Larissa was very friendly. She was able to change out our tire and put the spare on when we weren't able to on the highway. She followed us to the next off ramp to make sure we were safe. 10 out of 10 would use Nolte's Service again.

Have used this towing service a couple times and always satisfied. Kyle was super polite, helpful, and made towing my car to change my flat tire quick and easy.
The first tow was quick, simple, and stress-free, thanks to Luis. He showed up already knowing exactly what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and all he needed from me were the keys. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to what towing usually costs these days. I was stranded on the side of the road in a spot where I couldn’t park, and they arrived quickly and safely got my car where it needed to go. Luis was talkative enough to keep things relaxed, which made a stressful situation feel pretty chill.
Today, Kyle came out with the flatbed and went above and beyond. We initially thought the battery was dead, but Kyle was able to get my car started anyway, which made the whole process even smoother. He was friendly and talkative, keeping the experience relaxed while he set everything up and got my car where it needed to go.
Both experiences were a 10/10. Fast response, fair pricing, professional service, and genuinely good people. I would absolutely use Noltes Towing again and highly recommend them.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Nolte's will tow your car but at what cost? Oh that's right, a GRAND total of $527.00.
My sister's car was pulled from a ditch at 11:00pm on Sunday evening. She paid $200 up front for the tow service. We were then told we could come pick her car up the following day and that it would be $50 per day. The following morning (Monday), when it was time to get her car out, we were told it would be another $327... the car had only been there for less than 12 hours. The breakdown they gave us was $200 to pull the car out of the ditch, another $227 for the 3 minute drive back to the tow yard and then the remaining $100 for the "2 calendar days" that it sat in the yard.
These thieves are guilty of highway robbery and need to be called out for it. You'd have better luck pulling your car out with your bare hands unless you want to pay half a grand for less than 12 hours of service - terrible service at that. Never again!
Our truck broke down on the highway and Luis and Ed were absolutely the greatest..went above and beyond to help a panicked couple get their bearings in an unfamiliar location at night.. Thankful for their promptness, patience, and concern..
I was in a pretty tricky situation with my car in downtown Oshkosh until Kyle showed up. He was able to get my car out without causing any additional damage, something we didn't think was possible!!! He was confident and sure of himself, all while keeping the mood light and getting the job done with better than expected results. I cannot thank him enough for his help this day and am incredibly grateful. I have never left an online review before, but I felt as though Kyle and his work truly deserved one. We had Larissa come and she was very knowledgeable about the situation we were in and even suggest two places where we could get our battery checked out and it turned out that we had a bad battery!! We are grateful for her help and she was very nice and very understanding!!

The service i received was exceptional. The drive was very polite and considerate even when we had to take my truck to a different location. There are 2 Mathew tire locations and we showed up at one and they couldn't get to my truck right away but the other location could. The drivevwas okay with taking to the other location no questions asked. Great job

On the evening of June 11th, while driving home from Green Bay to Milwaukee, I got a flat tire just off the Jackson Street exit. I was able to make it to a nearby Kwik Trip before the tire gave out completely, but since my new Prius doesn’t come with a spare due to the hybrid battery, I needed to call for a tow.
After calling around, I got connected with Nolte’s Service & 24 Hr Towing, and within about 20 minutes, Larissa arrived to help. She was friendly, professional, and immediately got to work. She first attempted to inflate the tire to see if I could drive to a tire shop, but when that didn’t work, we moved forward with the tow.
Larissa got me to the shop with 20 minutes to spare before they closed. By the time I had finished paying her, the tire had already been repaired and reinstalled — I was back on the road in no time. I really appreciated her quick response, personable approach, and the reasonable price for the tow.

Kyle at Noltes is very careful at what he does. He's also very polite and is hard working. A genuine article kind of guy. I highly recommend Noltes, Chuck really built a great crew of hard working people. I'd personally ask for Kyle next time I need a tow!
Had the misfortune of needing my food truck towed after an event and Nolte’s delivered in every way. Not only did my truck get to where it needed to get fixed, they were helpful in expediting a great place for service. I’d recommend their service to anyone.
