I have had some issues with 2 different vehicles this year, i called Dads and they got me in promptly, they were very professional and Clean working on my Van, at the same time I had borrowed a vehicle from a friend and it broke down, and since I had borrowed it, I fixed it! I called Dad's, and they had to Tow it to the shop, they got it running and went above and beyond , to explain stuff to me, and to make sure I had all the warranty stuff for my friend for what they had to replace, They have a great group of guys, and I would highly Recommend them, For Towing and or Mechanic work! 5 STARS!!

I tell you, Dad’s Truck and Auto is awesome!!! Not only were they able to tow my car when I couldn’t drive it, but they were able to fix my oil leak issue with a quickness and without costing me an entire paycheck!!!! They have excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone!!! I really feel God provided in a big way with leading me to them!!! I found my new shop for any of my cars problems!!! This company is amazing! Had to be towed from Gillette , Wy to Sheridan, Wy. There were 4 of us that needed a ride and Alex took care of us. Alex was so friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

I ask to have my truck towed to another service company the dispatcher Lluvia said we can fix it for you instead I told her that if you guys want to take a look at it tonight and advise me off what you think if wrong that's fine but I have an 8am appointment tomorrow I've waited 2 weeks for at another service company and it has to be there. At 1pm the following day I called the place where it was supposed to be and it was not there. They kept the truck and we're looking at it at 2pm. The dispatcher was not very honest in our conversation I'm a retired disabled military veteran and law enforcement officer having worked as in Military Police, Federal Law Enforcement, and local Law Enforcement I have been lied to my whole career by the worst people I've ever met I don't take kindly being lied to. There is absolutely no way at this point I'd let these folks work on a matchbox car. The dispatcher tried to say it was a misunderstanding and her husband said he thought it was my fault, whatever when the dispatcher said they could look at it "tonight" I was quite clear it didn't care if they wanted to take a look at it tonight that's fine I don't care but I have an 8am appointment tomorrow it has to be there. That can't be more clear. Not a very honest business I won't ever use them or their towing service again.

We don't live in the Gillette area so when we broke down I was in a panic! I called Dad's Truck and Auto LLC and the lady that answered the phone was absolutely the sweetest. It was around 8 pm when I called by 9 pm their truck pulled up to grab our truck and trailer! The driver was absolutely amazing. He was so kind understanding and fast! I had to rent a car and he help me get a ride to the airport to pick up the rental vehicle. We had to leave our truck there at their shop parked outside and he made sure my truck was locked up and safe while we were home looking for parts. Told us if we need anything he is there to help. We get back to Gillette got our truck fixed headed home and he calls me to make sure we got home ok. They went above and beyond helping. They treated us like we were friends and not just a dollar sign. We travel alot and I will always have them in my phone if I ever need help or anyone I know who is in the are that need help I have their number. From thr bottom of my heart these guys are the absolutely best! And the price was more then fare! Thank you Dads Truck ans Auto for everything you did.

I cannot share enough gratitude for the service of these wonderful individual's. Jessica and Caleb went above and beyond with such great care. I was moving from CA to SD and unfortunately hit a deer head on only about 1.5 hours from my final destination and about 13 miles from Gillette, with nothing surrounding. The accident was bad enough to total out my car and the worst was yet to come. Traveling with two dogs, I only left the scene with one. My dog became loose from the vehicle and while trying to retrieve her from the field, she was hit head on by a semi-truck and peacefully passed on the spot. After another family who had stopped helped me move her from the street into the field, Jessica and Caleb took it upon themselves to look with flashlights to retrieve her. Being so far from my destination, with my partner just as far away to come and get me, and it being a weekend, I didn’t think there was any other choice but to leave her where she lay. These wonderful people picked her up, put her in my vehicle so she could be towed to the compound with my car, all so I wouldn’t have to. Not to mention, I have a seizure condition and they were accommodating to that as well, helping me navigate the scene with all of the flashing lights, and then bringing me to the sheriffs lobby when I could wait safely for my ride. To top things off, they brought my angel baby from the vehicle to the vets office of choice the next day and dropped her off for cremation, all so I wouldn’t have to drive the trip back and do such a sensitive thing until it will be time to pick her up. Not only was the towing service above any expectation I would have in a moment like this, there generosity and overall care for other people and pets is just outstanding.. This team is clearly one that is full of great people willing to lend a hand in more ways than one. Not only did my needs get met, but I was met with compassion and support in such a terrible and sad time for me. I hope you choose this company over any others in your time of need and know that you will provided with a job well done, and maybe even a new friend. Again, thank you so much to these two and their team for being a staple in such a time of need. You rock!

