Mike Jones Towing Company is a cut above the rest! They make their customers top priority and go above and beyond for them. One of their drivers, Justin, made sure that I got home safe and I didn’t have to wait long for him to arrive. I’ll recommended this company to anyone who needs a friendly face and a tow home.

I've used them often and for years. The other day James came out for an more difficult job for me and handled it very well. Great guy and Great company.
I called tonight because I had a tire going flat and Mr. Jones’s sent a guy named Alex to my house to help me out. Alex was an amazing and very respectful man. Mr. Jones was so nice about taking my call even though he was busy. Thank you both for making this experience wonderful. I will definitely use you guys again if needed.
James did a great job moving a shed for us! It was a tough move and he handled every obstacle in a great way! I really appreciate what Mike’s does! Will definitely use again in the future!
The BEST Tow company in town. Each time I’ve had to call, the dispatcher and drivers have been great! Twice in 2 weeks btw?They came in a timely manner, they were kind and courteous. They got my vehicles where they needed to be without issues. Though I hope to never ever ever have to call these people again, it’s good to have their number in my contacts
I made an appt to get my personal items out of my car that had been towed there. Arrived on time and called after about 5 min. of waiting. I was told I needed an appt. I explained that that was the reason I was there...that I had already made an appt. I was told that someone would be there as soon as they could. I waited no less than 25 min for someone to show up. Not sure who sets up the appts but not letting anyone know about it is poor communication.
I called today about moving a Metal building, within 3hrs they were here and moved it for us . What a great surprise! I never imagined same day service would be such a blessing. Thanks for Everything. GREAT SERVICE
I was originally assigned another towing service that was 2 hours away from me. I found mine Jones towing on Google who was only a few miles away. The first row company never called me to even see how I was doing. As soon as Mike Jones towing was assigned to me, they called to see if was ok or needed emergency assistance. They arrived within 20 min. The truck was clean and the driver was dressed clean for work. My car was loaded with 5 min of him arriving in a flatbed truck. Walmart was about to close soon. The drive made sure I would get my car fixed before he left me at Walmart.
Always there in a timely manner. Very nice and personable to talk with the drivers. I have been using them for all the tows I need. I will continue to use them in the future
I called for a tow on a Sunday afternoon, and they were there in about 20 minutes. They also took excellent care of my car when putting it on the truck, making sure not to scrape the front bumper. (The car is a Honda Civic SI). That sort of attention to detail is something I appreciate.
Used this company a few times over the years and never once have I had any issues. They are always friendly, quick, with reasonable prices, and honestly have a very well run operation. When I need a tow, or I'm recommending a tow, this is the company I call or I have them call.
Called for a tow and couldn't be happier with service and price. Very courteous and helpful office staff. Driver arrived almost as fast as the buddy I called to pick us up. Highly recommend.
Ive been waiting three days for them to contact me and yet i dont expect much anyways. I dont feel like i can trust them. So the competition will have my business instead.
Hired to pick up truck and trailer, priced seemed very reasonable as we could not get the normal company we work with to make that type of distance and equipment haul. They had to make two trips, everything seemed ok until he delivered our truck on a regular pull tow...the plan was to not have this truck pulled at all because of its condition and drive shaft. I walked outside when the truck was delivered, and noticed that it was not a rollback or flatbed, but a large "boom truck" where they locked the wheels and backed it in. I immediately called my husband and the wrecker we normally used and they actually came over to inspect it...go figure, it was not pulled. I text the owner, no response. I began calling with "we will call you back" "he will reach out to you" continuously. We were not able to touch the truck mechanically until the insurance/experts for our lawsuit had inspected the truck. As the case is wrapping up, we began the work and discovered that when the mechanic inspected, he said that our transmission held shavings all throughout that component due to improper towing. We tried reaching out to the company again, same response. After no call back, we looked up the business address, which happens to be his house, and Mike Jones shook my husband's hand, then the moment he heard who he was, immediately started cursing, called me a liar for the type of truck used (which was used 2 times to haul both the truck and trailer, so no, I'm not an idiot to not recognize a rollback), and literally threatened my husband, while I am 35 WEEKS PREGNANT in our vehicle and running up trying to get him to come out and literally fight him. Telling him to get out, fight him, and my husband is disabled in his arm due to the wreck. This is absolutely a joke, ridiculous, and I cannot believe that a "Christian man" would literally threaten a man for a wrong doing they did, not return any calls, blocked my cell phone number (that I have proof of), refuse to call back, and threaten to beat a customer's *ss with his 8 month pregnant wife in the vehicle. We left, he took a picture of our license plate, continued to threaten us and yell while getting in my husband's face...have fun with that...small claims here we come as we have 3 expert statements and two towing companies that checked the stage of the vehicle after their tow.
