Brother got told the the engine was blown/locked up, got to the store, bought starter, replaced starter, fired right up and drove out of parking lot! “Was told by Certified mechanic”! Brandon “manager” knew exactly what was wrong also was very helpful!
ordered and paid for 2 of the same part, same part number one was right the other was boxed wrong. I was told they could reorder but I would have to pay 10.99 shipping. Don't think I will be shopping there again.
The gentleman greeted us as soon as we walked in. Helped find our part and played with the kids. Absolute great experience. The only store I will be using for car parts. Thank you 😊
I normally like O'Reilly's in a shop in there all the time and I was very disappointed when I found that the guy behind the counter had no clue about what any kind of part was about except what was on the computer you might want to teach your people a little more about the products that are being sold or have them find a new job. I found the part at another O'Reilly's where somebody knew what the hell they were doing
The staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts were kind and helpful as we dropped in for some emergency repairs. They expedited the part we needed from a nearby store, saving us a lot of hassle and time. Thanks !
It is mowing season again,, I need a new battery for my old Cub Cadet mower, I called to see if they had my size, they had the right size for my mower all charged up, I was mowing later that day
Our car broke down on the highway 10.hours from home and 4 hours away from our destination. I was able to limp it to this little town where we found O'Reilly. They hooked up a code reader and of course it wasn't an easy fix. It was a few days before Thanksgiving but the guy behind the desk called every mechanic we thought our car might make it to. He was so helpful and went above and beyond.
Helped a lady out when I almost bought the wrong power steering fluid. But guy was a little pushy & just stared at me funny, when I said I had found the power steering pump elsewhere cheaper, by $60, and that I wouldn’t be getting it from them. But they overall always do a great job!
Payed 9.99 for an oil filter, found the exact same ones on Amazon for 3.00 , nothing against the people who work there, they are always helpful , seems the company is price gouging
The help barely knew I was there. When asked where the car covers were he just pointed from behind a computer. I picked out what I needed, had a question but didn't want to impose on them so I Google it. I did purchase a cover only after phoning advanced auto up the street but they didn't have a size 3.
The guys at O'Riley's were very helpful in getting me what I needed for my vehicle. I went to another place first & they gave me the wrong thing so I'll definitely be going back to O'Riley's from now on. It's a few more miles but the service was top notch, very professional & told me exactly how to do what I needed. 5 Stars***** all the way! These guys were great! Thanks again!
My wife and I went there in April, she needed wiper blades. I was busy getting something else, she asked for some premium blades for her Rav4. They sold her Rain X blades. We put them on, no problem. It wasn't raining that day, so she really didn't use them that much being summer. It rained today Oct. 24, I was driving my wife to the grocery store and noticed one wiper was touching the other. It was causing a bump every so often, like one was too long. We went by OReilly's in Warrior, AL. The older guy put 2 cheaper blades on, one shorter than the previous blades an charged us $28.00 for both blades. Why would not he just adjust the old blades. I wonder why he just didn't give us the one shorter blade that we needed? They have always been nice and helpful in the past, but I think we will be going to Advance or Napa from now on. They know this wasn't handled right. its just wiper blades. What if it was something more important, expensive?
Found what I needed. Was in the light bulb isle. And was facing the light bulb. Went through the book and found what bulbs I needed as soon as I sat the book down. Buddy behind the counter says you looking for light bulbs. “Yep” well what vehicle. “ already found it”. Go up to the counter where there are three people not doing anything as far as work. One gentleman reading what could of been a romance novel the other just looking around. And ole my ole lightbulb buddy. Rings me up mind you I have about 7-8 things in my hand. Buddy hand me my receipt and ask if I need a bag... um yea. Oh and by the way there were four people at the counter one in which I didn’t see because he was sitting down under the counter. Nice new store. That must be hiring. If you have a pulse and can breath you’ve got the job.
