In January 2026 when we had the worst cold snap in over a decade my vehicle had gas line freeze. I called Neenah main and they picked up on the first ring.
I had a truck at my home within 90 minutes, the driver was amazing, loaded the my vehicle and was gone in under 7 minutes.
Fair prices for weekend rates and great service are the Hallmark of a good tow company.
If I ever need a tow again they are going to be my first call.

Stopped in a week ago and Kent was able to help me with a minor issue I was having with my front license plate screw bracket that wore out, was a quick fix. Also in May of 2023 I brought the same car in to get the rust on the bottom of my door jams fixed, that was the only service I requested but they went above and beyond by also touching up some rock chips I had on the hood of the car, they made my vehicle look better than the day I first bought it. They also gave me a small bottle of the paint they used to touch up the car! All this for such a good price, a big thank you to the team at Neenah Main Auto Body.
Kevin picked up my 69 Jaguar E-type today to tow it into the Auto Clinic. Kevin was on time and exceptionally service oriented. He took great care in the way he hoisted the car onto the flatbed and in the way he tied it down. He and his service were outstanding! I would give him a 5 star rating. Recommend this service without any concerns.

I've had Neenah Main do brakes and oil changes on my car over the last year, and I will never go anywhere else. Everybody is very nice, and more importantly, honest and straightforward. They won't try to scare you or up sell you on a bunch of things you really don't need. Unfortunately that's a reality for women and repair shops. Awesome job, Neenah Main!
My wife's vehicle had a tire blowout on the highway. I had gone to meet her and try to change the tire myself. I was unable to do so. Randomly, the police officers that came out to assist (also super awesome) called Neenah Main Auto Body. I was admittedly nervous as this was the first time dealing with this type of situation. Kevin came out and quickly put me at ease. He was very friendly and very focused on assisting me. He was working so fast it felt like watching a Nascar pit change. The situation dictated a tow. Kevin was very nice to talk to while he was taking me to my residence. He also said he took too long which was crazy because it was only a matter of minutes. He is very skilled. He also helped me find a solution for my situation. I had my car back by the end of the business day. Kevin was really great. I now have Neenah Main Auto Body in my phone should I ever need assistance in the future.
I can't say enough good things about the employees at Neenah Main. From towing to customer service to parts, every single person was incredibly helpful, professional, understanding, and all around wonderful. They did amazing body work on my car after a deer struck the driver's side. It came back looking brand new and running smoothly. Kent even called to follow up with me a few days later to make sure my cruise control radar was working properly. Excellent shop!
This place has been fantastic for in last few weeks needing new tires and battery. They are reasonably priced and customer service is tops. They even gave me a loaner car when needed one day to get kids from school.
I can't say enough about the excellent service I received! My suspension went out and when I called for a tow they were able to look up my make and model and let me know that that particular problem was still under warranty! Instead of having to pay out of pocket for the repairs, I'm now getting it fixed free of charge! Thank You!
Reliable, competent, fair, and timely. Neenah Main Auto Body and Towing is all of these things and more. Kevin (our tow operator) was great. He went out of his way (literally and figuratively) to help us out ... including driving us back home. Here's the story -
Our car broke down on a Friday afternoon in the middle of a major snow storm. We called Neenah Main Auto Body (at the recommendation of our trusted mechanic). Within 15 minutes Kevin arrived. He quickly assessed the issue, making sure we absolutely needed a tow (which we did), then proceeded to quickly and carefully loaded the car on the flatbed. He offered to give us a ride home saving us a 3 mile trek in the snow. Moreover, the rate we were charged was far less then we expected given the weather conditions. Our car was delivered to our mechanic shortly after we were dropped off at home. We could not have asked for a better experience.
These guys are great. Just had my truck towed for a great price compared to other places I called. They showed up on time, they were fast and was friendly.
Kevin is genuinely there to help! My girlfriends dad needed his car towed for a recall on a suspension component. Kevin recognized the issue and told them they could get it fixed for free under recall saving them a ton of money!
Kevin was amazing and helped tow my car to where it needed to go and even took the time to figure out that what was wrong with my car was a recall so I’m getting it covered under warranty now instead of having to pay out of pocket for it!

Jimmy provided a great towing service today! When I told him I had a toddler and small dog in my vehicle he told me he would bring a larger vehicle to accommodate the car seat and the cage. He kept in contact with me about his arrival and got me safely to the dealership. Highly recommend.
I called thinking I needed my car towed, Kevin came and asked me the issues and shed some knowledge on the situation. I really didn't need a tow!! He was extremely knowledgeable and honest!! His integrity is amazing! He could have just towed me and charged me the agreed upon amount. But he did the right thing, something we don't see much of these days!! 10 outta 10 I recommend this business!!
I drove to the dealership's body shop for a drive up estimate. They said I had to schedule an appointment and the earliest available was over a week later. I drove around the corner to Neenah Main and not only did they give me an immediate estimate, they were able to get me in for a repair within the week - granted this was a small amount of damage so you might experience a delay with a larger repair. Great service - and a "WOW" experience overall.
I got a quote here and at the dealership to repair a small deep dent with paint on my brand new car and Neenah Main Auto Body came back hundreds of dollars cheaper. They did a fantastic job and you would have no idea the dent was ever there!! Highly recommended!
They do a real nice job for a small shop. The office group appears a bit gruff, but they are really very nice. Both times we have used them they have gone the extra mile in buffing out the whole vehicle.
Great business. My atv trailer blew a tire and was falling off the rim, their tow truck stopped and helped me, told me to go down the road here. The employees there were very nice, came out to help me look at it. Then switched the tired and fixed it up for super cheap and did it right away so I was still able to get out riding and didn't lose the day.
