We recently bought a used car from Mike at Expert Automotive. Buying a used car is stressful because you’re putting your trust in the person or business selling it to you. Mike put us at ease and assured us that if anything went wrong with the car in the next couple of months we could trust that Expert Auto would repair the problem. He had paperwork to show what they had done to the car before selling it. One fob was provided for the car and when we asked about getting another Mike said we could contact a local key business and Expert Auto would cover the cost. Mike was accommodating and easy to work with. We’re very pleased with the car and the fair, upfront price.
Highly recommend! When I called roadside assistance through my insurance company and they were chosen and I'm glad they were. They were at the pickup location within 30 minutes, excellent communication, no issues or damage!
I needed a long distance tow( about 80 miles) service and driver were so helpful, kind and took care of my vehicle. Made sure it got where it needed to be! Thank you!
I needed a battery jump. The person sent out could not figure out how to open the hood and was unable to complete the service. The individual suggested I call a tow truck! Thankfully, I was able to contact my son a few hours later. He had NO PROBLEM opening up the hood. I hope my insurance company does not pay this company.
I had the worst experience EVER at this place. Mike there sales guy is completely useless and extremely mean. He did not know what he was talking about at all when it came to any type of knowledge. If you want good service and good prices on cars please do not waste your time HEAR and go see the other car lot on the corner of prospect and main street in Oshkosh they are ver helpful and kind unlike Expert ?
I call Expert for all things towing, most recently a vehicle lockout which was across town and they were here in less than a half an hour. Very professional and timely service.
The driver towing my vehicle was pretty helpful and knowledgeable about the possible issue causing my car to stall. He provided me a few good tips on how to take care of it during this cold weather. Definitely recommend them

My car wouldn't start after my shift ended at 5:00 a.m. Albert from Expert Automotive showed up via my insurance's roadside assistance request. He figured out it wasn't my battery, and gave my car a tow. He was super kind, friendly, and professional.
Expert auto was great. Our truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon and after trying to get a tow from the insurance company which did not happen Chad answered his phone and sent us a truck. So thankful!!
Tanner was very helpful! Tanner figured out what the problem with my van was, and then he fixed it on the spot, so I didn’t even need a tow!!! Incredible!!! He took great care of my vehicle! On top of that he was very friendly and kind! I recommend his great work to everyone!
My driver was courteous friendly and just seemed like a happy guy he got my SUV up with no problem although I wasn't expecting an $80 tow for only 3 miles....
Very fast, helpful with truck with car hauler and car on it. Starter failed and left me stuck at gas station. They towed both to a repair shop and was a great help. Thank you.
Excellent service...they were there in 5 mins,..driver was friendly ... I would definitely recommend... I had called the previous tow company it was going to be over an hour and $40 more than what expert charged me . I can't say enough about the great service I received...
The dispatcher was kind of a negative Nancy basically stating that he probably wouldn't be able to fix my flat tire. But the mechanic was great. No issues at all. He was awesome.
I had electrical breakdown in my vehicle. I called my insurance company progressive and he put it out there in expert. Came out, the driver was great. Can't say anything bad about him. And they towed it to my house and we put it in the garage for me too, which was great. So yes, I would use them again. And they get a fantastic job. You cannot cannot talk bad about that company. They've been good to me.
Extremely satisfied!!! I didn't have to wait that long to have my cars spare tire replaced. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and suggested that I have both front tires replaced so they wear evenly. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend.
Super nice staff! I called for a tow and they were there within 15 minutes. They took a look at it right away and fixed it. They made a bad situation feel less bad and even made me laugh. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend and will definitely use Expert Automotive Services if I ever need towing or any of their many other services they offer. I told my insurance that I needed my car to a shop in Oshkosh after I hit a deer. They need to know where to drop it off and they did the rest. Also with the hot temperature light on, I didn't want to damage the engine.
Had some excellent service here today on my Jeep. After getting a quote at a Jeep dealership that seemed a little high, these guys were able to complete twice the work for half the cost. (Jeep dealer quoted 2 rotors and associated pads, Expert did all 4 rotors and associated pads with replacements that were a step above OEM).
They also pointed out some additional concerns and offered a Good Better Premium pricing for 3 sets of replacement tires.
10/10 would recommend.