I will definitely return to them if I am ever in Wyoming and I need help on my truck. They saved me when I got robbed by another company out. Thank you so much for your help. You guys are the best and I will come back to your service any day.

This company says it has all two-wheel drive tow trucks that they aren't sure can make it up dirt roads...at least that is what they told the AAA agents arranging for my tow. Then they asked if they could come the next morning instead pf that afternoon. They lied to the AAA agents and said they were coming when they were not. They claimed the weather was bad to the agent in Utah when it was sunny and clear with dry roads in Wyoming. They don't want top lose their AAA contract but they also don't want to do their job if it is not convenient and easy for them. Totally disreputable. DO NOT USE.

Our truck broke down on the interstate and this company came to our rescue. Simply amazing! Cody was so efficient and respectful when loading our truck. We had great conversation as he towed us back to our auto shop and even drove us home after unloading. Definitely would call them again if needed. Thank you!

That feeling of being stranded on the side of the freezing cold highway in the middle of the night 30+ miles from any town is not wished upon anyone. Corey was dispatched. His authentic and calming demeanor helped me to trust his guidance. Even changing from the original drop off garage to Dad's Auto. It's a frustration having to get towed. Having Corey and the crew from Dad's towing receive the call helps lesson the frustration. Massive appreciation for helping me get going down the road again. Well done!

I got a flat tire in Casper at 10pm on a drive from SLC to Minneapolis, and managed to drive on it until I got to Gillette and realized it wasn’t just a slow leak. Cody was the one who responded to my AAA call, and after seeing how stressed I was at having to delay my trip with a hotel stay, worked a miracle and found a tire to replace my flat at midnight. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to their above and beyond customer service. Initially, he even offered to drop me off at a hotel and then pick me up in the morning to bring me to car. I also had nervous pups with me, that he was more than accommodating towards. If I lived in the area, I’d take my car to them for all its needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!!!!

These guys are awesome second time they’ve helped me out in a tough spot, the first I had the whole family with me, this time I wasn’t even in the same state as my truck. Great drivers both times. Definitely recommend them when you need a tow.

We found ourselves stuck in the national forest on Thanksgiving, in 5 degrees and snow. Cody saved the day, and then some. Being one am once we got to town, he took us to a hotel and made sure it was open before leaving us. We can not express our appreciation enough. As long as Cody is working with Dad’s…there is no other company I’d call. Wish there was a Cody in every state.

Broke down with my horse trailer and truck 45 miles out of Gillette. They brought a flatbed for my truck and another truck to tow my trailer in. The owner was so kind to let me let my horses have a place to stay on their property for the night and a place to park my trailer until I could come back and get it while we switched trucks and trailers out and continued on our way to Georgia! Thank you so much, I would hands down recommend this company over again.

I've used Dads a few times. Can't say enough about these guys absolutely the best in Northern Wyoming. Cody has helped me he's kind and knows what he's doing definitely the knight in big black truck to come save you anytime of the day these guys are amazing. Super fast A+++++ service.

Dad's was very easy to work with and made the process easy. We were sick on a Saturday night with no repair places open in the city. Dad's towed us is the I-90 and over the weekend we're able to get a party from over two hours also and have us back on our way Monday morning Awesome experience.

