Purchased a washer, dryer, door and locks. The door the owner recommended did not fit. Took the door back and was charged a restock fee. The owner yelled, cussed me out then went into his office and locked his door. He is blessed for Shane and Randy to be such wonderful business men and exceptional people. His son made a fair deal and acknowledged the sign regarding the restock notice had been covered upa and not visible to customers. The owner was rude on both visits. The store is a mess and the only saving grace there are the two young men. I will never go back.
Does not accept debit or credit cards, didn’t tell me that when I called for parts availability, had to go to bank and get cash; otherwise good to do business with….
Called about a refund of a door I recently purchased because the homeowner changed their mind. A simple yes or no question. Instead I was met with hostility and talked down to like a dog . We don't do refunds here. If you can't make your mind up we don't need your business around here.Have a good day ya here. click hung up the phone.
The owner needs to retire ASAP. He's rude and disrespectful, he'll cuss you out and tell you you don't know what you're talking about. I've dealt with one of his sons one time and I would 100% go more if he took over.
Called this business looking for a 54x42 tub for a mobile home. Spoke with a gentleman that was extremely helpful and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be shopping with them shortly.
We're were there at the very opening this morning 10/17/22 the young man was opening the store was very polite cheerful and courteous he had the repair supplies we needed and was quick will definitely be back I recommend this store for everyone...
Owner writes everything sold down on paper was in there an house and they didnt even have what I needed. Meanwhile he was using extreme profanity towards another gentleman. Very unprofessional
You know the owner of this store is a very good man who tries to really help you get what you need and at a reasonable price The crew is friendly and they work hard.
Stopped here the other day for a couple windows, hail storm won that battle. I called the mobile home supply stores in Ashville, Albertville, Decatur and Huntsville as well as RDS in Warrior. RDS and the place in Huntsville were the only two who had both windows in stock. RDS beat everybody's prices. On one window by only 5 bucks but the other by $17.50. The owner took the time while on the phone to find a ladder to climb up and give me prices before I went there. Other places told me "they run about this or that price." The owner was also extremely friendly and helpful, from recommending the best way to seal these windows to how to use the sealer. Also, he owns a trailer park beside the business and does rent them out. I'm sure this is where he has learned so much about fixing various different things on mobile homes. I will definitely go there any time I need something and I highly recommend RDS to anybody, whether you know what you are doing or not, he'll help you out!
The owner was rude and spoke in an unacceptable manner when questions were asked. This is a mobile home supply store and a place to inquire about mobile home rentals.
