Words can not describe the absolute AMAZING service we had with Tim. From a mom with 2kids stranded in the area haven a panic attack for the car not starting we called , he was there in less than 10min an was SOO kind an very respectful an did a great job would DEFINITELY recommend ??
Tim was very helpful and kind. He jumped my truck for me and I was able to drive my truck to the auto shop without needing a tow! He also was able to meet me very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

My husband's battery died on his vehicle shortly after 11pm. I wasn't able to jump his vehicle off with my own vehicle, so I called Phillips 24 Hour Towing, and my call was answered promptly by Tim. Tim showed up shortly after and helped to check on my husband's vehicle to see what the actual issue was (hoping the battery and not the starter). It ended up being the battery and Tim was able to jump off my husband's vehicle and even offered to follow us to near where we were headed to make sure my husband's vehicle didn't break down again. I would highly recommend them, and if in the future we need anyone, I will definitely call Phillips 24 Hour Towing!
Sarge Campbell generous humble man and veteran. Super awesome human. He helped get my truck from mechanics to house and offered where I could get parts I needed for my '65 Chevy C10. Response time was phenomenal.
Tim was great he was very helpful. Very good to talk to on the way back. Phillips towing was willing to come and get me @ 12pm 80 miles from Hazel Green and stop at my house to offload my stuff after a deer strike. Many other companies refused to come out. my insurance company used Adjero for towing. Adjero did try but they offered to little to compainies to get me. I found someone only after 3 calls. I'm glad I called them.
Everyone is so kind and showed great concern after I was hit. They made it so easy to retrieve my items and even brought my plates and frame to my house when I realized I had forgotten it.

Noone was at the sight, officially listed as their base of operations. You have to go to someone else yard on Washington Street, in order to find vehicle. After waiting an hr for someone to pick up phone, only to advise you to leave hazel green location and go to Washington Street. in short never use Phillips
Went up there to get items out of my car and both fences were locked and couldnt get anyone one to pick up called the on call number and he told me it was 40 to come unlock the gate even though it was 345 and they close at 5
