My family took my son’s car to them in February! It took them until September to “fix” the car! 2 weeks after we got it back the car went back into limp mode and is having the original issue from back in February! We spent over $3,000 with them for the car to just have the same issue as it had when we took it to them. Actually, it has MORE issues than when we took it in. Sent a message to the owners to see if we could at least get a portion of our money back and they told us “sorry, no warranty on our work”! I would not recommend these guys to anyone! Absolute crooks!
These guys were absolutely crooks to my in-laws when they broke down nearby. We towed the car to them and gave them our timeline, since we were on our way to a vacation spot. They immediately told us they couldn’t get to work on it until after we would have to leave. They gave us an estimate, but they priced the work so high that the car was totaled. Our options turned to selling the car in its condition or towing 500 miles home to have a local mechanic fix it (we called around and confirmed they were screwing us over). When we considered just selling it, THEY LITERALLY OFFERED US NOTHING FOR IT. It was a Toyota Sienna - literally one of the most popular minivans in the USA. We considered trying to rent a vehicle dolly to haul it back ourselves, but they wouldn’t disengage the AWD for that to happen. My in laws had bought new tires that week in preparation for the trip, and so they asked if we could at least get the tires back. The owners made a big deal of it, and refused to meet us on Saturday to collect the rest of the belongings out of the vehicle. We had to drive hours and hours for a ten minute visit to grab our belongings. We ended up having to leave the minivan for literally nothing, with no other options, and they knew it. Like I said, these owners are absolutely crooks.
They were great I wasn't able to get off work in time to get there However they let me pay over the phone and left my parts in a place for me to pick up when I got off. Will do business there in the future
"It's me again, Norm...".
Listen. There's a lot of pick-n-pulls across this nation, but I'll tell you; the folks down here are top notch. Especially the automotive encyclopedia that goes by Norm. They had exactly what I needed, and where to direct me, and were absolutely polite and knowledgeable. (Do not swear around the ladyfolk.)
If you need anything to fix an older model vehicle, I'm sorry to shut down O'Reilly's, Napa, or AutoZone: but come here first. You'll be glad you did.
They are family owned and operated so they don't go out of their way trying to sell stuff. Its a if u want it you want it, if not it's all good. They suck at transmission work. Don't use them go to a reputable company instead
Always top notch work here and they are very honest. They always tell me what things will cost, advise me when work doesn't need done. They communicate well and get done with the work fast. I've never had to go back for any repair they have done and the transmission and transfer case they rebuilt for me were flawless as well.
I had expected to pay to replace my transmission. When they got into it, they found the parts to replace were cheaper to fix it. They also had it fixed sooner than originally thought. They could've charged higher like some have done in the past, but they were very honest and did a fantastic job! They have my respect and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also very nice people and that means a lot to me. Great work, quicker than expected, and costed much less than I had thought it'd be. I'm so impressed!
Definitely go here if you need parts or transmission work!
Incredibly helpful people here! Great prices for parts, good advice from knowledgeable technicians with decades of experience, and friendly small town service, even if Gillette isn’t so small anymore.
My truck went from a junker to a junker that runs and drives thanks to them. Without any charge to me, they put a Corvette servo in the 4L60E transmission they rebuilt for me to improve its durability because they knew I’d be towing a fifth wheel. They helped me fix my truck running lean with multiple trouble codes with a simple suggestion: clean the mass airflow sensor. My truck has bits and pieces from their yard throughout it, and I got a good deal on every single one.
I’m happy to recommend Nannemans!
Came in because my truck's transmission was acting up, very honest people and diagnosed the issue (needs a rebuild and torque converter). I did not have time to have it done here but I would have had it repaired here. Very good guys, excellent service.
Thought we had a problem with transmission, but they checked our RV out and it was a temporary leak from pushing through the mountains. They were friendly and didn't charge us for checking out the RV. TRULY HONEST PEOPLE!
From 1969 Ford axle spindles to 88 jeep transmissions, and now 2015 Nissan middle row seats, no matter what I toss at these guys, they rise to the occasion with great courtesy, kindness, and respect. One of my favorite places and some of my favorite people.
