Okay, Where to start with this O'Reilly's! My wife and I had a blown fuel injector in the middle of the night in about 20 degree weather. We managed to pull over to the O'Reilly's and had to stick out the night. They don't open until 7 am. The manager Sherry, got in at a very early 6ish and come out on person to check on us. Mind you she is a tiny little thing and was extremely brave just to walk up to us that early still dark. But she had a heart of gold, opened her store up early just for us to try and get some products to temporarily fix our issue and made sure my wife stayed inside out of the cold while I attempted to work the problem out! She then brought me a light to work with and was so kind and compassionate! I don't know what I could do to show my gratitude, but I am a top ranking reviewer for Google and with a 200k following I figured a good start would be to give this genuine and true review of their store, which was very well stocked, clean and warm! I bought a couple products one I used to no avail but another I returned, the cashier Amanda was so helpful and equally as kind as her warm hearted manager. She actually processed my refund while cutting up in a very kind manner multitasking on the phone helping another customer with out skipping a beat! Highly impressive all the way around!

Since I’ve been working on cars I have never been satisfied with this store they do not have any employees that know a thing about cars. I’ve been in their multiple times and still have yet to actually get help with my key fob on my car. Firstly employee didn’t even know how to take it apart so I went home and figured it out and go back up there for a new battery and now he can’t even figure out what battery goes in it so he simply shrugged his shoulder and said you can try but I’m not bc I can’t take the batteries back after you open them and walked away and started talking to another employee. Time before I’ve walked up to an employee and asked what windshield wiper blades go on my vehicle and he gave me one size and that was it well I needed 2 different sizes and then wanted to argue with me and say “my manager will kill me if I exchanged that part for you.” When it was his mess up first. Get better employees or shut down this location.
How hard is it to get brakes and rotors for a 16 explorer platinum 4 wheel drive with tow package... took 5 yes 5 trips to this store to get the right parts... ended upbhaving to go to a different oreillys so disappointed

This oriellys literally has no idea what there doing. They are always giving the wrong parts and saying they can't do something when I know they can because I've worked here myself. I went to another store and had zero issues. The lead judy is rude and the manager amanda is even ruder and all the employees stay on there phones. A few of the employees also allow there friends to Rome in the back of the buisness and is playing while customers are in the building. It's sad that you cant run a good business
Sometimes the vendor website states the part is in stock at that location and you get there and find it's not true. I have found O'Reilly is very accurate with their in stock information. Clean, well managed store, friendly clerk who wasn't on her phone when I walked up to the counter. Refreshing
Mr. Lee helped me today. Having problems with my brakes and rotors did so much to go above and beyond and to lead me in the right direction. He resurfaced my rotors and truly knows what customer service is. Thank y’all so much! If I could give more than five stars, for Mr. Lee I would.
For years, O'Reillys was THE best place to buy parts as their staff was knowledgeable, even without a computer. Now it seems they aren't knowledgeable WITH a computer. This was our go to store....was. This isn't the first time we've ordered a part, gone to pick it up and it's not there. Keep in mind, we called first, were assured it's in, wasted a trip. This time, the manager said it was the shippers fault, shrugged his shoulders... didn't matter that my husband had just spoken with the only female on the premises and she denied it.
Guess we'll try Autozone or others but it might be less of a hassle to order on line.
O'Reillys in Fayetteville is even worse.
What happened to part stores where people knew cars???
Can't give enough praise for Suzie Duquette and her Team at the store!! We were on Hot Rod Power Tour and had an issue with one of the cars with a cooling fan. The part they had for a replacement was not large enough to do the job efficiently but that didn't stop Suzie, she immediately got on the phone and started calling everyone that she could think of that might have what we needed!! Although we ended up needing a special order item, I appreciated her above and beyond attitude to try and find another solution!! We did end up using the fan they had in stock and got us to the next location. Thanks again for the help!!!
Well Its been awful to buy parts I came to buy a battery and had to pay someone else to put in the guy said we're not aloud to do that but he got in the car to test it in the past I've been sold wrong parts so now my car is broke down so I don't advise u to buy anything from the one in hazel green ala
Really stand behind what the sale. Had 2 Batteries die the month the warranty was to run out. I expected to pay full or almost full price to replace them. They said No charge Sir. Happy Happy Happy was I

To other parts stores, but I'm a price checker, parts Geek can be cheaper and if I can wait sometimes I will.
Went there to pick up basic car washing materials. I was being nice and trying to make basic conversation but was completely ignored by the gentleman at the counter when I went to checkout. This was not the first time I have had this happen with the same gentleman working so I assume this is a common occurrence. I guess my money is not green enough but there is an Advance Auto down the road so they will be gaining my business from now on.
Best auto parts store in the area. Knowledgeable people who work there. Eddie is personal favorite. Very helpful they go above and beyond to help anyone. Also love the plants in front window.
The staff is great and for the most part very knowledgeable. However, they didn't have the basic common battery that I needed. They did have it the next day but I had to go back.
They might not be as experienced as the one down from it Advance but they are honest and will make it right if something is wrong... Eddie is a great employee .
Meilissa was extremley un professional. For some body to look at me with a mouth full of food and shoving more in it, while prcedding too talk to me spiting food onto the counter, and then only offering me the most exspensive price she could give me! I hope this gets resolved because the Better Buisness Bearu will be in contact! And if thats your assistant manager i can only imangine what you excuse foor a real manager appears to be! The only goodd people in that whole store are Eddie, and Gregg and thats it i hope this review gets through to somebody with power and hopefully it shows the people that the merdianville store is the place to go!
I was in the store yesterday looking for wheel shine, leather wipes, and interior wipes. I had my 2 young kids with me and yes one was being rambunctious but they were under control. The gentleman behind the counter attempted to get onto my young son so I could clearly tell he was unhappy with my children being with me. So I hurriedly got what I needed and walked to the check out. He rang up my items with no attempt to ask how I was or show any friendly customer service, which was fine whatever. After I checked out and he handed my card back I had to ask for a bag to put my 3 items in which is why I'm writing this review. I had 2 small children with me of course I need a bag in order to hold their hands walking out into any parking lot. Very disappointed and I will not be back or recommend them.
Incredibly helpful staff. I thought I needed a new battery but the employee took a look at my car battery and showed me I just needed a new terminal. He then replaced the terminal for me while I was there. He save me so much time and money.
Been getting Parts here since opening. Never had a complaint. It can be busy depending on the time. They do a good job resurfacing brake rotors. Have used their turning services on many occasions. I have never gone up, and came away without a part, or have it on order. I have gotten many obsolete, and hard to find parts. They searched till they found a source to get them from. Everyone else I tried either couldn't be bothered to look, or even knew what I was talking about.
I'd you need a part and they don't got it they're gonna have to order from a store nearby. I went up there two times to see if it was there yet. They told me 1:30. I go up there at 2:30 and then 3:30. My part still wasn't there. So I left them my number so they could call me and let me know if they got my part or not. They never called. If you need a part just look online they have a wider selection and cheaper prices. And if you need oil go to Walmart it's cheaper.
I've been here twice in 2 days. Staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and they were twice as slow. My visits should have been maybe 5 minutes all together. I was there for probably 20 total and luckily got the right items thanks to Google because the employees didn't help much. I lot of um,I don't know and I'm not sures...
It is a good place to go to be very good prices and very reasonable and a really good staff for watching A for all your needs and very knowledgeable would recommend seeing anybody in the area of New Hope are going Hazelgreen thank you
