My car broke down while on the way to family vacation in Florida and the team at Warrior was exceptional. They got us in quickly, let my wife and 3 young kids use their break room, helped me coordinate a rental car, and repaired the car quickly. They did excellent work and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They found that rats had ate trough the wiring, and repaired it for $450. On the way home, windshield wipers were no longer working. They said it was nothing they had done, but to bring it back, leave it, and they would get to it when they could. Since it sat in their lot for almost a week after i had had it towed in decided not to get billed another outrageous amount and declined...will followup with cause of current problem..stay tunned

The employees are so nice and helpful ! We had a flat and got right before they closed and they got us a tire on and us on our way !! Very very family feel company !!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. We were traveling through to Mississippi for our best friends funeral and my car stopped working. They got us right in and started working on it. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice. In a time when I needed support and kindness they gave it. She even tried helping me find a rental car. Thank goodness the car was fine and they didn’t even charge for diagnostics for us in this time. I am so appreciative I can’t even believe that it happened. This place is a true blessing and are such great people.

if I could give them zero stars, I would. My car had broken down and had it towed to this place to get fixed. They told me my two batteries to my jeep were bad and cannot be used as well as I needed a fuse fixed for my car. They charged me $300 for my main battery that was perfectly fine. I had gotten it checked at two different places and it was great. They lied about my battery and the receptionist had attitude the whole experience with them as well. Awful place, cost me over $1,000 which should’ve been around $600-700 I would not recommend.

We were on a trip and had a flat tire. They not only put on the spare but took care of another slow leak in a different tire. Quick, excellent service and every individual that worked there treated us with kindness and patience. Highly recommend Warrior Tire and Auto

We got a flat and they seriously saved the day! They came super quick to put the flat on and escort us back to the shop where they were able to repair it and get us back on the road safely! Thanks so much to the entire team! Everyone was so kind and helpful!

Customer service and professionalism is above and beyond great! I had a blowout on the highway and i made it to the shop and they did not have a tire my size but Chad the owner and his staff went I felt over and beyond to help me get back on the road. I salute this business they are definetely warriors thanks guys!

The staff here is so wonderful they give lap dances. The dog gives pets and they actually fix the cars in between they are awesome. I had a great time next time. My tire blows out. I’m coming here.❤️😄💪

Absolutely amazing!! I’ve never had tire service that fast before. The staff was super friendly and helpful, an older couple needed a tire fixed and the mechanic found another bad tire, they gave this couple the second tire for free! You don’t see that kind of hospitality and service anymore. Truly praising God that our tire blew here in Warrior! Thank you Warrior Tire & Auto for being good people with extremely fast service and loving hospitality!!!! 100 stars all the way!!

My husband and I got a flat tire on the interstate. This auto center was able to take in our car as a walk in and get us back on the interstate within a short amount of time. Very friendly staff. Dependable place to have your car serviced. God bless all of them!

Went first time because a close friend was owner for oil change. They discovered other issues that would soon need repairs. Our friend, who was like family, had to sell due to health reasons and we had some health issues too and when we were able to return for the repairs we were still treated like family. We had been using a trusted small local mechanic who also had major health battles and not able to work currently. We were concerned about finding some where we could equally trust and affordable. I was concerned because it was a larger business that prices and needed work might be inflated. I did not find this to be true. One repair I had previously done on another vehicle was only $20 more and it has been a decade or more, since the first one. As everything goes that is not too bad. With more employees that can get to things sooner than the smaller one could.

Went up there to get a front alignment said it was $89.99 I got up there they charged me $129.35 for $35 .00 adjustment of my steering wheel. Did not have the money bounce my checking account. not even call me to make sure it's okay. This is the second time I went up there had a bad spirits I would not go back

Excellent staff. I have always heard great things about this place, so my teenage son took his car up to get the alignment done. However, once the car was up on the lift, they discovered they were not able to access the adjustments on the coilovers and could not perform the work. They took the time to explain the issue to my son and brought him out to the shop to show him why they were unable to perform the alignment. Thank you to Warrior Tire for your kindness and treating my son with respect. We will definitely be back.

