Woke up to one of the coldest mornings and my battery was dead. Car would not start. Contacted the Toyota dealership and they sent out Mike's Wrecker Service. The driver Matt was so wonderful and stayed with me and until I saw the service advisor. Definitely keeping this number saved in my phone! Very nice and friendly service! 10/10 recommend!
I dont know where to start .. Tyler was the guy who came out .. He was patient, kind, considerate.. etc .He really helped alot .. it's people like him who deserve the best things in life .. He reminded me that it's the little things that matter the most ..
Great Service -- they were there within 30 mins. The driver (Tyler) recommended locations to tow my car and offered to help support me the next day by dropping my keys off at the towed location!
I called them while I was stuck in the exit ramp, and they came to get me in a timely manner, even after I accidentally gave the wrong exit number. They were great, definitely recommend them (ask for Tyler)!
Our tow driver, Matt was a shining star in an otherwise dismal day! We were stranded out of town, and his service was over and above our expectations. We are so very appreciative of all he did for us. He is an asset to the company!!!

Today was the day I had car problems and needed help. It was bad enough that I was over 35 miles from home but the staff at Mike’s Wrecker Service were absolutely great! From the lady I spoke with on the phone to Tyler the tow truck driver. Very professional and considerate. Reasonable price as well.

My daughter had a flat and left her car at a gas station overnight. The clerk on duty assured her it was fine. We'll of course the dayshift manager came in and had it impounded by Mike's Wrecker. Increasing my daughters cost. This made an inconvenient situation worse, but when we arrived at Mike's, the staff was super helpful. The lady who assisted us was very kind and thoughtful. She even gave us a discount on towing it to a tire shop! She made a lousy situation a little better. It's hard to find this level of service. I highly recommend this company
Matt knows how to tow a car, but there was no communication when a 1 hour ETA became 2 hours, which made waiting in the heat on the side of a busy highway more unpleasant than it needed to be. Simple updates would have made a big difference.
The driver was considerate and extremely helpful. When we got to our vehicle that was just totaled we were welcomed with an extremely rude lady. She obviously didn’t care about us or the fact that our world was just turned upside down from a nasty wreck. I understand that it’s a towing service but a little compassion or even common decency would’ve been appreciated
ETA was 2hrs but Kenny got here in 30 minutes! Real nice guy, helpful and efficiently quick! I plan to continue business with Mike's. Highly recommended!
Matt is great!! He picked up our van in Muscle Shoals and got me and my granddaughter back to Huntsville! Very professional and friendly! Would recommend Matt and Mike’s Wrecker service to everyone!

In the middle of our move our car stopped working, so we called and explained and they came out to help us. As soon as he got there he asked what exactly was wrong with it and in a few minutes actually had us up and running. Truly amazing and incredibly helpful, can't recommend enough.

Kenny showed up to tow my vehicle and even after I accidentally dropped the hood on his head, he was so incredibly awesome. Got my car jumped, moved and on the wrecker super smooth.

Excellent company! First of all they answered their phone at 7 am. The lady in dispatch that helped me was very sweet and quick to get a driver dispatched. Joe, the driver, called when he was close, confirmed the pick up spot and the location of the mechanic my truck was being towed to - and he was super nice! Pricing is fair and competitive!

Mikes sevice is great very professional nice clean trucks, tim did outstanding job taking my 63 impala 2 muffler shop. If a need another tow they will the only people i use. Im leaving another review tim again got my Corvette out my garage with no problems tim is a excellent worker an hauler he knows what he doing. Took car to dealership no problems,outstanding work from tim,mikes wrecker service is the way to go.
