towing will be my go to whenever I’m in a pinch
Increased the price I was given after the fact. It makes no sense to increase the price you gave me AFTER we reach the drop off location. Terrible service. Go with a different tow company!
I directed the body shop to lock my keys in my 2018 Silverado while it was at the body shop and I was out of town. I had planned on returning on Sunday and using my spare key FOB to unlock it. After returning from vacation, I went into town to get my truck and my spare FOB would not open the door, even after replacing the battery. Since the body shop is only a few miles down the road from my house, I went back home and called ACE Towing LLC. A representative was dispatched and was on the scene within the hour. The driver had the truck unlocked before I could even get there. Extremely fast, reliable and have the right equipment to get the job done without damaging your vehicle.
Service was top notch. Would highly recommend - very communicative, friendly, and helped us with our lockout. Timetable was exactly as quoted. Call them if you are ever in need of a lockout!
Always fast and dependable! I've had to use Ace Towing over 5 times and every time they've done a wonderful job! From getting my stuck car off Green Mountain to towing it in the heat of summer when it won't start- they've done it all very well. Thankful for a dependable and reasonable tow service.

My lowered car broke down(blew the radiator) and I came across Phillip at ACE that would pick it up after some work and skilled payment of some wood boards he was able to get my cat up there safely and no break anything, he was careful and respectful of my car and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing to me which was really helpful. Definitely will be using them again, just fingers crossed not any time soon lol

I have never IN MY LIFE experienced a better service experience than what Kari with Ace Towing LLC provided to me on December 13, 2022. I rented a vehicle from Avis in Nashville, TN. When it started giving me warning lights for a transmission issue, roadside assistance set up my service to make it right. They made it so wrong and through multiple channels of difficult communication with Avis, I met Kari, who was my towing coordinator. I asked if they were an Avis towing hub and why they had to travel so far and she said it was an easy process since I was coming to Huntsville. (I wasn’t). I broke down in sobs from confusion and worry and she told me not to worry about a thing and she would handle it. All she had to do was say sorry about the mix up and I hope you figure it out, but she didn’t. She made all of the calls and fixed everything that Avis had messed up. She saved me. She is the greatest care provider I have ever met. If I ever find myself needing a tow in Huntsville or anywhere else nearby, I’d call her every time. They are a 5 star business who provides 10 star experiences.
PS: she even followed up hours later to check on me. Thank you for the best Christmas gift, peace of mind and the ability to visit my family on time after my work trip.

These folks are all super to work with. Roger and his partner moved a 20 year old Corvette from a rather challenging location in the garage. They were incredibly careful with every detail to insure that the vehicle or house weren't damaged. I can't say enough to their attention to detail. The most prompt and friendly service, I picked up a chunk of metal in my tire that caused a flat and they were there to get me with in an hour. He was such a kind man and really took a lot of stress off my shoulders today! Their rates are also the best around!