This past summer, driving from Huntsville to an out of town trip, my minivan broke down at the Volero gas station off the Hayden exit on I65. I was panicked because I was alone with my three children and had no idea how we were going to get home! I looked on Google maps to see if I could locate a repair shop nearby and found Warrior Tire & Auto Service. They were so kind and the owner himself drove over to the Volero gas station to inspect my car. He got it running enough to drive it back to their shop where they promptly fixed the issue. Jeff took the time to explain everything to me and even offered to talk to my husband on the phone. I’m so grateful for his kindness, generosity, and hospitality. If I lived nearby, I would use their shop exclusively for all my car repairs. Highly recommend!

1/2 Way home from vacation and truck shaking. The mechanic repaired fast and worked with us as we returned again with more shaking. Found bad tire in rear. Got us back on the road quick after fixing several needed repairs. Awesome response to help their customers.

Beware of tire service fees. Don't bring your own tires because mounting and balancing is outrageous. If you don't buy the tires from them, at twice the price, you get ripped off mounting and balancing. We were charged 145.00 to mount and balance 4 tires on an 01 s10 pickup. Stay clear of this ripoff.

If you ever need tire service and great people to got to this is the place. I had 2 tires blow out on I 65 north of them and needed 2 tires put on. They do not have road service but gave me a number to call to get it towed to them for repairs. In a span of 2.5 hours it was done and back on the road. Thanks to Michelle and Mark for making Karen’s and my day get better!

Jeff and the crew are great at what they do and, above all, you can count on their honesty. Very rare these days.

I stopped in just before closing on a Thursday afternoon with a nail in the side wall of my tire. I needed the spare put on, and the guys at Warrior Tire did it quickly and efficiently. They were so kind and sent me on my way just after closing. I am thankful they took a few extra minutes after their workday to help me stay safe on the road (and accommodated me as I changed my baby’s blowout diaper, too - the irony of the timing isn’t lost on me!). I would definitely recommend Warrior Tire & Auto to locals and anyone traveling on i65.

Was travelling from Nashville to Louisiana with a 6'x12' uhaul behind me and at about 5 PM had all 5 studs/lug nuts shear off and the wheel went with them going about 60. Jeff (great owner) and Brian (great mechanic) kept the shop open for me to be towed there well after closing time - gave me an honest assessment of if/how it could be fixed and got me back on the road the same night (again, well after their closing time). These are some really really good folks and they run their shop the right way - can't recommend stopping by enough no matter what your needs are, they will get it done right.

I was leaving the VA hospital heading towards Huntsville and my vehicle indicator said my tire pressure was low and it continued to go down. I pulled off at the gas station for air and the air was seeping out as I pumped it. God shined his light on Warrior right up on top of the hill from the gas station. They were short handed and very busy but, the tire guy, he had a beard but I didn't get his name, removed the nail and plugged my tire and I made it home safely. They were friendly, welcoming and extremely considerate. Thank you all so much for being there!!! God Bless your shop and employees. Driving down I65 and lost one of my wipers in a rainstorm. They ordered my blade from a auto parts store. The boss installed it in the rain and had us on our way in less than an hour. Super friendly service and great service. I highly recommend them.

My jet ski trailer blew a tire after hours. Tow truck hauled my ski and trailer to this location. They kept it safe for me and went above and beyond on executing the repairs. They even fixed/reshaped the fender that got damaged and didn’t even mention it. The phone was answered quickly and the lady was always so polite. And they were busy!! So you know people like coming here…

SUPER BUSY location. I got two new tires for a Pontiac G6 that cost $325 in total, It took them a day and a half to put them on my car. My lug nut key is a weird size, and they had a hard time.

This place was fantastic! From the owner to the front desk service to the mechanics..everyone was amazing. We were traveling from out of state and had a blowout close to the shop. With 4 small kids in the car tired, hot, and hungry...they quickly got our tire replaced and were so kind and polite to our very tired crew. Can't say thank you enough for the hospitality and care they showed. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for these people. We were in AL coming home to Jackson when my tire popped. We called, took them 5 mins to get to us. Towed my car, got me a used tire for a good price, quick, fast and cheap. We made it home safely because of them. Thank you!
