Very fast polite service. Gentleman that came out was amazing (think his name was Eli sorry I have a bad memory). Will definitely recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

A friend and I were on our way back home from a concert and had a blowout on I-65. We were panicked and scared because we were in a bad spot. A cop got behind us while we were attempting to get insurance to send someone to help us. Insurance was going to be a few hours so the cop hooked us up with J&M towing and sent Cornbread to the rescue. Because we were so far from home, the only option was to tow it home. Cornbread said he had just got back home from another tow and was about to lay down (at this point it was around 1:00AM) when he got the call from the cop. This man drove us from Warrior all the way to Florence with no complaints whatsoever. We were two women by ourselves and never for a split second felt uncomfortable. He cracked jokes, we laughed, and he brought some humor to a rough night. It was probably close to 5AM by the time he got back home. I hope I never need him again BUT if I ever were to have trouble in Warrior he’s who I would call!

Prompt, on time, courteous, straight shooter. Very personable, would definitely use them again!

Best tow company ever!!!! They went over and above taking care of us when our car was totaled on interstate 65. Towed our car and drove us to a hotel and meet us on a Sunday to retrieve our belongings. Can’t say enough how appreciative we are.

I had a motorcycle wreck while participating in the Hoka Hey 2024. These folks did a great job collecting all my crap off the road and neatly putting it in their yard with my bike. First experience I've had where I could tell care and thought that went into collecting my bike!

They were fast, and good. I took a chance because we were out of town and this one was the first to pop up and we needed off the side of the interstate. They towed our car 70 miles back to our house for a reasonable price compared to prices I have had with other tow companies and they did it right.

Car broke down on me and my wife headed home from huntsville, I didn't know what I was going to do til I read the reviews for J&M and decided to call and it was a blessing. The owner helped me brainstorm and sent a driver (Elijah) our way and he DID not disappoint, he got us loaded and to our destination safe! Reasonable prices, expert service, friendly and helpful during a stressful time is the least I can say. Thanks again fellas 💯

I had stopped by a few places like Walmart and Express Oil and they all wanted to charge me an astronomical fee to replace my trucks headlight, I heard good things about this place so I stopped by and the mechanic worked tirelessly to resolve my headlight issue which was due to being slightly unplugged from a previous lamp installment, I was told no charge after about 45 minutes of work which I considered to be unheard of in today's day so I gladly tipped the mechanic for his efforts. Great business will use again.

This company was fantastic. I was broke down 42 miles from our destination. They responded in a very timely manner. The driver was very professional. They towed my broken down vehicle and a 30 foot travel trailer the 42 miles to the campground so we had a place to stay. The driver also helped me set the trailer. I can not say enough good things about this company.

J&M saved us from a massive tire blow out on the way down to the beach. We were stranded on the side of the interstate and they got to us within 20 minutes and delivered us and our van safely to a pep boys within 40 minutes of calling them. Eli was our tow driver and he worked so quickly to ensure we could make it to the pep boys before they closed for the night. We got back on the road and didn’t miss a second of our vacation because of J&M. Highly recommend!!

These people are the best. Pops and mother had a van that got totaled and was towed there. This company is very helpful in what you need. I would highly recommend them.

Jason is the man. Local business with tons of experience and the best customer service. Showed up in less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone with GEICO. Towed me to dealership in Birmingham and had a great conversation for the entire 40 mile trip. Can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me out.

As we were coming home from vacationing in Florida my son’s vehicle broke down on I-65 with engine trouble. I contacted “Cornbread” who was very kind,courteous, and very understanding as it was late on a Saturday night. I explained that we needed a tow to Florence ( approximately 2 hrs away) and he said just to give him time to gather himself up and he’d be on his way. He got us home a little after midnight and was an absolute angel! Whatever they are paying him, it ain’t enough, because he literally took care of our family that night!!!! Cornbread you were a God send that night and my family cannot thank you enough!!!

Had a great experience here! Wife thought she had to get a new tire due to flat and another tire place told her her tire was ruined but the gentlemen here said the tire was fine and was good to go. Plus I had a screw in my tire and they were able to get it taken out within a few min which I greatly appreciate. This business is fair and full of great people that want to help you out. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Locked myself out of my car this morning. Called J and M towing and Cornbread came out within 10 mins. He was quick efficient and funny. Had to fish my key out with a rod. Pretty impressive work. I would recommend to everyone who need their services. You won’t find better anywhere.

