10/10 WOULDN'T recommend unless you want damage done to your car. My son was in an accident. The police specifically asked for a flat bed. They didn't bring one and unfortunately they cracked my oil pan during the tow. Had a mechanic look at it to determine if it was from the accident or the tow and the conclusion was it was from the tow truck. Super frustrating.
Never even used thier service...but i was traveling down the road in appleton with my 2 kids on 3/16 around 5p.m.and a expert tow truck came upon the ass end of my vehicle at an incredible rate of speed and was just feet away from our bumper. The driver was serving left to right as if i was a burden to him and in his way. as i turned my turn signal to obviously get out of his way he damned neared rear ended us as he accelerated as were passing into another lane but hadnt even fully gotten over in the other lane yet. Absolutley no reason to put others safety at risk cuz ur in a hurry to get nowhere truck No. 7!!!! Bad look for this company.
I was traveling on 41 and a nail got into my tire and it popped it. Luckily, I was able to get off the interstate safely. I had my spare tire and my tools but forgot my jack was still at home. I called these guys and they came in less than an hour to change my flat tire. My driver was super professional and took excellent care of my vehicle as if it was his own. Funny enough, he didn't have a jack with him either so he raised the rear end of my truck with his towing hydraulic thing in order to get the wheels off the ground. Once again- he was careful and solution oriented and was very kind. The cost was competitivley low at $89- my insurance will cover it but still it's damn near impossible to get any service call for anything that cheap these days!
I definitely hope there won't be a "next time"-- but if God forbid I'm ever stranded out in Neenah again, I'm calling these guys without question!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Neenah PD had my vehicle towed here after an accident. I called Expert and was told my vehicle was stored in Oshkosh. Then my shop called and Expert told my shop it was in Neenah. I called a second time and couldn't get a straight answer where my car was. Also had to pay over $260 to get it out after it was there for less than 4 hours.
My brother just passed away this past week and these guys towed his car. They refuse to give my nephew his dad's keys. The kid has to go in and out through the garage. Meanwhile charging $75/day. Unbelievable. These guys should be ashamed. From looking at other reviews, I'm not surprised.
Do not give this jerk your business. I parked on the side of his lot after hours for 30 min to let my boys fish, he towed my car and made me pay $90 to get it back. Where's your community kindness? Do not support this business, we can do better!
Do Not Use this towing company! A family member had a medical emergency while driving and the police department had the vehicle towed to Expert Towing. We needed to get the medications from the vehicle and this company charged us $50.00 for the employee to walk from his house 75 feet or less away from the gate to open the gate to get the medication from the car, because it was "after Hours". They also charged an Admin Fee of 50.00 & a release fee of 25.00. We did not chose to use this company the police department had the vehicle towed before we were allowed to make that decision ourselves or even get to the location of the vehicle. What a racket! I would give this company 0 stars!!
Had my vehicle towed not even a mile and the driver claimed to be having a “long day.” After being towed to the new location, there was damage done to the vehicle and parts had fallen off of my car. When I called and spoke with the owner he was disrespectful, rude and degrading. When I asked how this was going to get resolved, he laughed. He refused to take ownership even though I had pictures of before the tow and after the tow. Definitely would not recommend EVER doing business with this company.
I was stranded 20-30 Miles away from home, with to kids, and no way for my fiance to come get us or help other than by phone... a friend was beyond helpful and thankfully able to meet me in 10 min wait for tow truck and get me and my kids home. They are fast professional and Very helpful and would highly suggest them to anyone. Thankful for them and all the help along with the auto dealer I bought vehicle from, he also Helped and even more gretaful for his help as well.
My vehicle broke down on Highway 41 recently. I called the only tow company that I knew of in town and was told it would be hours before they would be available to get to me. I was referred to Expert by my service professional and Expert came to tow me within 20 min. Kevin was very professional and personable. After getting my vehicle and myself to the service center of my choice he even offered me a ride home. I would definately recommend Expert Auto in Neenah to anyone if in need of a tow.
We got a flat today and my lil girls was in the van with us n it is freezing out. I called AAA and they sent help. He was so nice and helpful. Felt awful bc it was so cold but he didnt complain once. He was in Berlin but from Neenah and came to our rescue!! Highly recommend!!
I needed exhaust flange for ol 98 chev they were awsome knew exactly what i needed unlike the so called big part stores was there at 2pm didnt have the part but had it there by 4pm same day very very helpfull!!! 1st time there and was treated likea regular will definetly go back if need. Thank you very much Waynes!!!!!!!
Pragmatic mechanics. They don’t mess around when it comes to repairs, and do their work at a fair price. When they need a part, they can get it within minutes. Subaru specialists on hand!
Nice folks. Listened to me. Checked out the problem and did a proper repair. Went above and beyond by inspecting a few other areas, letting me know about that. Reasonable price and friendly service. I like doing business with competent local business people.
I brought my car in for an estimate for my exhaust which is getting a little loud and I asked the to see if there is anything else that would raise a red flag. They called and said that I need everything from the catalytic converter on back.
My brother who is an auto tech in the U.P. refuted that. Then they fixed a so called flat tire (which was just a little low) with out my knowledge or consent!!
Do not waste your time or money here!!
I was visiting from Indiana when my air conditioning failed. I took my vehicle to Wayne's since at that time they were advertising A/C repair. Wayne's took my vehicle for a day and a half, recharged the system and tested (so they claimed) for realibilty. They charged $165.25 for
the test and repair.
On my way home, the A/C failed in about 50 miles. Upon arriving, I took my vehicle to a reliable mechanic. He found that the evaporator core was leaking, So much for the testing which I paid Wayne's, so much for all the Wayne's installed refrigerent that evaporated into the atmosphere,
