In all the years we have had our truck, it’s never ran well, never had heat and was constantly breaking down. We have taken it to multiple shops in town and the work done was always subpar. Recently, the truck started making a clunky noise and wouldn’t run right at all. Our stress was through the roof on this as times are tough right now. Everyone we talked with and met with at Dragging towing was not only very kind and considerate, but they genuinely cared about our plight. In just one day, ONE, the truck was running like it was brand new, and for the first time in years, we had a working heater for the winter. This establishment is down to earth everyone there is friendly and it caters to your needs it is like having a family you can count on so please check them out. Don’t use the mechanic services. My daughter’s car was there for over two weeks, she was charged hundreds of dollars and he didn’t get the car running or even put back together. He then said he needed hundreds more to fix something else. The next mechanic shop had it figured out in half a day.

We were stranded on i 90 on Labor Day. Brian was there in 30 minutes. And after towing our truck Brian even drove us to a Hotel. Dave and the rest of the crew got us back on the road the next day. Very professional and polite. They went above and beyond for us!!!

I ran out of gas 15 miles out of town. Called Draggin, they had gas to me in a very short time and got my car running. While following me to a gas station, which is normal procedure for Draggin, he noticed, and informed me that the trailer I was towing's lights were not working properly. Then, he followed me to a auto parts store where he instructed me which parts to buy, and proceeded to fix my trailer lights!! All the while being VERY kind, professional and friendly. His attitude made a stressful time much better. They WILLING go out of their way to get you back on the road fast! Great staff! Great business!

These guys are the best! We broke down on the 90 between Buffalo and Gillette towing our cargo trailer late afternoon. Closer to Buffalo but Draggin came so quickly from Gillette and literally saved us! They are fast, friendly and super cool guys who excel at their job. If you need a tow anywhere near Gillette make them your first call!! They actually could have towed the truck & trailer together but they work with JT at Definitive Diesel who is fixing our truck and he came out with his truck and took our trailer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs mechanical repairs or if anyone who breaks down like we did. We called these guys in a panic broken down on the side of a busy highway. They showed up and saved our day. They not only came and towed us, but they fixed our van on the same day. We will only go to them in the near future. Great business and great crew to work with.

Our worst day on the road turned out to be a blessing thanks to these wonderful folks! We blew off a wheel on our old campervan outside Gillette in a rainstorm. Kat dispatched Dave who quickly came to our rescue. He lightened the mood and calmed us down. Unfortunately we needed a whole new axle. Going into a holiday weekend. Luckily they actually had the parts on site & were able to get us going again in a few short days! Ol' Thunder is riding smoother, faster, and quieter than ever. The work was top notch and very reasonably. But the best part was the people. Everyone was incredibly kind. They opened their shop to us while we stayed in our van, checked on us regularly, and kept us entertained with great stories. There's no place I'd rather need a bit of help on the road. We're eternally grateful for this amazing crew.

Hired them to do a repo and they let the guy come onto their property and when they did he tore/cut wiring to our truck. We still have yet to figure out all the damage done to our vehicle. The woman on the phone confirmed the person that had the truck repossessed was drunk, they allowed a drunk person on their property to damage my vehicle. Had it not been for your bold face lie I wouldn’t have had to edit this review.

I recently found myself in the need for an additional vehicle, and Draggin Towing came my to rescue. I got an SUV in great condition at a great price. Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. There service techs are very professional and explained some details of the car in short order. I plan on letting them service the car when the time comes.

My pickup needed service because I didn't know I needed a tune up. Once the tuneup was finished they discovered a probem with my coils and spark plugs. They got me in immediately because the pickup wasn't operating correctly. They fixed me up at a great price and the Katrina, Cyril and the mechnics' service was fantastic! I highly recommend Dragging Towing if you need towed and the shop if you need any mechanicing done!

They are absolutely amazing! Went with my sister and her kiddos to drive for her job and when we got back to the car it would not start and no power to her car at all. We called around to get it towed. We are from rapid city so it would have been a far and expensive tow. Right away the owner was super helpful and very kind. He suggested we get it towed to the shop and they could take a look to see if they could fix it instead of towing it back to Rapid. We all got to watch the Flintstones while they looked at the car. Found out it was the alternator, they got the part and got us back on the road. They made what could have been a very stressful and expensive trip the best we could have wished for! They saved us a lot of money, gave great advice and I will 100% recommend them!