As a RV owner, one must anticipate the unexpected breakdown. On a Saturday afternoon ( after hours 1:30 on 9/11/21) we had a tire run flat traveling down interstate 65 in Gardendale AL. We pulled into a nearby shopping mall parking lot and frantically began a search for roadside assistance. Because it was becoming after hours things were about to get difficult until we came on to this great guy by the name of Cornbread. He promptly arrived today in 30-40 minutes as promised and successfully swapped the spare with the flat all within a half hour. He wasn't quite satisfied and offered to reach a contact about a new tire. He procured what I needed, drove and purchased it, returned and then mounted the new tire right there in the lot and sent us merrily on our way down to South Birmingham, AL. (35 miles further down interstate 65). Having arrived at our destination, my wife noticed the new tire seemed low on air. No so we had experienced another flat this time on the inside tire same side. I immediately call Cornbread to explain my new dilemma. Taking a very short time he figured he could procure another tire, drive the 30-40 miles to our campsite and swap out the new flat. By the time this all ended Cornbread departed our location to return home to end his busy day at 8:30pm. I don't t think if this ever happened again, would I be so lucky to fine such a accommodating, professional and understanding company to work with. I'm still baffled how all this came together with little worry or concern. Cornbread was such a professional person. He was so concerned for you s to enjoy our vacation he did whatever needed to assure we we able to continue as scheduled to Florida the next morning.

Our 4th of July 2021 story: WARNING! If you don't want Excellent & I do mean Excellent service do not call these guys. However... if you DO WANT EXCELLENT SERVICE... these ARE the guys you want to call! We were stranded on the side of the interstate with our 18 month old grandson in our class A RV coming home from the races when Jason "Cornbread" with J&M Towing came and literally saved us. We had called our AAA insurance hours earlier and were still waiting on a tow truck service that had staff & equipment available to tow our 41 foot class A. Most of the tow companies were closed or drivers were off for the fourth holiday. We would have been sitting there all night if it weren't for Jason "Cornbread" with J&M Towing who heard our story and decided to come in on his DAY OFF to help us. He arrived with a smile and instead of just hooking up our RV he took the time to ask what had happened. LONG NIGHT STORY SHORT... instead of charging us over two thousand dollars to tow our RV so someone else could fix it, he was able to see that we had blown off a radiator hose which needed to be re-clamped and fluids replaced. He went and picked up all the items needed for the repair himself & came back and fixed the problem himself and had us on our way. We drove home 3 hours away without any further issues. WE CANNOT BEGIN TO THANK YOU enough Jason "Cornbread" for your kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for treating us as if we could have been your family stranded on the side of the road. This world needs more people like Jason "Cornbread". We will be singing your praises to everyone in our RV communities, families & friends. God bless you Jason "Cornbread"! The people at J&M towing were very kind and helpful. They do their best to help you recover your vehicle from the lot. But like any business they have rules and regulations they have to abide by, but they will do what they can to help you get your vehicle back. Mrs. Angie was very kind and helpful in getting my car back. A big thank you to the staff at J&M towing.

I blew a tire out on I-65 about 15 minutes down the road from this place. Their service man, known as Cornbread, was extremely friendly and was even able to go pick up the tire at another location since they didn’t have the one I needed in stock. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours, but I’m not complaining. It was much better than having family/friends drive 4 hours to get me, or having to spend the night in a hotel. Thank you guys so much for the help in my hour of need!!

Jason was extremely helpful to me and my family. Respectful, quick, kind! Joey took my call and was also very helpful! These 2 guys seem like they love their job and not just there to make a buck. Jason was here within 3 minutes of Joeys call! He had me going again in less than 2 minutes and saved my groceries that were locked in the backseat just in time! Thank you J&M! I highly recommend using this company before any other!

Broke down west of Birmingham on a Sunday afternoon. Called AAA and they dispatched J&M Towing. Jacob “Cornbread” was the truck operator. He did a great and laborious job of probably setting up and taking good care of my rig. Very through and professional about it all. Highly recommend using J&M. My experience was great.

I was very pleased with this towing service. We were coming home from a trip and our truck broke down . J and M was the only towing service that would tow the truck from where it was to my house , because it was about 150 to 200 miles from the house. A lot of the other wrecker service pretty much laught at us and said that was to far for them to go. That is something you really don't want to hear when your broke down on the side of the highway But, not J and M they jumped right on it. Not to mentioned they were very polite and good people to work with.

Cornbread (the driver) was great! He kept me informed every 15 minutes until he got to my vehicle on I-65, I was absolutely impressed by his professionalism and his genuine concern for the situation. It was midnight on a Friday and I had to be towed almost 100 miles, I was very frustrated after trying deal with another company that had quoted me an hour pick up up time and 4 hours later I had gotten no update and no driver to show up. I called j&m and they showed up when they said they would and made a bad situation much more manageable. Being in the car business I have dealt with a lot of tow drivers and Cornbread was hands down the best I have worked with, thank you!!!

Wonderful company!! 5 stars all the way! Our house is located on a steep and hilly driveway...we have had other companies tell us they couldn't make it to the vehicle but our driver, Cornbread, was able to back up the driveway with NO DAMAGE to property at all! These guys are the best. Highly recommended.

I love the customer service and loyalty, they were fast and friendly! They done everything I asked and then some from towing my car to fixing it. I highly recommend them for anything and they are open 24/7 which is very helpful. I called 3 different towing companies and they wanted to charge me a arm and leg but J&M was the cheapest.