My truck driver recently encountered a frustrating situation at the Sinclair Gas Station in Moorcroft, WY. While taking a break, he accidentally locked both his phone and truck keys inside the vehicle. He approached the station manager for help, and initially, the manager contacted a service provider who quoted $180 with a 2-hour wait time. We also called the police, but they were unable to assist as they did not have the tools to open a semi-truck. The manager then referred us to Dad's Truck And Auto LLC. They initially quoted a price of $132 after gathering details about the truck, its location, and the company. However, this quote soon changed to $340. Despite feeling that the price was quite high for locksmith services, my driver agreed to this amount. When the mechanic arrived, the price unexpectedly increased to $540. As a fleet manager with 9 years of experience, I personally contacted the representative from Dad's Truck And Auto LLC to understand the sudden price hike. The representative admitted it was an error but insisted that we pay the full $540. Upon learning of the increased charge, my driver was advised by the service provider to close the truck door and seek another service. To our dismay, the mechanic then took the truck key and left, without properly addressing the situation or providing a resolution. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The pricing was inconsistent and the service provided was inadequate. I strongly recommend avoiding Dad's Truck And Auto LLC and seeking alternative options for such services.

A retread on my trailer gave out about 30 mi east of Gillette, WY on a Saturday afternoon. It broke out all the lights, lost the mud flap, and broke the valve stem on a different tire. After making calls for about 45 min Dads was the only one to answer. They came out and fixed everything right on the road. They are good people and are genuinely there to help. They will be my fist call if I ever have problems in that area.

We highly recommend Dads Tow. We broke down on day 2 of our vacation. Called Dads tow and they picked us up. They were friendly respectful & so helpful. They drove us to our hotel, helped us unload and then took our car back to their shop to check it out. The next day, they brought our car back and we went on for another. 1800 miles with no issues!!!

We want to commend and praise Isaiah, our tow truck driver. We were stuck on the side of the road near Alzada, MT with our rental vehicle with a nail in the tire and the rental had no spare tire only a tire repair kit. Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe ride to get our replacement vehicle. He made sure we were looked after and safe before he departed. Give this man a raise! I never write reviews, but wish we had more people like him helping - my mom made me ensure I sent this review too. So this is from her, me and my family. Lots of hugs Isaiah!!!

Couple of days ago… just east of Buffalo WY… my car decided to hunt deer without a license on highway 90… I thought that with fairly moderate front end damage, I would be able to proceed as planned to Rapid City and then later to Minneapolis… but that pesky radiator started leaking… I called the Dad’s and the tow truck was there so fast that it resembled a F1 race track intervention. Isaiah - a young tow truck driver handled the situation with speed, efficiency and most of in total politeness (which made me wish my kids were there :)… anyhow- I was towed to Rapid city and delivered to my hotel only 1 hour later than anticipated. Next day I got a moving truck and a dolly and made it to Mpls just fine. I have to say that it is one thing to be in the city where one can get anywhere even on foot… vs more remote, gorgeous space but miles away from typical services that we take for granted. It is totally refreshing to see how things can work when pride is part of a solid business. Now, one more thing, Isaiah…, do not be afraid of a city… majority of drivers there are way worse than you !… and next time we play my music for a bit :)

5 starts. My 08 dodge 2500 dropped it's tranfer case on the interstate. Dad's came and picked it up and took it to their shop. They looked it over let me know everything that needed to be done and what all my options where to keep costs down on what could have a very costly repair. They got it completely fix in a very timely manner for everything that need to be done. My truck is back up and running great. Thank you Dads only shop for me in the future.

My transmission went out while I was running errands. I was able to coast it into a parking lot. Dad's was quick to respond to call out. The driver, Isaiah, was very polite, respectful, and helpful. He was there, staged to load when we arrived. He had the suburban loaded up and headed to the repair shop in minutes. Thankful for a tow company I can trust!