I forgot to leave a review for this place when I was dealing with them so here one is. After trying multiple companies to help no one would, plain and simple the company I work for had a truck jack knife, and the truck well was really messed up. Another towing company in this town towed the truck and damaged it more when towing and wouldn't help rectify the situation,so moving forward the company I work for had sent me to recover the truck with a tow hook and ended up having to tow the truck here so they could make it safe to go down the road. 1st the back of the cab was sheared off almost all the way, it was pushed like 18 to 20inchs to the passenger side and just dangling so they were able to straighten the cab and chain it down. 2nd the drag link was bent to shit from the first company towing it just wrapped a chain around the axle and drag link and pulled it bending the drag link and the 2 steer tires were pointing outward when towing. They tried ordering a new one and the parts people sent them the wrong stuff, so what did they do? they knew a guy and tried bending it straight. Well they got it perfectly straight. It was bent so bad it was leaving rubber on the road they got it perfectly straight. 3rd The other issue was the fuel tank had a hole and was leaking the previous place didn't give a shit and towed it like that leaking fuel all the way to their yard like that and so bringing it here they had to drain the fuel. This place has nice people working here that will do what they can to help you. And the owner is also a straight up guy also good at what he does and the way he does it. I also might add this was all done in 2 days time wich is not bad considering.

We needed road side assistance on I90 going east to Minnesota. We were 100 miles east of Gillette Wyoming. US Rider helped us secure Dragging Towing to come to our rescue. They came with one truck to haul Betty White ( one ton Ram dialysis) and another to haul the 32.5 foot LQ trailer. They responded in record time. They took great care to get us safely to a place to stay in the trailer and get our horses out of the trailer. This is who you should call if you need road side assistance!! Draggin Towing saved my cross country move! After 4 days of traveling my car froze solid when temps dropped down to -30•.I was stranded at a hotel, AAA dropped the ball, with over a thousand miles to go I started to panic. Draggin saved me, they thawed out my car and let me keep my car in their warm shop overnight so I didn’t have to stress over it re-freezing again. The staff, owners, and customers were excellent!! Made me feel like part of the family and calmed all of my worries in order to complete the rest of my drive from Boston to Seattle. I just have to say, WOW! My friend and I were stuck in town because our car froze. After lots of frustrating calls with AAA and a frustrating experience with Dad's Towing, Draggin pulled through, especially Katrina!! We are incredibly grateful for all their help. Not only are the owners amazing, but their customers and local furry friends are too! They had our car up and running and warm by the morning, heat treated, checked everything for us and has been checking in on us as we continue our trip! This towing service helped make my very bad day a little bit better. The person who answered my initial call was very kind and helpful. She dispatched a tow track immediately and helped me figure out the insurance piece. The tow truck driver arrived faster than I could have imagined, was very nice and went out of his way to be helpful. The price was very fair. We were traveling from Oregon to Wisconsin during winter storm Elliott when our vehicle began having multiple electrical issues and the battery would not charge properly. These guys quickly came to our rescue with what ended up being multiple teams. They towed our car to the shop, ran diagnostics, identified and fixed the issue that same day. They even provided a ride to the shop to pick up our vehicle. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and friendly. They literally saved Christmas for us on the day before Christmas Eve. I highly recommend these folks to anyone traveling through the area.

We couldn't be more grateful to this shop and crew. They saved us majorly when we had a flashing check engine light with cylinder misfires in our van. It was Saturday morning when this happened; and being such a serious issue, we would have been stuck waiting around until Monday with no real options. We're on a cross country trip and this seemed like a pretty rough place to have a serious engine issue. But they answered the phone and towed us to the shop, and fixed us up as soon as they could! Every person we interacted with was so nice and they took great care of us; replaced all of our ignition coils (which I'm sure was a ton of work) and we paid about half as much as we expected to! Outstanding experience. And special shout out to David, tow truck driver and mechanic, who towed us in and then also did the work on our engine! What a hardworking, friendly, positive and knowledgeable guy. We are so happy to have found this place!

My family of 7 was traveling to a conference, states away from our hometown when our van broke down on the freeway about 30 minutes outside of Gilette on a Friday night. We were SO grateful when Draggin' Towing answered their phone and offered to send not just their tow truck, but an extra van to get all of us off the road and to our hotel. To our delight, the driver is also a mechanic. He looked at our van that night, knew what needed to be done, and came in early the next morning (Saturday!) to fix our car and had us back on the road by 10am all for a very reasonable price! Draggin' Towing absolutely saved our family's trip. We truly were at the mercy of strangers, thousands of miles from our home town, and Draggin' Towing treated us like family. We HIGHLY recommend their services.
