Took a key fob in to get a battery replacement. The lady kept messing with it (could not get it open) breaking the fob and then blamed me… instead of saying she didn’t know how or it’s something they do not do. She blamed me for “well you asked me”.. so now I have a broken key fob along with the dead battery. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service!!!
Justin is very knowledgeable and patient! My check engine light came on when I was driving to a concert in Birmingham. I appreciated his insight!! Can't recommend enough!
I bought and alternator this morning from them. Paid a local shop $169 labor to replace and they tell me the alternator is bad. Now I'm going to be out another $169 that Advance Auto Parts will not cover the labor! This is horrible service! If I could I would give "0" stars if possible! Plus I have to wait another 4 hours to get another alternator!
Excellent staff that knew exactly what I needed. Will definitely shop there for all my automotive needs.

Casey was amazing! When our car was not driving well while we were over an hour from home, we stopped into Advance Auto to have diagnostics run. Because of Casey, we saved hundreds of dollars and were able to get back on the road quickly. Thank you, Casey!
After 7 trips to the other parts store down the street, in 2 days, I stopped at Advance to see if they would help me. William went out of his way to make sure we would get the correct alternator. I am beyond happy with the customer service, price and help. Give that man a raise!

As a customer of Advanced Auto Parts, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to their store. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the staff was unprofessional and not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line.
When I entered the store, I noticed that there were plenty of employees available to assist customers, but none of them acknowledged my presence or let me know that they would be with me as soon as possible. Instead, they were chatting with each other and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers.
As I patiently waited in line, I noticed that the manager and two other store associates were letting customers cut in front of me at the cash register. This was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to me as a customer who had been waiting my turn. It was clear that the staff had no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time.
Overall, my experience at Advanced Auto Parts was very negative. The staff was unprofessional, not mindful of their patrons who were waiting in line, and seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with good customer service, and I did not receive this during my visit to this store. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.
Update: Haven’t heard back so dropping one more star. Would give zero stars if I could.
Stopped in cause my engine check light came on. They we so professional and informative about my issue. Also bought fluilds and detailing items. They have a great selection ☺️
The staff is always helpful. "Bear" went out of his way to help me with my jeep. I'm sorry for the nickname, but I'm awful with my memory. I just know he is really helpful, nice, and honestly has went out of his way more than once to help me. Everyone there has been extremely friendly and helpful.
I always enjoy this location because they have good, hard working employees. Mostly leaving this review to comment on Tony and James who were my personal heroes one night when I made it to their store after driving 30+ minutes with the light on for my battery. Unsure if it was the battery or alternator, Tony did the testing to see it was my alternator. Then he and James worked diligently to help me get the part I needed and even gave a thumbs up to leave my vehicle until the next day so we could fix it in the daylight. Super guys! Super location! Thank you Tony and James :)
Had to get a new battery they only had two types of battery for my vehicle and he gave me a 10% discount he was amazing I think his name was James I was there Mother's Day at 8 in the morning and he helped replace my battery cleaned my battery corrosion off the connectors. All in all an amazing visit
Chris is awesome!! He checked and replaced my battery. He also showed me the corrosion on my battery and discussed the reasons why corrosion can harm your battery. He did all of this while helping other customers. Excellent customer service!!
They were so helpful and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated how they helped us out when we were having trouble with a battery. Will definitely take my business there again.
Manager was a know it all and quite rude. Ended up selling me the wrong part because he wouldn't listen. Thank goodness O'Reilly's opened down the street. Avoid Advanced unless you are desperate. Remember O'Reilly's is right down the street.
I came to the shop looking to get my battery checked. He found out I had no fan belt. He quickly set me up with the parts. Found me a local shop to fix it fast in thirty minutes flat. They are good at their Job!
Very busy and high priced. A screw driver was over 12 dollars! The guys running the front counters did not seem happy to be there at all. The environment was very stressed, perhaps they should get new jobs. I'm pretty sure none of them wanted to be there anyway.
My car radiator cracked along I-65 today and we stopped at Advance. Rob was so helpful! troubleshooting and helping us figure out a solution on a Sunday. Advance had the radiator for my car in stock and Rob helped us connect with a local mechanic willing to repair today. We are safely back on the road because Rob cared enough to go over and beyond typical customer service! Very grateful!
Got tired of a few things with my truck. Walked in and chris took the time to go through options for part after part after part. Finding lowest price without sacrificing quality. Probably could've found cheaper prices if I wanted to spend triple the time on multiple websites. Didn't charge for the coke I had during the process. That little act of kindness is what will have me coming back. That's how you do business people.
I get nearly all of my auto parts from Advance. The home Line coupons are the best. You can place an order online and pick it up in the store within 30 minutes. And there is always an online coupon to save you money.
The employees are always helpful and willing to assist. You may have to wait a few minutes if they are busy. I have never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes. The service they offer is worth the wait.
I was very disappointed at first, the girl that works there, I believe her name is Emily, sold me the wrong parts. I was furious when I brought them back. But after talking with one of the guys there named "cody" I was very happy. He helped me get the parts I needed and they fit with no problems. That younger girl is dense. If anyone goes in there I would recommend asking for Clint, cody or Chris.
Very good store. I had to get parts for my 1982 Iroc camaro and they said that could have them by tommorow and I'll be gosh danged if it wasn't there the the next day, these guys are really good at what they do. But that Emily girl is a idiot
I am a commercial customer I brought them a brake rotor so that i would get the correct one the counter person pulled a part off the shelf then argued saying it was the correct part I get to customers location and it was incorrect I called and the counter person argued with me again then said he would send another to my location he then clocked out and went home never telling anyone in the store of the situation I lost $300 worth of time waiting and dealing with this situation finally had to bring the part back myself I spend on average of $2000 a month at advance auto parts but will no longer use them at all
