Owner is very rude and disrespectful. Called my phone trying to pick a fight with me calling me names like a child simply because I hung up the phone when I got all the information I needed about a vehicle they towed. Wasn't being rude at all but somehow his feelings got hurt enough to call me back and cry about it.
There was no losing it. You all run a business. There should be documentation regardless that my vehicle was surrendered. You literally took the key and title to a whole vehicle. what if you lost that? then it would be a big deal to you. All i was asking was even for an email saying “Yes she surrendered her car to us” at least but you all are too lazy to do that. “Not my fault you lost it” You can say all that through reviews but couldn’t say it any of the three times i called. All you said was “he will call you back” I never received a call. You can talk behind a screen but not to anyone’s face, interesting.
Very friendly, timely, and professional. J got my Jeep out of my garage and to the shop as promised. I don't wish car trouble on anyone, but I highly recommend if you're ever in need in the Hazel Green, AL area or anywhere close!
I called to have a vehicle moved and was put off for weeks due to rain or this and that good prices if you can get anyone out of the office to do a tow very unsatisfied with my experience so if you have an Ample amount of time then go for it but if you want the job done within reason and swift choose a different company I will not be calling this company for anything in the future my tow was for 50miles waited so long I had to pull it myself so good luck with this company .the staff talks a professional game but they are still on the sidelines as backup for the real towing companies !
Simply a waste of time
He was recommended by another business because we were in need of having a 12x20 building move about 10 miles. He said he could do it for a reasonable price buy need to wait til the ground dried a little do to rain. Later the next week he called and said he would do it on the next day. We arranged to be off from work and waited til noon and called his office and was told he was running behind and was still coming. At 7pm they called and said he wouldn't be coming that day and would be there by 9am the next day. So, the next day came and not until nood did we here from him telling us the only way he could do it was to have someone with the right equipment take the building off of blocks and turn it around. Why would we call one company to that and another to move it? Why as a business would you tell someone you can get the jib done and waste 2 or more days of thier time . Especially when you only have so much time to get it done? Why would you not at least go look at what the job entails before telling a customer you cando it. Especiallywhen the buildingwas 5 miles or less fro. Thier office. . I wouldnot recommendthem unless you do mind them not communicating with you and being disappointed when they tell you they can't do the job they agreed to. Just bad customer service. Not sure how they are still in business. Then told us they would take care if it the next day once we made the recommend adjustments to the building. If it wasn't raining. So they waited until afternoon when it started raining to reach out to us to tell us they couldn't do it today due to the rain. . I would not recommend under any circumstances.
Never showed up call 5 times & waited 1 week, he said his truck was down but he drove right by me with a shed on his truck. I will never recommend them again.
