They are liars !! I called them to tow my car after they tow my car the price got tripled for no reason, when I asked increase the price, they told me they can do whatever they want! and when I was stressed and took my cigarette to smoke the tow guys was next to me and he didn’t like that and added another 1500$ what the hell wrong with them!! They have fake reviews here and please don’t get trapped with such liars like this be aware!!!!

Broke down on the way to Southeastern Truck Nationals called them because they was the closest! Friendly people! Tow driver was very punctual and took us to nearest motel!

I was involved in a car wreck on the intestate a little over 30 minutes from home. One of the EMTs that showed up to the scene suggested Campbell's. I am very glad he did. The employees were super nice from the lady I talked to and the driver that showed up that night. The driver was also nice enough to give me a ride to the next exit so that the person picking me up could find me easily. I would 100% recommend Campbell's Towing to anyone.

Customer Service was amazing when we called for an emergency tow. The drive was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us to a repair shop quickly! Highly Recommend them if you need help. They went above and beyond to call and get a repair shop lined up for us too.

They were very quick to come tow my car arrived in about 20 minutes. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely use them in future thanks TJ for doing an awesome job.

Campbells towing was amazing! They came to get my husband when the car stopped running. They even allowed our new kitten to ride along. They immediately got him and loaded up our car in the flat bed and took him and the car to Birmingham to the BMW dealership. They were very kind and helpful !!!

I called with two flat front tires. They sent a snatcher tow truck with a super nice driver to pick up my car and were there within like 30 minutes. The lady who answered the phone was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to file my out-of-pocket cost with my insurance. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend this company if you are in need of towing or you simply ran out of fuel and need some. Not was their rates half of their competitors, the driver (Tyler) went above and beyond and was very respectful and understanding. From start to finish my experience was a 12 out of 10. Give Campbell’s a call first!

So I’ve use this towing company a couple times before and overall they did OK. The last time and they came out which was about a week ago. After being on the road in a semi for a couple of weeks I came home during a pretty bad rain storm. I turned into the driveway, and for some reason my front right tire dropped down to the axle in mud. I called and they came out the next day and the driver told me that it would be about $350. It took him all of 30 minutes to hook up and pull me back 10 feet so I could back out of the driveway. I then called the office to speak with the woman and get a copy of the bill and find out the cost. She told me that it was going to be $550 and I explain to her what the driver had told me and she said she would get back to me. I’ve never heard back from them so far and they also still charge me $550 . If you do business with this company, make sure you get it in writing before they do any work. I will not be using them again.

Hi there! My father had called you all yesterday to have us towed all the way from 200 Mill Creek Road, Alabama up to Kentucky. (Not giving away our location for obvious reasons) I wanted to leave our deepest thanks here in the reviews. We were so grateful that not only you all were willing to take us up so far, but to also do it without prior notice of such a long haul. We very much appreciated it as we were just coming back from vacationing in Florida, and we definitely did not expect the car to break down! We had no one to turn to, until you all graciously offered your services. While my father does not know the kind woman's name, on the invoice it says Dawn Campbell was the clerk so I'll assume it was her for now. Thank you so much Dawn for being patient with us and calling us back when we lost signal, along with giving us numbers to call for help. As for our driver Tracey, thank you so much for driving us all the way up there last minute! We couldn't have safely made it home without you. Thank you Campbell's Towing for helping me and my family while we were in a crisis in another state. We couldn't have made it home without you.

I broke down at 12:55am out on 31n off exit 287 I didn't know where I was but the lady on the helped me figure out where I was she was very patient. Once I called the wrecker was there with in 20 mins I was in the middle of nowhere the tow truck driver was Nice and polite. They took me all the way to exit 304 to motel and I had problems paying the towing bill cause my debit card was acting up but they were understanding and patient . We got it straightened out. The cost was very reasonable. If I'm ever broke down around here again I know who to call.

This company is very unprofessional. I recently had to have my truck towed because of a flat. I reside on a one way. The driver left my truck in the middle of the road. I tried calling the driver back on the phone number he had just talked to me on but he didn't answer. I immediately called the towing company and the unprofessional lady that answered the phone asked if he left the truck at the right house. Yes. It's at the right house but it's in the middle of the road on a one way. This lady told me to call my insurance company. For what? Your company left the truck in the of the road. Please seek legal action as I have all the proof I need. Pictures, videos, text message and emails prove this is the right company. No reviews are fake. Myself and my daughter's have all commented as we have the right to do so. Your service is trash and so are you. Have a great day sir.

Their service was coordinated through Nationwide, we have a towing package with our insurance. They communicated very well with us before arriving, the driver, Amanda, contacted me when she was on the way. She was very professional, took great care with the car as she hooked it up on the rollback. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they did a great job!

The driver, Amanda, was very professional and very helpful. She was within the timeframe quoted by the dispatcher. She got my Jeep loaded quickly and we were on our way. I had it towed an hour away on a Sunday and the rates were reasonable. Great service, would definitely use again!

The driver was professional and prompt! There were no surprises on the price as my vehicle was towed as discussed with the dispatcher. I will definitely use their services again in the future if needed!

If ever in need of a tow or a quick fix for a tire Matt is the man to call! He had the best customer service, very time proficient, and generous. He did more than asked of him out of the goodness of his heart and got us back on the road a whole day sooner! Highly recommended for sure!

I called Saturday and spoke to Dawn. I explained that I had sold a "project truck" and that it needed to be towed for the new owner. I was trying to get an estimate. She was able to give me an exact price. Matt, our driver, did a wonderful job of hooking the disabled truck up and taking it away for the new owner. I have worked on cars and trucks for over 35 years. It is always a pleasure to watch them load the vehicle without damaging the property of the vehicle. I also appreciate that they display their faith on their trucks. If you need the best give them a call! john

My daughter locked her keys in her car with the car running. Robby came to our rescue. He was very nice and friendly. Got her car unlocked in seconds. He’s one of those guys you can just tell are hard workers and just a nice guy. Definitely recommend Campbell’s and definitely recommend Robby. Five star by far.

Had a breakdown and these guys got me in and out quickly. Even had to go to Burmingham to get the parts. A+ service in my opinion.

I highly recommend Campbell's Towing. We used for them the first this past Saturday morning, when we were setting on the side of the road on I65 with two flat tires. When we called them, the person answering the phone was very friendly and told us they would send someone to us. When Amanda arrived, she was also very friendly and professional. It didn't take long for her to have our car loaded up and we were on our way to the nearest place that could repair it. This was early morning and not many places were open at that time and the weather was horrible. She was kind and made a stressful situation a lot better. I will be using Campbell's Towing Service again. Thank you for all you do.

My vehicle stalled in the parking lot of a Walgreen's and Campbell's 24-Hour Towing came to the rescue. Within 45 minutes of requesting roadside assistance through my insurance company, Jeff arrived on the scene, hooked my vehicle and loaded it onto the tow truck.
